一种锁舌用纵向开孔机构,包括底板,底板竖直方向固定安装板,安装板顶部侧面设置有横向导轨与横向气缸,横向导轨上安装沿其滑动的第二连接块,横向气缸的输出端与第二连接块固接,第二连接块上固定有第一连接块,第一连接块设置有纵向导轨,纵向导轨上通过安装座固定电机,纵向气缸的输出端与安装座固接,安装座的顶部通过安装盖将电机锁紧,所示电机的输出端安装钻头;还包括立柱,立柱的一侧面固定有第一升降气缸,第一升降气缸的输出端通过固定座安装挡块,位于立柱的另一侧面固定有第二升降气缸,第二升降气缸的输出端固定导向柱;立柱顶部安装有夹紧定位块;位于立柱外端还分别安装有输送导柱和夹紧导柱。使用方便可靠,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及开孔机构技术领域,尤其是一种锁舌用纵向开孔机构。
背景技术
关门时会弹出来,卡到门框里预留的那个孔里,让你门打不开的那个,就叫锁舌。常用的有斜舌。现有技术中,通常采用人工操作,对锁舌逐个进行开孔,其工作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的锁舌用纵向开孔机构,从而可以方便的实现锁舌的流水线加工,提高工作效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种锁舌用纵向开孔机构,包括底板,所述底板竖直方向固定安装板,所述安装板顶部侧面设置有横向导轨与横向气缸,所述横向导轨上安装沿其滑动的第二连接块,所述横向气缸的输出端与第二连接块固接,所述第二连接块上固定有第一连接块,所述第一连接块设置有纵向导轨,所述纵向导轨上通过安装座固定电机,纵向气缸的输出端与安装座固接,所述安装座的顶部通过安装盖将电机锁紧,所示电机的输出端安装钻头;还包括立柱,所述立柱的一侧面固定有第一升降气缸,所述第一升降气缸的输出端通过固定座安装挡块,位于立柱的另一侧面固定有第二升降气缸,所述第二升降气缸的输出端固定导向柱;所述立柱顶部安装有夹紧定位块;位于立柱外端还分别安装有输送导柱和夹紧导柱。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述输送导柱的安装结构为:包括第一立板,所述第一立板侧面固定有输送气缸,所述输送气缸的输出端紧固有输送块,所述输送块上安装输送导柱,所述输送导柱与挡块对接;
所述夹紧导柱的安装结构为:包括第二立板,所述第二立板的侧面固定有夹紧气缸,所述夹紧气缸的输出端紧固有夹紧块,所述夹紧块上安装夹紧导柱,所述夹紧导柱与锁舌对接。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作简便,通过夹紧定位块、夹紧导柱和输送导柱的作用,可以方便的将锁舌夹紧,然后启动钻头进行开孔,使用方便可靠,工作效率高。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的锁舌用纵向开孔机构,包括底板8,底板8竖直方向固定安装板7,安装板7顶部侧面设置有横向导轨5与横向气缸6,横向导轨5上安装沿其滑动的第二连接块4,横向气缸6的输出端与第二连接块4固接,第二连接块4上固定有第一连接块3,第一连接块3设置有纵向导轨2,纵向导轨2上通过安装座18固定电机19,纵向气缸1的输出端与安装座18固接,安装座18的顶部通过安装盖17将电机19锁紧,所示电机19的输出端安装钻头;还包括立柱9,立柱9的一侧面固定有第一升降气缸10,第一升降气缸10的输出端通过固定座11安装挡块12,位于立柱9的另一侧面固定有第二升降气缸22,第二升降气缸22的输出端固定导向柱21;立柱9顶部安装有夹紧定位块20;位于立柱9外端还分别安装有输送导柱13和夹紧导柱23。
输送导柱13的安装结构为:包括第一立板15,第一立板15侧面固定有输送气缸16,输送气缸16的输出端紧固有输送块14,输送块14上安装输送导柱13,输送导柱13与挡块12对接。
夹紧导柱23的安装结构为:包括第二立板26,第二立板26的侧面固定有夹紧气缸25,夹紧气缸25的输出端紧固有夹紧块24,夹紧块24上安装夹紧导柱23,夹紧导柱23与锁舌对接。
实际使用过程中,锁舌通过输送装置(如输送带)输送至导向柱21内,此时启动第二升降气缸22,在导向柱21的作用下,锁舌被抬起,然后驱动输送导柱13动作,在输送气缸16的作用下,输送导柱13推动锁舌至立柱9的顶部;同时,第一升降气缸10动作,将挡块12抬起,其实锁舌被包围在夹紧定位块20、挡块12和输送导柱13之间,锁舌的三面对夹紧,此时通过横向气缸6和纵向气缸1的作用,调整好钻头所在位置,即可开始开孔。使用方便,工作效率高。

1.一种锁舌用纵向开孔机构,其特征在于:包括底板(8),所述底板(8)竖直方向固定安装板(7),所述安装板(7)顶部侧面设置有横向导轨(5)与横向气缸(6),所述横向导轨(5)上安装沿其滑动的第二连接块(4),所述横向气缸(6)的输出端与第二连接块(4)固接,所述第二连接块(4)上固定有第一连接块(3),所述第一连接块(3)设置有纵向导轨(2),所述纵向导轨(2)上通过安装座(18)固定电机(19),纵向气缸(1)的输出端与安装座(18)固接,所述安装座(18)的顶部通过安装盖(17)将电机(19)锁紧,所述电机(19)的输出端安装钻头;还包括立柱(9),所述立柱(9)的一侧面固定有第一升降气缸(10),所述第一升降气缸(10)的输出端通过固定座(11)安装挡块(12),位于立柱(9)的另一侧面固定有第二升降气缸(22),所述第二升降气缸(22)的输出端固定导向柱(21);所述立柱(9)顶部安装有夹紧定位块(20);位于立柱(9)外端还分别安装有输送导柱(13)和夹紧导柱(23);所述输送导柱(13)的安装结构为:包括第一立板(15),所述第一立板(15)侧面固定有输送气缸(16),所述输送气缸(16)的输出端紧固有输送块(14),所述输送块(14)上安装输送导柱(13),所述输送导柱(13)与挡块(12)对接;所述夹紧导柱(23)的安装结构为:包括第二立板(26),所述第二立板(26)的侧面固定有夹紧气缸(25),所述夹紧气缸(25)的输出端紧固有夹紧块(24),所述夹紧块(24)上安装夹紧导柱(23),所述夹紧导柱(23)与锁舌对接。
