Abstract
本发明涉及防龋功能性敷料技术领域,具体地涉及一种医用生物氟防龋敷料及其制备方法,该医用生物氟防龋敷料由改性壳聚糖、山梨醇、甘油、二氧化硅、氟化钠、氢氧化铝、柠檬酸锌、薄荷油、乙酸锶、大蒜提取液、卡波姆组成。本发明的医用生物氟防龋敷料不仅能防龋,清洁牙齿表面污垢,维持口腔清洁,还能有效防止牙龈炎、牙周炎、牙龈出血,同时还具有脱敏镇痛、除口臭等功效,从而全面兼顾牙齿及口腔健康,具有安全、无毒副作用、使用方便的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及防龋功能性敷料领域,具体涉及一种医用生物氟防龋敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
牙齿是人体的重要咀嚼器官,并具有协助发音的功能和保持面容的美观。龋病(俗称虫牙或蛀牙)和牙本质过敏是口腔常见病、多发病,是许多其它口腔疾病的诱因和主要原因,是危害人类身体健康的主要疾病之一,也是口腔最主要的疾病。
龋病的防治一直是口腔医学工作者长期工作的主要内容之一,但到目前为止尚没有一种十分有效的防治办法。龋病的预防主要包括两个方面,一是饮用氟化物处理的氟化水或口腔局部应用含氟漱口液、氟化牙膏等,这种办法可称为氟化物防龋技术;第二种办法是应用高分子化合物封闭牙齿表面的一些裂沟或微小缝隙,堵塞龋病发生的通路,抑制龋病的发生。其它技术包括龋病疫苗等现在尚未见成功报道,临床亦未有应用。牙本质过敏症是指牙齿受到外界刺激,如温度(冷、热)、化学物质(酸、甜)以及机械作用(摩擦、咬硬物)等引起的酸痛症状,俗称“倒牙”。牙本质过敏是由于牙本质外露、牙本质小管开放造成的。牙本质过敏症的治疗大致可分为封闭牙本质小管和镇静牙髓神经两大类。
目前,常用的治疗防龋脱敏的药物,主要以氟化物、抗敏剂—硝酸钾和氯化锶为主,疗效单一而且不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种的安全、无毒副作用、使用方便、防龋脱敏效果好的医用生物氟防龋敷料,可以广泛应用于牙龈修复、消炎止血、防治龋齿、牙酸软过敏、牙龈炎、牙周炎、口腔溃疡、口臭、黄黑板牙及义齿清洁的医用产品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种医用生物氟防龋敷料,所述医用生物氟防龋敷料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
改性壳聚糖 2.5-40%
二氧化硅 5-20%
甘油 10-30%
卡波姆 15-30%
山梨醇 15-25%
薄荷油 0.1-1.5%
柠檬酸锌 0.5-1.5%
氟化钠 0.05-0.15%
氢氧化铝 0.5-5%
乙酸锶 0.2-2%
大蒜提取液 2-10%,
以上各原料重量百分比之和为100%。

改性壳聚糖 10-30%

优选的,所述改性壳聚糖为重量比为1:2-4的β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖的混合物,其中羧甲基壳聚糖的羧化度为≥80%。
优选的,所述大蒜提取液为大蒜压榨后用80目筛网过滤得到的汁液。
一种医用生物氟防龋敷料的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
步骤A、称量:称量配方量的改性壳聚糖、二氧化硅、甘油、卡波姆 、山梨醇、薄荷油、柠檬酸锌、氟化钠、氢氧化铝 、乙酸锶、大蒜提取液;
步骤B、配制:将步骤A称量好的改性壳聚糖、二氧化硅、甘油、卡波姆 、山梨醇、薄荷油、柠檬酸锌、氟化钠、氢氧化铝 、乙酸锶、大蒜提取液放入容器中,搅拌至均匀,即得医用生物氟防龋敷料。
改性壳聚糖具有很好的生物相容性、生物活性和可生物降解性,可被人体吸收利用,具有止血,止痛,抗菌消炎,减少创面渗出和促进创伤组织再生、修复、愈合,抑制和减少疤痕形成的作用。本发明的羧甲基壳聚糖和β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖配合使用,取长补短,具有更好的杀菌性能,利于伤口的尽快愈合。
山梨醇为无色针状结晶,或白色晶体粉末,无臭,有清凉甜味。山梨醇是一种用途广泛的化工原料,可作为甜味剂、保湿剂、赋形剂、防腐剂等使用,同时具有多元醇的营养优势,即低热值、低糖、防龋齿等功效。山梨醇在牙膏中作为赋形剂、保湿剂、防冻剂、加入量可达25~30%,可保持膏体润滑,色泽、口感好。
甘油具有润滑作用,形成的剂型具有粘稠性及保护性,使具有滑腻感,作为保湿剂能保持较长的润湿时间。
本发明所述的卡波姆为用水充分溶胀的卡波姆。
卡波姆为丙烯酸键合烯丙基蔗糖或季戊四醇烯丙醚的高分子聚合物,具强引湿性。分子中存在大量的羧酸基团,在水中迅速溶胀形成凝胶,具有一定的强度和弹性。卡波姆作为一种新型的高分子敷料,有广泛的用途,可制备水凝胶剂、膏剂,可作增稠剂、助悬剂、辅助乳化剂等。
二氧化硅、氢氧化铝常用摩擦剂,能够去除牙齿表面的菌斑而不损伤牙釉质和牙本质。
氟化钠所含的氟离子与牙釉质作用可在牙釉质表面形成氟磷灰石,提高牙釉质的硬度和抗酸能力,并可减少菌斑的形成,减少龋齿的发病率。
乙酸锶能在暴露的牙本质表面形成一层保护层,并深入封闭牙本质小管,形成深层抗酸屏障,保护牙本质小管免受酸性食物的侵蚀,能有效持久舒缓牙本质敏感。
柠檬酸锌具有抗黏结剂功能性,故特别适用于制造片状营养强化补剂和粉状混合食品;且对以下口腔问题有效:牙垢、牙菌斑、牙结石/龋齿,牙本质过敏,口臭,口腔炎症。
薄荷中的薄荷醇,可清新口气、清热解毒、疏风散热、消炎、止痛。
大蒜提取液强力杀菌。大蒜中含硫化合物具有奇强的抗菌消炎作用,对多种球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒等均有抑制和杀灭作用,是当前发现的天然植物中抗菌作用最强的一种。另外,大蒜提取液具有抗过敏作用。
使用本发明后,改性壳聚糖首先会对粘膜表面进行杀菌,杀完菌后薄荷油会打开粘膜毛细血管,促进血液循环,让其他物质迅速渗入,在此过程中薄荷油还会起到止痛的作用,增加了感官使用的舒适度,渗入到粘膜组织内部的改性壳聚糖和大蒜提取液继续进行杀菌消炎,甘油、山梨醇起到保湿补水的作用,二氧化硅和氢氧化铝能够有效去除牙齿表面的菌斑而不损伤牙釉质和牙本质,乙酸锶则在暴露的牙本质表面形成一层保护层,并深入封闭牙本质小管,形成深层抗酸屏障,保护牙本质小管免受酸性食物的侵蚀,能有效持久舒缓牙本质敏感,氟化钠所含的氟离子与牙釉质作用可在牙釉质表面形成氟磷灰石,提高牙釉质的硬度和抗酸能力,并可减少菌斑的形成,减少龋齿的发病率。本发明通过以上原理对牙齿进行层层治疗和保护,能有效防止龋齿和治疗牙本质过敏。
本发明与现有技术相比较,有益效果在于:
(1)本技术所述的产品不仅能防龋,清洁牙齿表面污垢,维持口腔清洁,还能有效防止牙龈炎、牙周炎、牙龈出血,同时还具有脱敏镇痛、除口臭等功效,从而全面兼顾牙齿及口腔健康。
(2)本发明的医用生物氟防龋敷料的生物相容性符合GB/T 16886.11-2011要求。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1。
一种医用生物氟防龋敷料,所述医用生物氟防龋敷料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
改性壳聚糖 3%
二氧化硅 20%
甘油 27%
卡波姆 20%
山梨醇 20%
薄荷油 0.9%
柠檬酸锌 1%
氟化钠 0.1%
氢氧化铝 3%
乙酸锶 2%
大蒜提取液 3%。
所述改性壳聚糖为重量比为1:2的β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖的混合物,其中羧甲基壳聚糖的羧化度为≥80%。

步骤B、配制:将步骤A称量好的改性壳聚糖、二氧化硅、甘油、卡波姆 、山梨醇、薄荷油、柠檬酸锌、氟化钠、氢氧化铝 、乙酸锶、大蒜提取液放入容器中,搅拌至均匀,即得医用生物氟防龋敷料。

改性壳聚糖 20%

所述大蒜提取液为大蒜压榨后用80目筛网过滤得到的汁液。
一种医用生物氟防龋敷料的制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
步骤A、称量:称量配方量的改性壳聚糖、二氧化硅、甘油、卡波姆 、山梨醇、薄荷油、柠檬酸锌、氟化钠、氢氧化铝 、乙酸锶、大蒜提取液;
步骤B、配制:将步骤A称量好的改性壳聚糖、二氧化硅、甘油、卡波姆 、山梨醇、薄荷油、柠檬酸锌、氟化钠、氢氧化铝 、乙酸锶、大蒜提取液放入容器中,搅拌至均匀,即得医用生物氟防龋敷料。
病例一:委托30名经常牙痛和牙龈出血的志愿者进行效果评价,使用频率为每日早、晚各一次,用量约1g敷料/每次,每次使用本发明敷料时间约5min。得到的结果本发明具有明显的镇痛、消炎和防止牙龈出血的功效。
病例二 :口腔门诊患者中有牙齿过度磨耗,颈部楔状缺损,牙龈萎缩导致牙根暴露,但无龋、无隐裂、无创伤,无牙龈炎及牙周炎者,经探诊、气枪吹风,冷水诊确定为牙本质过敏症,共 40例,100颗牙,其中男22例,女18例,年龄 25-65岁。
方法 :患者每日使用本发明敷料2-3 次,每次 3-6 分钟,持续使用3-5周,中间不使用其他抗过敏药物及牙膏。
疗效评价等级 :①-1 好转;② 0 无改变 ;③ +1 加重
有效率=好转/治疗总牙数 ×100%
结果 :40例患者共100颗牙在使用本发明后2-3周后有效率=好转/治疗总牙数×100%=90%,试验结果患者较为满意,相对于其它品牌抗过敏牙膏效果好,具有明显的抗过敏的作用。
