本发明公开了强夯脱钩装置。包括主体支板、吊钩轴、脱钩板、离合连板以及主钩卡,主钩卡通过钩卡轴与主体支板相连,离合连板上端与脱钩板相连,下端与滑体相连,滑体通过离合轮在滑道上滑行;主体支板上端设置有夹板。本发明的有益效果是:能够迅速实现人工辅助挂钩,大大减轻了劳动强度,且夯锤移动时不易脱钩。同时脱钩过程平衡不摆动,可以大大延长机械使用寿命。

本发明涉及建筑领域,具体是指一种强夯脱钩装置。
背景技术
目前在建筑领域,普遍采用的是吊钩型脱钩器,这种脱钩器作业时,人工操作杠杆使吊钩处于摆转锁定位置,挂钩提升夯锤,到达高度后,钢丝绳拉动杠杆端,脱离设定位置,吊钩摆转夯锤下落。这种脱钩器,一方面摆动大,容易碰撞吊臂,危险性极大,同时容易损坏机械设备;另一方面,作业人员劳动强度大,工作效率低。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
强夯脱钩装置,包括主体支板、吊钩轴、脱钩板、离合连板以及主钩卡,主钩卡通过钩卡轴与主体支板相连,离合连板上端与脱钩板相连,下端与滑体相连,滑体通过离合轮在滑道上滑行;主体支板上端设置有夹板。
本发明中,所述主钩卡和滑道各有两个,分别通过夹板螺栓相连。
本发明中的强夯脱钩装置的施工方法,具体步骤为:
1)挂钩:吊起强夯脱钩装置,垂直于强夯锤上,人工辅助,使其与锤环成垂直,下落脱钩装置,锤环上顶卡口上缘,至卡口下端闭合,离合轮下移至两钩卡中间,实现挂钩;
2)脱钩:卷扬起动,吊起脱钩装置提升夯锤,待其提升至所需夯锤高度后,钢丝绳拉动脱钩杠杆,带动离合轮上移,卡口张开,实现脱钩。
经实践,本发明涉及的强夯锤脱钩装置,可以提升夯锤20-100T,允许夯锤倾斜角度25-35度。
本发明的有益效果是:能够迅速实现人工辅助挂钩,大大减轻了劳动强度,且夯锤移动时不易脱钩。同时脱钩过程平衡不摆动,可以大大延长机械使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1
强夯脱钩装置,包括主体支板、吊钩轴、脱钩板、离合连板以及主钩卡,主钩卡通过钩卡轴与主体支板相连,离合连板上端与脱钩板相连,下端与滑体相连,滑体通过离合轮在滑道上滑行;主体支板上端设置有夹板。
其中,所述主钩卡和滑道各有两个,分别通过夹板螺栓相连。
施工过程中,具体步骤为:
1)挂钩:吊起强夯脱钩装置,垂直于强夯锤上,人工辅助,使其与锤环成垂直,下落脱钩装置,锤环上顶卡口上缘,至卡口下端闭合,离合轮下移至两钩卡中间,实现挂钩;
2)脱钩:卷扬起动,吊起脱钩装置提升夯锤,待其提升至所需夯锤高度后,钢丝绳拉动脱钩杠杆,带动离合轮上移,卡口张开,实现脱钩。
经测定,其中起重设备150T,可以提升夯锤80T,能够实现夯锤倾斜角度为30度,提升高度22米,此过程中,挂钩平稳,脱钩顺畅。

1.强夯脱钩装置,其特征在于,包括主体支板、吊钩轴、脱钩板、离合连板以及主钩卡,主钩卡通过钩卡轴与主体支板相连,离合连板上端与脱钩板相连,下端与滑体相连,滑体通过离合轮在滑道上滑行;主体支板上端设置有夹板,所述主钩卡和滑道各有两个,分别通过夹板螺栓相连;
所述的强夯脱钩装置的施工方法如下:
1)挂钩:吊起强夯脱钩装置,垂直于强夯锤上,人工辅助,使其与锤环成垂直,下落脱钩装置,锤环上顶卡口上缘,至卡口下端闭合,离合轮下移至两钩卡中间,实现挂钩;
