本发明涉及一种便梁扣件,属于铁路安全设施领域,包括横截面为“U”字形的底座,底座开口朝下放置,底座两侧均设安装孔,底座上部设下导轨,压板下部固定上导轨,压板通过上导轨与下导轨配合安装在底座上,底座上在压板非工作端的一侧固定立板,立板上固定螺母,螺母内配合横向调节螺栓,压板上沿上导轨方向设长条形通孔,底座上固定压紧螺栓,压紧螺栓穿过通孔并通过螺母将压板压紧在底座上,螺母与压板之间设置弹性垫圈,不会发生横向移动,安全性高。

本发明涉及一种便梁扣件,属于铁路安全设施领域。
背景技术
便梁扣件就是轨道上用以联结钢轨和轨枕(或其他类型轨下基础)的零件,又称中间联结零件,其作用是将钢轨固定在轨枕上,保持轨距和阻止钢轨相对于轨枕的纵横向移动。现在普遍使用的便梁扣件立板与压板接触面(即压板横向受力面)为斜面,压板通过螺栓压紧在便梁扣件的底座上,压板端部压在钢轨上,火车经过时会导致钢轨震动,压板即沿斜面移动,导致压板脱离钢轨,使扣件失去作用,易发生事故。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种不会发生横向移动,安全性高的便梁扣件。
本发明所述的便梁扣件,包括横截面为“U”字形的底座,底座开口朝下放置,底座两侧均设安装孔,底座上部设下导轨,压板下部固定上导轨,压板通过上导轨与下导轨配合安装在底座上,底座上在压板非工作端的一侧固定立板,立板上固定螺母,螺母内配合横向调节螺栓,压板上沿上导轨方向设长条形通孔,底座上固定压紧螺栓,压紧螺栓穿过通孔并通过螺母将压板压紧在底座上,螺母与压板之间设置弹性垫圈。
工作原理及过程:
工作时,将底座扣在轨枕上,并通过固定件穿过安装孔将底座牢固固定在轨枕上,拧动横向调节螺栓使横向调节螺栓向压板行进,横向调节螺栓推动压板沿下导轨向钢轨行进,直至压板工作端压在钢轨上,拧紧压紧螺栓上的螺母,由于弹性垫圈具有弹性,不仅能够缓冲火车经过时钢轨的震动,降低噪声,而且能够防止由于震动导致的便梁扣件松动,由于横向调节螺栓的调节和限位作用,压板不会发生横向移动,保证了火车的安全行驶。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
本发明所述的便梁扣件,由于弹性垫圈具有弹性,不仅能够缓冲火车经过时钢轨的震动,降低噪声,而且能够防止由于震动导致的便梁扣件松动,由于横向调节螺栓的调节和限位作用,压板不会发生横向移动,保证了火车的安全行驶。

如图1和图2所示,本发明所述的便梁扣件,包括横截面为“U”字形的底座7,底座7开口朝下放置,底座7两侧均设安装孔6,底座7上部设下导轨8,压板3下部固定上导轨9,压板3通过上导轨9与下导轨8配合安装在底座7上,底座7上在压板3非工作端的一侧固定立板10,立板10上固定螺母2,螺母2内配合横向调节螺栓1,压板3上沿上导轨9方向设长条形通孔4,底座7上固定压紧螺栓11,压紧螺栓11穿过通孔4并通过螺母2将压板3压紧在底座7上,螺母2与压板3之间设置弹性垫圈5。
工作原理及过程:
