技术领域
本发明涉及托盘技术领域,尤其是一种嵌入式卡爪托盘,为了防止主托盘压爪上颗粒落到产品。
背景技术
目前,在托盘的技术领域中,一般防止主托盘压爪上颗粒落到产品上,采用这种仅靠高分子薄膜片放置在主托盘上,而这种高分子薄膜片没有固定,在托盘中容易串动、起皱,使得在运输及使用过程中,主托盘压爪会与产品摩擦产生颗粒,且颗粒会落到产品上;同时产品送到客户后,需要安排大量人员拿掉高分子薄膜片,再放到自动化产线上生产,因此增加了人工成本,不能满足高效率的现代化自动生产需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种嵌入式卡爪托盘,解决了现有技术存在的不能充分防止颗粒掉落在产品上和效率低下、成本高的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种嵌入式卡爪托盘,包括托盘本体,所述的托盘本体上设有卡爪。
所述的托盘本体上的的卡爪端部开有小孔。
所述的托盘本体为高分子材料。
本发明的有益效果是:一种嵌入式卡爪托盘,结构简单,降低了人工成本,更适合于现代自动化生产线的需要;而且可以防止颗粒落到产品上,提高了产品品质。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图与实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-3所示,一种嵌入式卡爪托盘,包括托盘本体(1),其托盘本体(1)上设有卡爪(2)。
如图4所示,托盘本体(1)的卡爪(2)端部开一小孔(3),便于在卡爪(2)在压合过程中排出端部的气体,且利用材料的收缩性能,在压合后能自动收缩封住小孔(3),防止颗粒从小孔(3)落到产品上。
利用高分子材料的耐磨性和摩擦系数低的特性,制作出来的嵌入式卡爪,能最大限度的降低与产品之间的摩擦力,减少运输及使用过程中产生的颗粒。

3.根据权利要求1-2任意所述的嵌入式卡爪托盘,其特征在于:所述的托盘本体为高分子材料。
