Abstract

processo de extração. a presente invenção está correlacionada a um método para recuperação seletiva de urânio de uma solução de urânio aquosa acídica à base de sulfato, contendo ferro e outros metais, por meio de extração por solvente, em que o agente de extração usado na solução orgânica de extração é bis(2-etil-hrxil) fosfato e um óxido de trialquilfosfina ramificado líquido é o agente modificador. é típico do método que a concentração de urânio na solução de alimentação seja inferior a 50 mg/l e um agente redutor é introduzido dentro da solução aquosa e/ou de extração, para prevenir a oxidação permanente do ferro em ferro trivalente. no presente método, a maior parte da solução de extração é circulada em um circuito que consiste do estágio de estração e de um tanque de armazenamento e apenas uma pequena parte da solução de extração contendo urãnio é enviada para purificação e separação.
