Abstract
本发明提供一种采油用亚铁离子处理剂,为无色透明液体,具有良好的螯合、低限抑制、晶格畸变作用,能与亚铁离子、铁离子螯合成极难溶于水且具有良好化学稳定性的有机硫化产物,所述采油用亚铁离子处理剂的组成包括:重金属螯合剂、氧化剂、助剂、水,所述氧化剂为过氧化氢或者高锰酸钾,所述助剂为pH调节剂,可以是乙酸、草酸和氯化铵等。

技术领域:
本发明涉及石油工业污水处理领域,特别是涉及一种采油用亚铁离子处理剂。
背景技术:
目前在石油开采过程中会产生大量的废液,废液中含有大量金属离子,其中就有亚铁离子,亚铁离子会对环境和人类造成危害,污染水体,对呼吸道、眼睛、皮肤和粘膜有刺激性。误服会引起虚弱、恶心、腹痛、便血、肺及肝受损、休克、昏迷等,严重者可致死。因此,需要将废水中的亚铁离子去除,保证废水达到国家规定排放标准。
发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种采油用亚铁离子处理剂,为无色透明液体,具有良好的螯合、低限抑制、晶格畸变作用,能与亚铁离子、铁离子螯合成极难溶于水且具有良好化学稳定性的有机硫化产物,此外,本处理剂为环境友好型处理剂,具有环境温和,对设备腐蚀小等优点。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种采油用亚铁离子处理剂,所述采油用亚铁离子处理剂的组成成分,按质量百分比计,包括:
所述氧化剂为过氧化氢或者高锰酸钾。
所述助剂为pH调节剂,可以是乙酸、草酸和氯化铵等。

以下列举本发明的一些优选实施例,以助于进一步理解本发明,本发明的保护范并不仅限于这些优选实施例。
实施例一:所述采油用亚铁离子处理剂的组成成分,按质量百分比计,配方为:
将重金属螯合剂、高锰酸钾加入到水中,搅拌均匀,用乙酸调节pH至4‐5,得到亚铁离子处理剂,使用时将配置好的亚铁离子处理剂加入到待处理液中搅拌,即可去除待处理液中的亚铁离子。
实施例二:所述采油用亚铁离子处理剂的组成成分,按质量百分比计,配方为:
将重金属螯合剂、高锰酸钾加入到水中,搅拌均匀,用乙酸调节pH至4‐5,得到亚铁离子处理剂,使用时将配置好的亚铁离子处理剂加入到待处理液中搅拌,即可去除待处理液中的亚铁离子。
实施例三:所述采油用亚铁离子处理剂的组成成分,按质量百分比计,配方为:
将重金属螯合剂、高锰酸钾加入到水中,搅拌均匀,用乙酸调节pH至4‐5,得到亚铁离子处理剂,使用时将配置好的亚铁离子处理剂加入到待处理液中搅拌,即可去除待处理液中的亚铁离子。
