本发明公开了一种带有导销的自动压板,以解决现有夹紧装置存在的结构复杂、成本高的问题。带有导销的自动压板,包括基座、压板和施力杆,还包括压紧臂和导销,在所述基座上表面设有压力传感器,所述压板端部具有钩状夹持部,所述施力杆具有竖直方向自由度,所述压紧臂一端与施力杆顶端相连,压紧臂的中部铰接,压紧臂的另一端与所述压板的底部相连,在所述压板上开有V形的导向孔,所述导销设置在所述导向孔内。本自动压板结构简单,操作方便。

技术领域
   本发明涉及机械加工技术,具体涉及一种带有导销的自动压板。
背景技术
    自动压板作为夹紧装置广泛用于制造行业,如对工件的冲压、钻孔等过程中常常需要使工件保持正确的位置关系,这就需要夹紧装置对工件进行夹持定位。但目前,现有夹紧装置由施力结构提供动力,而为了保证动力传递的稳定性,动力的传递结构往往较复杂,在小批量的零部件制造加工中,这样的夹具成本较高,一般并不适用。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种带有导销的自动压板,以解决现有夹紧装置存在的结构复杂、成本高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
带有导销的自动压板,包括基座、压板和施力杆,还包括压紧臂和导销,在所述基座上表面设有压力传感器,所述压板端部具有钩状夹持部,所述施力杆具有竖直方向自由度,所述压紧臂一端与施力杆顶端相连,压紧臂的中部铰接,压紧臂的另一端与所述压板的底部相连,在所述压板上开有V形的导向孔,所述导销设置在所述导向孔内。
本发明的有益效果:本自动压板在施力杆向上运动时,压紧臂以中部为轴,压紧臂与压板相连的一端将向下运动,带动压板底部向下运动,导销在压板上设置的导向孔内运动,将迫使压板上部的夹持部外摆,松开工件,反之,压板底部向上运动,在导销的作用下,压板上部的夹持部将内摆,夹紧工件。本自动压板仅通过压紧臂传递动力,通过导销实现压板的压紧和松开动作,结构简单,成本低,尤其适用于小批量工件制造加工。
进一步,所述施力杆与气缸相连。气缸驱动结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
如图1所示的带有导销的自动压板,包括基座1、施力杆2、压紧臂3、压板4、设置在压板上的导向孔5、设置在导向孔内的导销6和工件7,在所述基座上表面设有压力传感器和定位槽(图中未示出),所述压板端部具有钩状夹持部以便动作时压紧工件,所述施力杆与气缸相连并具有竖直方向自由度,所述压紧臂一端与施力杆顶端相连,压紧臂的中部铰接,压紧臂的另一端与所述压板的底部相连。 
压力传感器用于检测压板夹紧力的大小,以免夹持过程中压力过大损坏工件,定位槽用于定位工件,在夹持过程中,避免工件产生晃动或振动,增加夹持的稳定性。
本自动压板工作原理如下:施力杆向上运动时,压紧臂以中部为轴,压紧臂与压板相连的一端将向下运动,带动压板底部向下运动,导销在压板上设置的导向孔内运动,将迫使压板上部的夹持部外摆,松开工件,反之,压板底部向上运动,在导销的作用下,压板上部的夹持部将内摆,夹紧工件。

1.带有导销的自动压板,包括基座、压板和施力杆,其特征在于,还包括压紧臂和导销,在所述基座上表面设有压力传感器,所述压板端部具有钩状夹持部,所述施力杆具有竖直方向自由度,所述压紧臂一端与施力杆顶端相连,压紧臂的中部铰接,压紧臂的另一端与所述压板的底部相连,在所述压板上开有V形的导向孔,所述导销设置在所述导向孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有导销的自动压板,其特征在于,所述施力杆与气缸相连。
