本发明公开了一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:硅丙乳液72-80、吡咯烷酮羟酸钠1-2、藻酸丙二醇酯3-5、磷酸二氢钾1-2、甲酰胺1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺1-2、水解聚马来酸酐3-4、二辛酯3-5、1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮0.2-0.4、苯丙三氮唑1-2、伊利石粉10-13、去离子水13-20、粘结助剂5-8,本发明的防水涂料加入的藻酸丙二醇酯溶于水成粘稠的胶状溶液,可以有效的提高涂层的粘结性,增强各物料间的相容性,改善涂层的成膜效果,提高抗剥离性和表面抗性,耐候性强,保护性持久。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料。
背景技术
所谓涂料是指涂布于物体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。现在合成树脂已大部分或全部取代了植物油,故称为涂料。涂料应用于生活中各个方面,涂料不仅要求粘结性强、耐候性好,抗性高,还要无毒无污染,因此不断提高涂料的综合质量对于改善人们生活水平,加快城市发展有很重大的意义。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液72-80、吡咯烷酮羟酸钠1-2、藻酸丙二醇酯3-5、磷酸二氢钾1-2、甲酰胺1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺1-2、水解聚马来酸酐3-4、二辛酯3-5、1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮0.2-0.4、苯丙三氮唑1-2、伊利石粉10-13、去离子水13-20、粘结助剂5-8;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
Eva乳液40-46、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、过硫酸铵1-2、烯丙基聚乙二醇3-4、碳酸锆钾1-2、纳米碳粉2-3、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3、纳米二氧化钛 0.1-1、去离子水6-8;
将碳酸锆钾、纳米碳粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入聚四氟乙烯蜡,在60-70℃下搅拌混合10-16分钟,加入烯丙基聚乙二醇,搅拌至常温,加入到Eva乳液中,200-300转/分搅拌分散10-12分钟;
将十二烷基葡萄糖苷加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸铵、甲基丙烯酸甲酯,60-80转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1000转/分搅拌分散2-4分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将藻酸丙二醇酯与磷酸二氢钾混合加入去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后加入水解聚马来酸酐,100-170转/分搅拌10-13分钟;
将二辛酯、苯丙三氮唑加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀后加入六甲基磷酰三胺、伊利石粉,100-160转/分搅拌分10-15分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,600-800转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防水涂料加入的藻酸丙二醇酯溶于水成粘稠的胶状溶液,可以有效的提高涂层的粘结性,增强各物料间的相容性,改善涂层的成膜效果,提高抗剥离性和表面抗性,耐候性强,保护性持久。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液80、吡咯烷酮羟酸钠1、藻酸丙二醇酯5、磷酸二氢钾2、甲酰胺2、六甲基磷酰三胺1、水解聚马来酸酐3、二辛酯3、1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮0.4、苯丙三氮唑2、伊利石粉13、去离子水20、粘结助剂5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
Eva乳液46、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1、甲基丙烯酸甲酯4、过硫酸铵2、烯丙基聚乙二醇4、碳酸锆钾1-2、纳米碳粉3、聚四氟乙烯蜡3、纳米二氧化钛 0.1-1、去离子水8;
将碳酸锆钾、纳米碳粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入聚四氟乙烯蜡,在70℃下搅拌混合16分钟,加入烯丙基聚乙二醇,搅拌至常温,加入到Eva乳液中,300转/分搅拌分散12分钟;
将十二烷基葡萄糖苷加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸铵、甲基丙烯酸甲酯,80转/分搅拌分散3分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,1000转/分搅拌分散4分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将藻酸丙二醇酯与磷酸二氢钾混合加入去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后加入水解聚马来酸酐,170转/分搅拌13分钟;
将二辛酯、苯丙三氮唑加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀后加入六甲基磷酰三胺、伊利石粉,160转/分搅拌分15分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液72-80、吡咯烷酮羟酸钠1-2、藻酸丙二醇酯3-5、磷酸二氢钾1-2、甲酰胺1-2、六甲基磷酰三胺1-2、水解聚马来酸酐3-4、二辛酯3-5、1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮0.2-0.4、苯丙三氮唑1-2、伊利石粉10-13、去离子水13-20、粘结助剂5-8;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
Eva乳液40-46、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯2-4、过硫酸铵1-2、烯丙基聚乙二醇3-4、碳酸锆钾1-2、纳米碳粉2-3、聚四氟乙烯蜡2-3、纳米二氧化钛 0.1-1、去离子水6-8;
将碳酸锆钾、纳米碳粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入聚四氟乙烯蜡,在60-70℃下搅拌混合10-16分钟,加入烯丙基聚乙二醇,搅拌至常温,加入到Eva乳液中,200-300转/分搅拌分散10-12分钟;
将十二烷基葡萄糖苷加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸铵、甲基丙烯酸甲酯,60-80转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,800-1000转/分搅拌分散2-4分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将藻酸丙二醇酯与磷酸二氢钾混合加入去离子水中,搅拌混合均匀后加入水解聚马来酸酐,100-170转/分搅拌10-13分钟;
将二辛酯、苯丙三氮唑加入到硅丙乳液中,搅拌均匀后加入六甲基磷酰三胺、伊利石粉,100-160转/分搅拌分10-15分钟;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,600-800转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述汽车用抗剥离高附着力的防水涂料。
