本发明公开了一种氧化物结合的再生碳化硅制品,解决了目前破损碳化硅废料使用成本高,效果差的问题,其特点是碳化硅废料要求无氧化、密度高,加工成各种颗粒,配比重量份为85-92%,碳化硅微粉细度在1200目以上,配比重量份为3-7%,氧化铝微粉细度在3-5μm,配比重量份为3-7%,磷酸铝溶液4-6%(外加)经混合困料24小时,然后经震动成型机半干压成型,进干燥室80-100℃干燥后,再放入燃气梭式窑烧成,烧成时间为18小时,保温3小时,止火温度为1350℃,具有耐高温、耐磨损、抗氧化、热震稳定性好、使用寿命长等优点,应用于陶瓷、玻璃、钢铁、化工、粉末冶金等行业。

本发明属于高档耐火材料制作的技术领域,具体涉及一种氧化物结合的再生碳化硅制品,主要应用于陶瓷、玻璃、钢铁、化工、粉末冶金等行业的内衬砖、棚板、支柱、推板、辐射板、电阻炉炉膛等各种特异性制品。
背景技术:
随着高档耐火材料市场使用碳化硅制品范围的不断扩大和使用量的逐步上升,目前经使用破损碳化硅制品废料的企业越来越多,同时由于其耐高温、耐磨损、抗氧化、热震稳定性不好、使用寿命不长成本高等缺陷,使得有的厂家只能付出一定费用当垃圾处理。为此本发明的氧化结合再生碳化硅制品利用废料生产的推板砖不仅变废为宝,而且使用过程优于用原砂生产的推板砖。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为克服以上不足,提供一种抗氧化性强,柔韧度高,耐磨性能优良,成本低廉,热震稳定性好,使用寿命长,废物利用节能环保的氧化物结合的再生碳化硅制品。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的,所述的氧化物结合的再生碳化硅制品由回收碳化硅制品废料、碳化硅微粉、氧化铝粉、磷酸铝溶液组成,其特征在于碳化硅废料要求无氧化、密度高,加工成各种颗粒,配比重量份为85-92%,碳化硅微粉细度在1200目以上,配比重量份为3-7%,氧化铝微粉细度在3-5μm,配比重量份为3-7%,磷酸铝溶液4-6%(外加)经混合困料24小时,然后经震动成型机半干压成型,进干燥室80-100℃干燥后,再放入燃气梭式窑烧成,烧成时间为18小时,保温3小时,止火温度为1350℃。
本发明的氧化物结合的再生碳化硅制品与现有技术相比的有益效果是,具有抗氧化性强,柔韧度高,耐磨性能优良,成本低廉,在废物利用节能降耗上有很大的优点,(如下对比表)。

实施例
选料:
1.回收碳化硅制品废料要求无氧化、密度高,加工成各种颗粒,配比重量份为85-92%,
2.碳化硅微粉细度在1200目以上,配比重量份为3-7%,
3.氧化铝粉细度在3-5μm,配比重量份为3-7%,
4.磷酸铝溶液4-6%(外加)。
制作方法:
1.经混合困料24小时。
2.然后经震动成型机半干模压成型。
3.成型品进干燥室80-100℃干燥后。
4.成型品再放入燃气梭式窑烧成,烧成时间为18小时,保温3小时,止火温度为1350℃。

1.氧化物结合的再生碳化硅制品由回收碳化硅制品废料、碳化硅微粉、氧化铝粉、磷酸铝溶液组成,其特征在于碳化硅废料要求无氧化、密度高,加工成各种颗粒,配比重量份为85-92%,碳化硅微粉细度在1200目以上,配比重量份为3-7%,氧化铝微粉细度在3-5μm,配比重量份为3-7%,磷酸铝溶液4-6%(外加)经混合困料24小时,然后经震动成型机半干压成型,进干燥室80-100℃干燥后,再放入燃气梭式窑烧成,烧成时间为18小时,保温3小时,止火温度为1350℃。
