发明内容:本发明的目的是,配制出一种吃后,与平常水果罐头不同风味、且,具有营养价值、能调整人体机能、调节血压、减缓衰老等作用的一种纯绿色野生山梨果罐头。其技术内容是,野生山梨果罐头,由野生山梨、白糖和纯净水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,野生山梨果30-40%,白糖10-20%,其余为纯净水。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该野生山梨果罐头,具有风味独特、能调整人体机能等作用,从而克服了现有水果罐头功能单一,有些水果罐头还含防腐剂、色素等对人体有害物质的不足之处。
具体实施方式:野生山梨果罐头加工工艺,野生山梨果经过精选,清洗;白砂糖加热溶化后,把清洗过的野生山梨果放到溶化的糖浆中灌装,封盖、高温灭菌后,即可贴标销售,以上便构成本发明。
