技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有不用溶剂、无污染、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。粉末涂料的种类有两大类:热塑性粉末涂料和热固性粉末涂料。粉末涂料的品种虽然没有像溶剂型涂料那样繁多,但可做为粉末涂料的聚合物树脂也很多。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了提供一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚酯树脂P9335 70-76、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯5-10、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、聚醚醚酮2-3、聚山梨酯80 0.6-1、霍霍巴油1-2、二氧化铈0.4-0.5、烷基醇酰胺1-3、葵二酸二辛酯2-3、四硼酸钾1-2、天青石粉10-13、复合填料5-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
红土35-40、矿粉5-7、陶瓷粉4-6、酚A聚碳酸酯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、木质素磺酸钙0.6-1、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.2;
将上述木质素磺酸钙加入到10-15倍水中,搅拌混合后加入陶瓷粉、矿粉,在100-120℃下保温搅拌至水干,加入酚A聚碳酸酯,升高温度为180-200℃,200-300转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,得预混料;将上述红土在700-800℃下煅烧2-3小时后与上述预混料混合,球磨1-2小时,加入剩余各原料,充分球磨,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述天青石粉、四硼酸钾混合,加入霍霍巴油,在60-80℃下保温搅拌4-6分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,通过挤出机中熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过140-160目筛,即得所述聚酯树脂粉末涂料。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明的粉末涂料具有很好的耐腐蚀性、抗冲击性好,消光性好,表面均匀无气泡,环保性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1,
一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
聚酯树脂P9335 76、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯10、辛基异噻唑啉酮2、聚醚醚酮2、聚山梨酯80 0.6、霍霍巴油1、二氧化铈0.5、烷基醇酰胺1、葵二酸二辛酯3、四硼酸钾2、天青石粉13、复合填料10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
红土40、矿粉7、陶瓷粉6、酚A聚碳酸酯3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2、木质素磺酸钙0.6、抗氧剂1010 0.2;
将上述木质素磺酸钙加入到15倍水中,搅拌混合后加入陶瓷粉、矿粉,在120℃下保温搅拌至水干,加入酚A聚碳酸酯,升高温度为200℃,300转/分搅拌分散4分钟,得预混料;将上述红土在800℃下煅烧3小时后与上述预混料混合,球磨2小时,加入剩余各原料,充分球磨,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述天青石粉、四硼酸钾混合,加入霍霍巴油,在80℃下保温搅拌6分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,通过挤出机中熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过160目筛,即得所述聚酯树脂粉末涂料。
性能测试:
铅笔硬度测试:2H 无划伤;
弯曲硬度测试:0T 弯通过;
耐盐雾测试:1000 小时腐蚀力不大于1 级。

Claims (2)

1.一种聚酯树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚酯树脂P9335 70-76、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯5-10、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、聚醚醚酮2-3、聚山梨酯80 0.6-1、霍霍巴油1-2、二氧化铈0.4-0.5、烷基醇酰胺1-3、葵二酸二辛酯2-3、四硼酸钾1-2、天青石粉10-13、复合填料5-10;
所述的复合填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
红土35-40、矿粉5-7、陶瓷粉4-6、酚A聚碳酸酯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、木质素磺酸钙0.6-1、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.2;
将上述木质素磺酸钙加入到10-15倍水中,搅拌混合后加入陶瓷粉、矿粉,在100-120℃下保温搅拌至水干,加入酚A聚碳酸酯,升高温度为180-200℃,200-300转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,得预混料;将上述红土在700-800℃下煅烧2-3小时后与上述预混料混合,球磨1-2小时,加入剩余各原料,充分球磨,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的聚酯树脂粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述天青石粉、四硼酸钾混合,加入霍霍巴油,在60-80℃下保温搅拌4-6分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,通过挤出机中熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过140-160目筛,即得所述聚酯树脂粉末涂料。
