一种锁舌横向开孔机构,包括底板,底板上固定有立板,立板上设置有导轨,导轨上通过滑块安装滑板,滑板上通过底座安装电机,电机通过安装盖紧固于底座上,电机的输出端安装钻头;还包括推动气缸,推动气缸的输出端与滑板紧固;还包括立柱,立柱的顶部安装有固定块,与固定块间隔安装有导向块;位于立柱的外侧分别安装有空间位置垂直的输送导杆和夹紧导杆,输送导杆的安装结构为:包括输送立杆,输送立杆的侧面固定有输送气缸,输送气缸的输出端紧固输送导杆,输送导杆与锁舌侧面抵接。通过固定块和夹紧导杆,可以方便的将锁舌夹紧,然后启动钻头进行开孔,使用方便可靠,工作效率高。

本发明涉及开孔机构技术领域,尤其是一种锁舌横向开孔机构。
背景技术
关门时会弹出来,卡到门框里预留的那个孔里,让你门打不开的那个,就叫锁舌。常用的有斜舌。现有技术中,通常采用人工操作,对锁舌逐个进行开孔,其工作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的锁舌横向开孔机构,从而可以方便的实现锁舌的流水线加工,提高工作效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种锁舌横向开孔机构,位于同一直线位置交错设置有多个传送装置,相邻两个传送装置处安装有打孔机构,所述打孔机构的结构为:包括底板,所述底板上固定有立板,所述立板上设置有导轨,所述导轨上通过滑块安装滑板,所述滑板上通过底座安装电机,所述电机通过安装盖紧固于底座上,所述电机的输出端安装钻头;还包括推动气缸,所述推动气缸的输出端与滑板紧固;还包括立柱,所述立柱的顶部安装有固定块,与固定块间隔安装有导向块;位于立柱的外侧分别安装有空间位置垂直的输送导杆和夹紧导杆,所述输送导杆的安装结构为:包括输送立杆,所述输送立杆的侧面固定有输送气缸,所述输送气缸的输出端紧固输送导杆,所述输送导杆与锁舌侧面抵接;所述夹紧导杆的安装结构为:包括夹紧立杆,所述夹紧立杆的侧面固定有夹紧气缸,所述夹紧气缸的输出端通过夹紧块安装夹紧导杆,所述夹紧导杆与固定块对接。、本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作简便,通过固定块和夹紧导杆,可以方便的将锁舌夹紧,然后启动钻头进行开孔,使用方便可靠,工作效率高。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例的锁舌横向开孔机构,位于同一直线位置交错设置有多个传送装置1,相邻两个传送装置1处安装有打孔机构2,打孔机构2的结构为:包括底板11,底板11上固定有立板3,立板3上设置有导轨5,导轨5上通过滑块6安装滑板7,滑板7上通过底座8安装电机10,电机10通过安装盖9紧固于底座8上,电机10的输出端安装钻头;还包括推动气缸4,推动气缸4的输出端与滑板7紧固;还包括立柱13,立柱13的顶部安装有固定块12,与固定块12间隔安装有导向块14;位于立柱13的外侧分别安装有空间位置垂直的输送导杆20和夹紧导杆15,输送导杆20的安装结构为:包括输送立杆21,输送立杆21的侧面固定有输送气缸19,输送气缸19的输出端紧固输送导杆20,输送导杆20与锁舌侧面抵接;夹紧导杆15的安装结构为:包括夹紧立杆18,夹紧立杆18的侧面固定有夹紧气缸17,夹紧气缸17的输出端通过夹紧块16安装夹紧导杆15,夹紧导杆15与固定块12对接。
本发明所述的传送装置1采用带传动。
实际使用过程中,锁舌通过第一个传送装置1输送至立柱13的顶部时,此时第一套打孔机构2工作,首先夹紧气缸17工作,控制夹紧导杆15伸出,使其与锁舌抵接,此时锁舌被夹紧在夹紧导杆15和固定块12之间,驱动电机10,开始对锁舌打孔,打孔时,钻头穿过固定块12中部至锁舌所需开孔处,打孔结束后,夹紧气缸17回位,此时,输送气缸19工作,通过输送导杆20将锁舌推动到下一个输送带上,使其输送进入第二套打孔机构2中进行打孔。使用方便,工作效率高。
