本发明公开了一种复合增强塑料检查井,所述塑料检查井组成原料的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂30-35份、PP树脂20-40份、反应性聚酰胺树脂9-11份、丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂ACR2-3份、聚乙烯蜡2-6份、聚四氟乙烯2-6份、复合稳定剂2-8份,填充剂3-5份,碳纤维6-8份、改性聚碳酸酯2份。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,通过合理配置管材原料成分,使其表面硬度和抗拉强度有较强提高,可以更好的适应地下恶劣环境。

一种复合增强塑料检查井
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料检查井材料技术领域,具体属于一种复合增强塑料检查井材料。 
背景技术
根据塑料检查井标准,材料配方中包含:PVC树脂、冲击改性剂、稳定剂、加工改性剂、填充剂、色料及外润滑剂等。塑料检查井的主要成分是聚氯乙烯或聚丙烯,另外加入其它成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。塑料检查井是一种成熟的材料、主要用于给排水、排污工程。现有的塑料检查井表面硬度和抗拉强度较差,同时静荷载能力较弱,不适应恶劣环境使用,使用寿命短。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种复合增强塑料检查井,克服了现有技术的不足,通过合理配置管材原料成分,使其表面硬度和抗拉强度有较强提高,可以更好的适应地下恶劣环境。 
本发明采用的技术方案如下: 
一种复合增强塑料检查井,所述塑料检查井组成原料的重量份数为: 聚氯乙烯树脂30-35份、PP树脂20-40份、反应性聚酰胺树脂9-11份、丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂ACR2-3份、聚乙烯蜡2-6份、聚四氟乙烯2-6份、复合稳定剂2-8份,填充剂3-5份,碳纤维6-8份、改性聚碳酸酯2份。 
所述的复合稳定剂为稳定剂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、加工改性剂混合物。 
所述的稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合热稳定剂。 
所述的增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯。 
所述的填料剂为碳酸钙和硫酸钡。 
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下: 
本发明通过合理配置管材原料成分,在原料配方中添加合理的碳纤维分量原料。使其表面硬度和抗拉强度有较强提高,同时提高了其静荷载能力,可以更好的适应地下恶劣环境。 
具体实施方式
实施例1,一种复合增强塑料检查井,所述塑料检查井组成原料的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂30份、PP树脂20份、反应性聚酰胺树脂9份、丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂ACR2份、聚乙烯蜡2份、聚四氟乙烯2份、复合稳定剂2份,填充剂3份,碳纤维6份、改性聚碳酸酯2份;所述的复合稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合热稳定剂、己二酸二辛酯、阻燃剂、发泡剂、加工改性剂混合物;所述的填料剂为碳酸钙和硫酸钡。 
实施例2,一种复合增强塑料检查井,所述塑料检查井组成原料的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂35份、PP树脂40份、反应性聚酰胺树脂11份、丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂ACR3份、聚乙烯蜡6份、聚四氟乙烯6份、复合稳定剂8份,填充剂5份,碳纤维8份、改性聚碳酸酯2份;所述的复合稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合热稳定剂、己二酸二辛酯、阻燃剂、发泡剂、加工改性剂混合物;所述的填料剂为碳酸钙和硫酸钡。 
实施例3,一种复合增强塑料检查井,所述塑料检查井组成原料的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂33份、PP树脂30份、反应性聚酰胺树脂10份、丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂ACR3份、聚乙烯蜡5份、聚四氟乙烯4份、复合稳定剂5份,填充剂4份,碳纤维7份、改性聚碳酸酯2份;所述的复合稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合热稳定剂、己二酸二辛酯、阻燃剂、发泡剂、加工改性剂混合物;所述的填料剂为碳酸钙和硫酸钡。 
制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)按实施例中组成原料的重量份称取各原料; 
(2)在挤出机内加入部分原料于185℃下搅拌8分钟后,再加入其余原料,于180℃下加热20分钟,再加于170℃中搅拌16分钟后,放料冷却至40℃后,所得物料经过成型工艺,即得产品。

1.一种复合增强塑料检查井,其特征在于,所述塑料检查井组成原料的重量份数为:聚氯乙烯树脂30-35份、PP树脂20-40份、反应性聚酰胺树脂9-11份、丙烯酸酯类抗冲改性剂ACR2-3份、聚乙烯蜡2-6份、聚四氟乙烯2-6份、复合稳定剂2-8份,填充剂3-5份,碳纤维6-8份、改性聚碳酸酯2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合增强塑料检查井,其特征在于:所述的复合稳定剂为稳定剂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂、加工改性剂混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合增强塑料检查井,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合热稳定剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合增强塑料检查井,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合增强塑料检查井,其特征在于:所述的填料剂为碳酸钙和硫酸钡。
