胃脘痛是临床常见病症之一，主要表现为胃腔部疼痛，常伴胀满、嗳气、泛酸、嗜杂、恶心呕吐等症。西医一般考虑为胃肠痉挛、胃肠功能紊乱、消化不良等原因所致，诊断为急慢性胃炎、十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡及功能性消化不良等疾病。治疗上采用对症或对因治疗。对HP感染者采用“三联”、“四联”疗法，副作用较大，且胃痛易反复发作，缠绵难愈。祖国医学的历代文献所称的“心痛”、“心下痛”，多指胃院痛而言，常见原因有寒邪客胃、饮食伤胃、肝气犯胃和脾胃弱等。胃主受纳腐熟水谷，若寒邪客于胃中，寒凝不散，阻滞气机，可致胃气不和而疼痛或因饮食不节，饥饱无度，或过食肥甘，食滞不化，气机受阻，胃失和降引起胃痛；肝对脾胃有疏泄作用，如因恼怒抑郁，气郁伤肝，肝失条达，横逆犯胃，亦可发生胃痛；若劳倦内伤，久病脾胃虚弱，或禀赋不足，中阳亏虚，胃失温养，内寒滋生，中焦虚寒而痛；亦有气郁日久，瘀血内结，气滞血瘀，阻碍中焦气机，而致胃痛发作总之，胃痛发生的病机分为虚实两端，实证为气机阻滞，不通则痛；虚证为胃腑失于温煦或濡养，失养则痛。

枳实【别名】鹅眼枳实。【来源】为芸香科种植物酸橙及其栽培变种或甜橙的的幼果。种子繁殖在栽后8-10年开花结果，嫁接苗栽后4-5年结果。于5-6月间采摘幼果或待其自然脱落后拾其幼果，大者横切成两半，晒干。【性味】苦；辛；寒。【功能主治】破气消积；化痰除痞。主积滞内停；痞满胀痛；大便秘结；泻痢后重；结胸；胃下垂；子宫脱垂；脱肛。【用法用量】内服：水煎，3-10g；或入丸、散。外用：适量，研末调涂；或炒热熨。【摘录】《中华本草》。

一种用于治疗胃脘痛的中药，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：九里香11份、枳实4份、佛手柑8份、苏铁叶13份、高良姜3份、二色补血草19份、火炮草果12份。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2011年5月～2014年4月间共收集门诊就诊的胃脘痛患者72例，均符合胃脘痛诊断标准。将所有患者随机分为治疗组36例与对照组36例。两组患者性别、年龄、病情等方面比较见表1，差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。

2、试验方法
2.1治疗方法
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1制得的煎剂，每日3次。疗程4周。
对照组口服气滞胃痛冲剂(辽宁华源本溪第三药有限公司生产)，按照其说明书使用，疗程4周。
临床试验期间均不能使用其它治疗胃脘痛的中西药品或方剂，试验前应告知本人，如胃脘痛缓解不明显，应及时和研究者联系，研究者可根据自己的判断，决定是否中止本临床研究。若患者擅自使用其它治疗胃院痛的药物或方法，均作剔除病例处理。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1观察指标
严格按照诊断标准选定研究对象，疗程结束后综合临床中医证候进行分析，并给予评分。
主症：腹痛程度、腹痛次数、脘腹胀满、恶心呕吐、嗳气反酸；
次症：食欲、食量、口千、口臭、口苦、大便。
3.2疗效评定标准
3.2.1病情分级量化标准
以主症积分为依据：轻度主症积分≤8分；中度主症积分9～16分；重度主症积分＞16分。
3.2.2临床疗效判定标准
①临床痊愈：1个疗程结束时症状基本消失，积分减少于90.00％；
②显效：1个疗程结束时症状大部消失，积分减少≥66.66％，＜90.00％；
③有效：1个疗程结束时症状有所减轻，积分减少≥33.33％，＜66.66％；
④无效：1个疗程结束时症状无明显减轻或加重，积分减少＜33.33％
3.2治疗结果
两组患者治疗前后主症积分变化见表2。

经秩和检验，治疗后两组的症状组内总积分比较差异有统计学意义，组间也具有统计学意义，即治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。

可见本发明用于治疗胃脘痛痊愈率高且不易复发，具有推广应用的价值。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解和实施本发明，下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
具体实施例1
称取：九里香11克、枳实4克、佛手柑8克、苏铁叶13克、高良姜3克、二色补血草19克、火炮草果12克；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120克，即得符合正常成人一天用量的煎剂。
用于治疗胃脘痛。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。
具体实施例2
称取：九里香11克、枳实4克、佛手柑8克、苏铁叶13克、高良姜3克、二色补血草19克、火炮草果12克；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的散剂。
用于治疗胃脘痛。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。
具体实施例3
称取：九里香11克、枳实4克、佛手柑8克、苏铁叶13克、高良姜3克、二色补血草19克、火炮草果12克；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗胃脘痛。口服，每日分早中晚三次服用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗胃脘痛的中药，其特征在于，其制备方法为：称取：九里香11份、枳实4份、佛手柑8份、苏铁叶13份、高良姜3份、二色补血草19份、火炮草果12份；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120份，即得煎剂；上述份均是指重量份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗胃脘痛的中药，其特征在于，其制备方法为：称取：九里香11份、枳实4份、佛手柑8份、苏铁叶13份、高良姜3份、二色补血草19份、火炮草果12份；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得散剂；上述份均是指重量份。
