Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，它包含下述物质：土茯苓、白鲜皮、山豆根、重楼、黄药子等。本发明所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物起到了活血化瘀，解毒止痒，祛风通络的临床疗效。

一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物。
背景技术
银屑病是一种病因病机复杂的难治易复发的皮肤病，在中医临床主要分型为血热型、血瘀型、血燥型。银屑病病程较久、反复发作的患者大多存在血瘀症状，特别是血瘀型银屑病。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，它由下列两部分制成：
第一部分，包含下述重量份的物质：土茯苓30-150份、白鲜皮15-30份、山豆根12-30份、重楼12-30份、黄药子6-15份、夏枯草15-30份、生地30-60份、当归10-30份、赤芍10-30份、川芎10-15份、丹皮10-20份、荆芥10-30份、防风10-30份、苦参10-15份、蝉蜕10-30份、大青叶10-30份、牛蒡子15-20份、鸡血藤15-30份、黄芪50-100份、全蝎6-10份、浮萍草15-30份、紫草15-30份、胡麻仁20-40份、桃仁10-15份和金钱白花蛇30-50份；以及
第二部分，包含下述重量份的物质：木槿皮2-20份、羊蹄根6-12份、蓝矾2-6份、斑蝥2-6份、大风子10-15份、木鳖子10-18份和血竭30-60份。
优选地，本发明所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物由下列两部分制成：
第一部分，包含下述重量份的物质：土茯苓50份、白鲜皮20份、山豆根20份、重楼20份、黄药子10份、夏枯草20份、生地40份、当归20份、赤芍20份、川芎10份、丹皮15份、荆芥20份、防风20份、苦参10份、蝉蜕20份、大青叶20份、牛蒡子15份、鸡血藤20份、黄芪80份、全蝎8份、浮萍草20份、紫草20份、胡麻仁30份、桃仁10份和金钱白花蛇40份；以及
第二部分，包含下述重量份的物质：木槿皮10份、羊蹄根10份、蓝矾3份、斑蝥3份、大风子10份、木鳖子15份和血竭40份。
更优选地，所述第二部分还包含下述重量份的物质：一柱香20份、山野豌豆10份、小花八角枫10份、天葵草10份、红梗草12份、奶汁树10份、芭茅15份、肺形草10份、炮弹果5份、梅花草5份、赛葵10份和沙糖木15份。
优选地，所述第一部分可以制成片剂、分散片或汤剂。
优选地，所述第二部分可以制成擦剂。
本发明所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物起到了活血化瘀，解毒止痒，祛风通络的临床疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
称取土茯苓50克、白鲜皮20克、山豆根20克、重楼20克、黄药子10克、夏枯草20克、生地40克、当归20克、赤芍20克、川芎10克、丹皮15克、荆芥20克、防风20克、苦参10克、蝉蜕20克、大青叶20克、牛蒡子15克、鸡血藤20克、黄芪80克、全蝎8克、浮萍草20克、紫草20克、胡麻仁30克、桃仁10克和金钱白花蛇40克，粉碎，过40目筛，加入6升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，滤液冷却至室温即为汤剂。
称取木槿皮10克、羊蹄根10克、蓝矾3克、斑蝥3克、大风子10克、木鳖子15克和血竭40克，粉碎，过80目筛，加入羊毛脂100克，搅拌均匀，即得擦剂。
实施例2：
称取土茯苓50克、白鲜皮20克、山豆根20克、重楼20克、黄药子10克、夏枯草20克、生地40克、当归20克、赤芍20克、川芎10克、丹皮15克、荆芥20克、防风20克、苦参10克、蝉蜕20克、大青叶20克、牛蒡子15克、鸡血藤20克、黄芪80克、全蝎8克、浮萍草20克、紫草20克、胡麻仁30克、桃仁10克和金钱白花蛇40克，粉碎，过40目筛，加入6升水，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，滤液冷却至室温即为汤剂。

实验例
一般资料
80例银屑病患者，所有病例分型均符合《实用皮肤科学》的诊断标准，分为2组，第一组40例，其中男27例，女13例，年龄18-57岁，病程0.5-18年；第二组40例，其中男26例，女14例，年龄19-57岁，病程0.8-19年；所有病例中初发者49例，复发者31例；其中静止期40例，进行期37例，退行期3例；点滴状36例，地图状39例，其他5例。两组病例性别、年龄、病程等均无明显差异性，P＞0.05。80例患者均具有典型临床表现或经病理确认，无妊娠哺乳期妇女，无严重心肺肝肾疾病。
皮损情况
皮损为暗红色丘疹、斑丘疹，有的覆有蛎壳状银白色、灰白色鳞屑，刮去鳞屑可见一层薄膜，除去薄膜可见点状出血，有的鳞屑肥厚粗糙，遍布全身或局限于头皮、四肢等部位，大部分弥漫分布，少数聚合成片，个别有抓痕及糜烂面。同时伴随症状有痒或剧痒，面色晦暗，口唇暗紫，舌紫暗或有瘀点，脉弦细或涩。
第一组患者使用实施例1制备的组合物来治疗。每天一次，每次口服100毫升汤剂，并且均匀涂覆5克的擦剂于患处。连续治疗40天。
第二组患者使用实施例2制备的组合物来治疗。每天一次，每次口服100毫升汤剂，并且均匀涂覆5克的擦剂于患处。连续治疗40天。
疗效标准
痊愈：皮损全部消退，无瘙痒及伴随症状消失，随访1年未复发者；显效：皮损面积消退＞50％-80％，无新皮损出现，微痒，伴随症状好转；好转：皮损消退面积＜50％，仍时有痒感，有新疹出现；无效：皮损消退面积小于30％，或有新皮损出现。
结果
治疗结果见下表。
注：两组疗效χ2比较，χ2值为4.01，P＜0.05，有显著性差异
在治疗中观察，未出现严重不良反应，治疗结束后两组患者的血、尿、粪常规及肝肾功能检查均未见异常。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于它由下列两部分制成：
第一部分，包含下述重量份的物质：土茯苓30-150份、白鲜皮15-30份、山豆根12-30份、重楼12-30份、黄药子6-15份、夏枯草15-30份、生地30-60份、当归10-30份、赤芍10-30份、川芎10-15份、丹皮10-20份、荆芥10-30份、防风10-30份、苦参10-15份、蝉蜕10-30份、大青叶10-30份、牛蒡子15-20份、鸡血藤15-30份、黄芪50-100份、全蝎6-10份、浮萍草15-30份、紫草15-30份、胡麻仁20-40份、桃仁10-15份和金钱白花蛇30-50份；以及
第二部分，包含下述重量份的物质：木槿皮2-20份、羊蹄根6-12份、蓝矾2-6份、斑蝥2-6份、大风子10-15份、木鳖子10-18份和血竭30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由下列两部分制成：
第一部分，包含下述重量份的物质：土茯苓50份、白鲜皮20份、山豆根20份、重楼20份、黄药子10份、夏枯草20份、生地40份、当归20份、赤芍20份、川芎10份、丹皮15份、荆芥20份、防风20份、苦参10份、蝉蜕20份、大青叶20份、牛蒡子15份、鸡血藤20份、黄芪80份、全蝎8份、浮萍草20份、紫草20份、胡麻仁30份、桃仁10份和金钱白花蛇40份；以及
第二部分，包含下述重量份的物质：木槿皮10份、羊蹄根10份、蓝矾3份、斑蝥3份、大风子10份、木鳖子15份和血竭40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述第二部分还包含下述重量份的物质：一柱香20份、山野豌豆10份、小花八角枫10份、天葵草10份、红梗草12份、奶汁树10份、芭茅15份、肺形草10份、炮弹果5份、梅花草5份、赛葵10份和沙糖木15份。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述第一部分可以制成片剂、分散片或汤剂。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的治疗银屑病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述第二部分可以制成擦剂。
