本发明公开了一种石墨钉装卸台,包括支架、操作台、底座、石墨钉定位销、弹簧、下压手柄、顶针、顶针高度定位装置、六角固定螺丝,所述的定位销中心与顶针中心重合,定位销卡到底时,卡点与舟片面平行,从而保证此平面与平台同位;所述的固定螺丝A调整顶针与石墨钉的中心重合。本发明的有益效果是石墨舟在操作台上移动平稳,保证石墨钉在安装时一次性安装到位,消除在操作过程中对石墨舟片的磨损,提高工作效率、降低生产成本。

一种石墨钉装卸台
技术领域
本发明涉及晶硅太阳能电池片的制造领域中的PECVD工序用石墨舟装置,具体地涉及一种石墨钉装卸台。
背景技术
在晶硅太阳能电池片生产过程中,其中关键工序PECVD使用到石墨舟。在石墨舟上有若干个用来固定电池硅片的石墨钉。由于石墨舟使用频率高,硅片边缘锋利,容易将石墨钉慢慢摩擦导致间距加大。当间距增大时制备的电池片,在工艺点位置电池片发白,易致导电。因此必须及时更换石墨钉。为了提高工作效率,生产厂家自行更换石墨钉。在操作过程中,原有的石墨钉装卸设备边缘没有支撑平台,若被四周的物体阻挡,就会导致破损;若石墨钉安装不到位,会造成电池硅片装卸困难,导致需要重装石墨钉,工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种石墨钉装卸台,达到提高工作效率,降低生产成本的目的。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:一种石墨钉装卸台,包括支架、操作台、底座、石墨钉定位销、弹簧、下压手柄、顶针、顶针高度定位装置、六角固定螺丝,所述的定位销中心与顶针中心重合,定位销卡到底时,卡点与舟片面平行,从而保证此平面与平台同位;所述的固定螺丝A调整顶针与石墨钉的中心重合。
本发明的有益效果是石墨舟在操作台上移动平稳,保证石墨钉在安装时一次性安装到位,消除在操作过程中对石墨舟片的磨损,提高工作效率、降低生产成本。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
在本具体实施方式中,一种石墨钉装卸台,包括支架、操作台、底座、石墨钉定位销、弹簧、下压手柄、顶针、顶针高度定位装置、六角固定螺丝。在使用石墨钉装卸台前,首先将操作台台面清理干净,调整底座顶部台面与操作台台面平行;其次,调整定位销中心与顶针中心重合;然后根据顶针与底座顶部台面的的距离,通过顶针高度定位装置来调整高度定位;最后将石墨舟片置于操作台上,将定位销插进,石墨钉置于定位销上方中心位置,压下下压手柄,即完成一个石墨钉的安装工作。
