Abstract
本发明公开了一种热熔复合工艺制备PET/PE复合硬片。所述PET/PE复合片的制备方法,采用热熔复合法制备,将PET层的粘合面加热至85-95℃,将PE层的粘合面加热至75-90℃,将所述PET层的粘合面与所述PE的粘合面相贴邻地层叠后压合成PET/PE复合片。采用本发明所述范围的制备方法制得的复合片则能有效解决上述问题,得到粘结强度及厚度波动均较为适宜的复合片。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料的制备领域,具体地,涉及一种热熔复合工艺制备PET/PE复合硬片。
背景技术
塑料制品由于其质量轻、抗腐蚀性好、成本低而被广泛应用,尤其是在药品领域中,塑料复合膜/塑料复合片的应用尤其广泛。
而现有的包装复合膜/片通常是通过粘合剂,如聚氨酯粘合剂将两层或多层塑料片/或塑料膜进行粘合而制成的。但是由于聚氨酯粘合剂存在异氰酸酯等有害残留物残留而威胁药品的潜在危险,并不适合在药品包装中广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种热熔复合工艺制备PET/PE复合硬片,该工艺方法中不需要粘合剂就能使PET层与PE层牢固粘贴。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种PET/PE复合片的制备方法,采用热熔复合法制备,将PET层的粘合面加热至85-95℃,将PE层的粘合面加热至75-90℃,将所述PET层的粘合面与所述PE的粘合面相贴邻地层叠后压合成PET/PE复合片。
其中,PET层与PE层层叠后在1.8-2.0Mpa 的压力下复合成PET/PE复合片。
本发明通过优选加热PET层与PE层的粘合面的温度,使得复合片中的PET层与PE层各自保持其原有的厚度、形状等,而又能相互粘合成具有一定粘结力的复合片,承受一定的重量。两粘合面的热熔温度过低时,使PET层与PE层粘结牢度较差;而热熔温度过高,影响两塑料层的延伸性,不易保持两塑料层的厚度的均匀性。因此,本发明在优选热熔粘合温度的范围内,能有效解决上述问题。
综上,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用热熔复合法制备PET/PE复合片,优选热熔粘合温度,使PET层与PE层能牢固粘合,还能保持PET层与PE层各自保持其热熔复合前的厚度的均匀性,使复合后的PET/PE复合片的厚度也能保持均匀性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
本发明所提及的复合片采用以下标准方法进行性能测试:
剥离强度:照剥离强度测定法(YBB00102003)测定;
厚度波动:取150mm×150mm大小的样品,随机选取5处位置测量其厚度,记录厚度最大值和厚度最小值,用厚度最大值与厚度最小值之差除以厚度最小值得出该复合片的厚度波动。
实施例1-4
本发明提及的PET/PE复合片的制备方法具体如下:
分别将PET层的粘合面及PE层的粘合面加热如下表1中所示的温度后,将所述PET层的粘合面与所述PE的粘合面相贴邻地层叠后,在1.8-2.0Mpa 的压力下压合成PET/PE复合片。
并对上述制得的复合片进行性能测试并记录于下表1中。
对比例1-2
分别将PET层的粘合面及PE层的粘合面加热如下表1中所示的温度后,将所述PET层的粘合面与所述PE的粘合面相贴邻地层叠后,在1.8-2.0Mpa 的压力下压合成PET/PE复合片。
并对上述制得的复合片进行性能测试并记录于下表1中。

从上表1中,可以看出,当PET层与PE层的粘合面的热熔温度过低时,虽然制得的复合片的厚度波动较小,但其粘结牢度较差,剥离强度仅为1.7 N/15mm;而当PET层与PE层的粘合面的热熔温度过高时,虽然制得的复合片的粘结较牢固,剥离强度为3.8 N/15mm,但其厚度波动较大,严重影响复合膜的质量。而采用本发明所述范围的制备方法制得的复合片则能有效解决上述问题,得到粘结强度及厚度波动均较为适宜的复合片。且本发明所述方法不需要使用粘合剂也能牢固粘结,粘结效果好。
如上所述,可较好的实现本发明。

Claims (2)
1.一种PET/PE复合片的制备方法,采用热熔复合法制备,其特征在于,将PET层的粘合面加热至85-95℃,将PE层的粘合面加热至75-90℃,将所述PET层的粘合面与所述PE的粘合面相贴邻地层叠后压合成PET/PE复合片。
2.如权利要求1所述的PET/PE复合片的制备方法,其特征在于,PET层与PE层层叠后在1.8-2.0Mpa 的压力下复合成PET/PE复合片。
