Abstract

本发明提供一种弹簧式端子排,包括本体,所述本体上下两侧设置有端子座,所述上下水平的端子座之间导电,所述端子座下端设置有弹簧,所述端子座上端设置有夹紧板,所述端子座跟随弹簧运动,所述本体上、端子座之间设置有按钮,所述按钮底部与端子座相连。通过弹簧将端子座压紧在夹紧板上,进行端子固定,并且通过按动按钮,将弹簧压缩,方便端子进行装拆,并且通过位置调整板调整弹簧的位置,进而调整弹簧的张紧力,防止弹簧疲劳导致端子压不紧。

技术领域
本发明涉及配电柜领域,更具体的说是涉及一种使用弹簧作为压紧端子座的弹簧式端子排。
背景技术
目前,配电柜中都使用普通的端子排进行线路的连接。而普通的端子排在固定电线时,由于使用的螺丝进行端子座的固定,而使用螺丝固定端子座无法控制上紧力,造成端子排损坏,而且使用螺丝进行固定端子座,在拆卸和安装电路时十分麻烦。因此,解决端子座固定端子时张紧力过紧的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用弹簧作为压紧端子座的弹簧式端子排,通过使用弹簧作为压紧端子座的动力,防止使用螺丝紧固造成的端子座损坏,解决了端子座固定端子时张紧力过紧的问题。
本发明提供一种弹簧式端子排,包括本体,所述本体上下两侧设置有端子座,所述上下水平的端子座之间导电,所述端子座下端设置有弹簧,所述端子座上端设置有夹紧板,所述端子座跟随弹簧运动,所述本体上、端子座之间设置有按钮,所述按钮底部与端子座相连。
进一步改进在于:所述弹簧下端设置有位置调节板,所述本体两侧设置有调整把手,所述调整把手与位置调节板连接,通过调整调整把手改变位置调节板的位置。
进一步改进在于:所述本体上设置有掀开板,所述掀开板通过两端的螺母进行固定。
进一步改进在于:所述调整把手下方设置固定装置,辅助固定调整把手和位置调整板的位置。
本发明的有益效果:通过弹簧将端子座压紧在夹紧板上,进行端子固定,并且通过按动按钮,将弹簧压缩,方便端子进行装拆,并且通过位置调整板调整弹簧的位置,进而调整弹簧的张紧力,防止弹簧疲劳导致端子压不紧。

如图1、2所示,本实施例提供了一种弹簧式端子排,包括本体1,所述本体1上下两侧设置有端子座2,所述上下水平的端子座2之间导电,所述端子座2下端设置有弹簧3,所述端子座2上端设置有夹紧板4,所述端子座2跟随弹簧3运动,所述本体1上、端子座2之间设置有按钮5,所述按钮5底部与端子座2相连。所述弹簧3下端设置有位置调节板6,所述本体1两侧设置有调整把手7,所述调整把手7与位置调节板6连接,通过调整调整把手7改变位置调节板6的位置。所述本体1上设置有掀开板8,所述掀开板8通过两端的螺母9进行固定。所述调整把手7下方设置固定装置10,辅助固定调整把手7和位置调整板6的位置。通过弹簧3将端子座2压紧在夹紧板4上,进行端子固定,并且通过按动按钮5,将弹簧3压缩,方便端子进行装拆,并且通过位置调整板6调整弹簧3的位置,进而调整弹簧3的张紧力,防止弹簧3疲劳导致端子压不紧。

1.一种弹簧式端子排,包括本体(1),所述本体(1)上下两侧设置有端子座(2),所述上下水平的端子座(2)之间导电,其特征在于:所述端子座(2)下端设置有弹簧(3),所述端子座(2)上端设置有夹紧板(4),所述端子座(2)跟随弹簧(3)运动,所述本体(1)上、端子座(2)之间设置有按钮(5),所述按钮(5)底部与端子座(2)相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹簧式端子排,其特征在于:所述弹簧(3)下端设置有位置调节板(6),所述本体(1)两侧设置有调整把手(7),所述调整把手(7)与位置调节板(6)连接,通过调整调整把手(7)改变位置调节板(6)的位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的弹簧式端子排,其特征在于:所述本体(1)上设置有掀开板(8),所述掀开板(8)通过两端的螺母(9)进行固定。
4.如权利要求2所述的弹簧式端子排,其特征在于:所述调整把手(7)下方设置固定装置(10),辅助固定调整把手(7)和位置调整板(6)的位置。
