本发明涉及机械传动装置技术领域,尤其是一种散热铜蜗轮。包括轮体、轮缘、轮孔和轮齿,轮缘和轮孔分别位于轮体的圆周和圆心,轮齿均匀分布在轮缘轮缘外围,轮体和轮缘由铜基体铸成,轮齿上设有轮槽、轮叶和轮筋。在轮齿的中央设置“V”形的轮槽,形成工作空隙,便于通风散热,并在轮槽内斜置轮叶,可利用轮体的旋转形成气流,将轮槽内的热量快速带走,加强散热效果,轮齿的表面均匀分布有竖直的轮筋,可增强轮齿的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械传动装置技术领域,尤其是一种散热铜蜗轮。
背景技术
蜗轮蜗杆机构通常用来传递两交错轴之间的运动和力,蜗轮和蜗杆啮合传动时,一方面啮合齿轮间的作用力大,故摩擦损耗大;另一方面啮合齿轮间的相对滑动速度大,使齿面磨损严重、发热严重,热量难以发散,影响蜗轮的工作性能。
发明内容
为了克服现有的蜗轮散热效果差,影响蜗轮的工作性能的不足,本发明提供了一种散热铜蜗轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种散热铜蜗轮,包括轮体、轮缘、轮孔和轮齿,轮缘和轮孔分别位于轮体的圆周和圆心,轮齿均匀分布在轮缘轮缘外围,轮体和轮缘由铜基体铸成,轮齿上设有轮槽、轮叶和轮筋。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括轮槽呈“V”形,开设在轮齿的中央。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括轮叶斜置在轮槽内。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括轮筋纵向均匀分布在轮齿的表面。
本发明的有益效果是,在轮齿的中央设置“V”形的轮槽,形成工作空隙,便于通风散热,并在轮槽内斜置轮叶,可利用轮体的旋转形成气流,将轮槽内的热量快速带走,加强散热效果,轮齿的表面均匀分布有竖直的轮筋,可增强轮齿的强度。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种散热铜蜗轮,包括轮体1、轮缘2、轮孔3和轮齿4,轮缘2和轮孔3分别位于轮体1的圆周和圆心,轮齿4均匀分布在轮缘2轮缘2外围,轮体1和轮缘2由铜基体铸成,轮齿4上设有轮槽5、轮叶6和轮筋7。轮槽5呈“V”形,开设在轮齿4的中央。轮叶6斜置在轮槽5内。轮筋7纵向均匀分布在轮齿4的表面。
在轮齿4的中央设置“V”形的轮槽5,形成工作空隙,便于通风散热,并在轮槽5内斜置轮叶6,可利用轮体1的旋转形成气流,将轮槽5内的热量快速带走,加强散热效果,轮齿4的表面均匀分布有竖直的轮筋7,可增强轮齿4的强度。

1.一种散热铜蜗轮,包括轮体(1)、轮缘(2)、轮孔(3)和轮齿(4),轮缘(2)和轮孔(3)分别位于轮体(1)的圆周和圆心,轮齿(4)均匀分布在轮缘(2)轮缘(2)外围,轮体(1)和轮缘(2)由铜基体铸成,其特征是:轮齿(4)上设有轮槽(5)、轮叶(6)和轮筋(7)。
