本发明公开了一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:酚醛环氧树脂30-40、双酚A环氧树脂10-20、六次甲基四胺5-8、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、重晶石粉4-6、四硼酸钾1-2、纳米膨润土5-10、氯化亚铜1-2、玻璃粉2-3、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑0.6-1、复合填料6-10;本发明的粉末涂料有良好的抗划伤性、抗阴极剥离性能、抗冲击耐磨性、海生物防污性能、耐老化性和抗紫外线的辐照。

    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,各种仪表仪器的工作环境变得更加复杂,地下室、海港、井底、深水、隧道、化工厂地等,高低温变化、高压力、高冲击、高腐蚀等极大的影响了该仪表仪器的正常使用,而通过高效的粉末涂料涂覆,可以起到很好的保护效果,降低仪表仪器的损坏率。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了提供一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
酚醛环氧树脂30-40、双酚A环氧树脂10-20、六次甲基四胺5-8、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、重晶石粉4-6、四硼酸钾1-2、纳米膨润土5-10、氯化亚铜1-2、玻璃粉2-3、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑0.6-1、复合填料6-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
红土30-40、硅灰石粉10-14、凹凸棒土8-10、沉淀硫酸钡6-8、壳聚糖2-3、椰油1-2、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.1-0.3;
将上述红土、硅灰石粉、凹凸棒土混合,600-800℃下煅烧2-4小时,出料冷却后与沉淀硫酸钡混合研磨,将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯加热到25-30℃后加入,300-400转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,加入壳聚糖、椰油,充分球磨,过100-120目筛,即得所述复合填料。
一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机中熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过100-120目筛,即得所述风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明的粉末涂料有良好的抗划伤性、抗阴极剥离性能、抗冲击耐磨性、海生物防污性能、耐老化性和抗紫外线的辐照。
具体实施方式
实施例1,
一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
酚醛环氧树脂40、双酚A环氧树脂20、六次甲基四胺5、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1、重晶石粉6、四硼酸钾1、纳米膨润土10、氯化亚铜2、玻璃粉3、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑0.6、复合填料10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
红土40、硅灰石粉14、凹凸棒土10、沉淀硫酸钡8、壳聚糖3、椰油1、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.3;
将上述红土、硅灰石粉、凹凸棒土混合,800℃下煅烧4小时,出料冷却后与沉淀硫酸钡混合研磨,将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯加热到30℃后加入,400转/分搅拌分散6分钟,加入壳聚糖、椰油,充分球磨,过120目筛,即得所述复合填料。
一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机中熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过100-120目筛,即得所述风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料。
性能测试:
24H阴极剥离2.6mm;
硬度≥2H。

1.一种风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
酚醛环氧树脂30-40、双酚A环氧树脂10-20、六次甲基四胺5-8、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、重晶石粉4-6、四硼酸钾1-2、纳米膨润土5-10、氯化亚铜1-2、玻璃粉2-3、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑0.6-1、复合填料6-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
红土30-40、硅灰石粉10-14、凹凸棒土8-10、沉淀硫酸钡6-8、壳聚糖2-3、椰油1-2、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯0.1-0.3;
将上述红土、硅灰石粉、凹凸棒土混合,600-800℃下煅烧2-4小时,出料冷却后与沉淀硫酸钡混合研磨,将三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯加热到25-30℃后加入,300-400转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,加入壳聚糖、椰油,充分球磨,过100-120目筛,即得所述复合填料。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述各原料混合,通过挤出机中熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过100-120目筛,即得所述风力发电站工程仪表用防腐粉末涂料。
