本发明涉及机加工技术领域,尤其是一种方舌用输送打孔机构。
背景技术
锁舌是锁的基本组成部分,锁是依靠锁舌将锁体与锁舌匣连接起来而发挥防盗作用的,转动锁芯能够带动锁舌伸缩从而控制锁体的开关。锁舌形状有方舌、斜舌、钩舌等形状,现有技术中对于方舌的加工通常采用人工操作,对锁舌逐个进行开孔,工序繁琐,工作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的方舌用输送打孔机构,从而可以方便的实现方舌的流水线加工,提高工作效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种方舌用输送打孔机构,包括夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置上衔接有纵向打孔机构,所述夹紧装置的前端衔接输送带;所述夹紧装置的结构为:包括竖直方向放置的夹紧座,所述夹紧座成长方体结构,所述夹紧座的一侧上部开设有卡槽,所述卡槽上部延伸有凸块,所述凸块前端形成夹紧面;所述卡槽内卡接有夹紧板,所述夹紧板上开有多个方形槽,所述夹紧板底部安装于固定板上,所述固定板上部通过第一安装板固接有输送气缸,所述输送气缸的输出端连接导向块,所述导向块头部设有夹紧面;位于卡槽下方的夹紧座上垂直安装有立板,所述立板一侧固定有第二伸缩气缸,所述第二伸缩气缸的输出端连接夹紧块,所述夹紧块头部设有夹紧面;所述夹紧座下部固接有与夹紧板平行的第二安装板,所述第二安装板上固定升降气缸,所述升降气缸的输出端连接挡块,所述挡块卡接在夹紧板的方形槽内,所述挡块上端侧部为夹紧面;所述纵向打孔机构的结构为:包括支撑座,所述支撑座为一中空长方体框架,所述支撑座顶部固定安装底板,所述安装底板的两侧开设有伸缩导轨,所述伸缩导轨通过滑块连接第三安装板,所述安装底板一端固接第一伸缩气缸,所述第一伸缩气缸的输出端与第三安装板固接;所述第三安装板竖直方向固接第三连接块,所述第三连接块内侧固接支撑架,所述第三连接块外侧设置有横向导轨;所述横向导轨上安装沿其滑动的第二连接块,所述第三连接块上固定有横向气缸,所述横向气缸的输出端与第二连接块固接,所述第二连接块外侧固定有第一连接块,所述第一连接块上开设有纵向导轨,所述纵向导轨上通过安装座固定电机,所述安装座的顶部通过安装盖将电机锁紧,所述电机的输出端安装钻头;还包括连接在第一连接块上的纵向气缸,所述纵向气缸的输出端与安装座固接;所述钻头与方舌所需开孔处对接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述夹紧块的夹紧面与凸块的夹紧面相对设置,所述挡块上端侧部的夹紧面与导向块头部的夹紧面相对设置;上述所述夹紧面将方舌四面夹紧。
所述支撑座中间位置设有一块竖直板。

本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作简便,通过夹紧装置可以方便的将方舌四面夹紧,然后启动纵向打孔机构对方舌进行打孔,使用方便、快捷,生产效率高。

如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例的方舌用输送打孔机构,包括夹紧装置2,夹紧装置2上衔接有纵向打孔机构1,夹紧装置2的前端衔接输送带3;夹紧装置2的结构为:包括竖直方向放置的夹紧座213,夹紧座213成长方体结构,夹紧座213的一侧上部开设有卡槽215,卡槽215上部延伸有凸块214,凸块214前端形成夹紧面;卡槽215内卡接有夹紧板209,夹紧板209上开有多个方形槽,夹紧板209底部安装于固定板203上,固定板203上部通过第一安装板202固接有输送气缸201,输送气缸201的输出端连接导向块204,导向块204头部设有夹紧面;位于卡槽215下方的夹紧座213上垂直安装有立板206,立板206一侧固定有第二伸缩气缸210,第二伸缩气缸210的输出端连接夹紧块207,夹紧块207头部设有夹紧面;夹紧座213下部固接有与夹紧板209平行的第二安装板212,第二安装板212上固定升降气缸211,升降气缸211的输出端连接挡块208,挡块208卡接在夹紧板209的方形槽内,挡块208上端侧部为夹紧面;纵向打孔机构1的结构为:包括支撑座117,支撑座117为一中空长方体框架,支撑座117顶部固定安装底板116,安装底板116的两侧开设有伸缩导轨114,伸缩导轨114通过滑块113连接第三安装板112,安装底板116一端固接第一伸缩气缸115,第一伸缩气缸115的输出端与第三安装板112固接;第三安装板112竖直方向固接第三连接块108,第三连接块108内侧固接支撑架110,第三连接块108外侧设置有横向导轨109;横向导轨109上安装沿其滑动的第二连接块107,第三连接块108上固定有横向气缸111,横向气缸111的输出端与第二连接块107固接,第二连接块107外侧固定有第一连接块106,第一连接块106上开设有纵向导轨105,纵向导轨105上通过安装座103固定电机102,安装座103的顶部通过安装盖101将电机102锁紧,电机102的输出端安装钻头;还包括连接在第一连接块106上的纵向气缸104,纵向气缸104的输出端与安装座103固接;钻头与方舌205所需开孔处对接。
夹紧块207的夹紧面与凸块214的夹紧面相对设置,挡块208上端侧部的夹紧面与导向块204头部的夹紧面相对设置;上述夹紧面将方舌205四面夹紧。
支撑座117中间位置设有一块竖直板118。
实际使用过程中,方舌205通过输送带3输送至夹紧板209上,此时启动输送气缸201带动导向块204将方舌205推送至凸块214旁,导向块204的夹紧面予以夹紧;启动升降气缸211,将安装在夹紧板209方形槽内的挡块208抬起,根据方舌205的尺寸,调节抬起的高度从而夹紧固定方舌205的底端;同时根据方舌205的尺寸,启动第二伸缩气缸210带动夹紧块207调整与方舌205的距离,夹紧块207的夹紧面夹紧固定方舌205的一侧;于是,方舌205被包围在导向块204、夹紧块207、挡块208和凸块214之中,即方舌205的四面均对应夹紧,再调整钻头的确切位置,然后通过第一伸缩气缸115、横向气缸111、纵向气缸104的作用,调整好钻头所在位置,打开电机102进行打孔,即可完成方舌205纵向打孔。使用方便,工作效率高。
