本发明提供一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料及其制备方法,该涂料以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂14~22份,氟树脂4~8份,三聚氰胺树脂4~8份,珠光颜料2~6份,石英粉5~10份,三氧化二锑1~3份,硬脂酸镁0.2~0.3份,聚酰胺蜡0.2~0.3份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.7~1.2份,磷酸二氢铵0.3~0.8份,二甲基甲酰胺42~53份,乙二醇乙酸酯7~13份,聚醚三元醇4~10份。本发明提供的涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、防水、防粘、附着力高、耐磨性好等性能,并且具有良好的抗菌作用,能够有效防止衣物上沾染上细菌。

技术领域
 本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电熨斗是现代家庭必不可少的电器之一,是平整衣服和布料的工具。电熨斗结构简单,制造容易,使用方便,因而发展迅速。电熨斗的熨板是与衣物直接接触的部件,其表面使用的涂料必须具备耐高温、耐酸碱、强附着力、耐磨等性能。但是,目前使用的熨板涂料的硬度不高,耐磨性能差,并且不具有抗菌作用。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有电熨斗用涂料硬度不高、耐磨性能差以及不具有抗菌作用的缺点,本发明提供一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂14~22份,氟树脂4~8份,三聚氰胺树脂4~8份,珠光颜料2~6份,石英粉5~10份,三氧化二锑1~3份,硬脂酸镁0.2~0.3份,聚酰胺蜡0.2~0.3份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.7~1.2份,磷酸二氢铵0.3~0.8份,二甲基甲酰胺42~53份,乙二醇乙酸酯7~13份,聚醚三元醇4~10份。
上述所述的一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂17~19份,氟树脂5~6份,三聚氰胺树脂6~7份,珠光颜料4~5份,石英粉7~8份,三氧化二锑1.5~2.5份,硬脂酸镁0.23~0.26份,聚酰胺蜡0.25~0.27份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.8~1份,磷酸二氢铵0.5~0.6份,二甲基甲酰胺45~50份,乙二醇乙酸酯9~11份,聚醚三元醇6~8份。
上述所述的一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇乙酸酯,混合均匀,再加入氟树脂、三聚氰胺树脂,在温度为50~60℃下搅拌1h,接着加入珠光颜料、石英粉、三氧化二锑、硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺蜡、苯乙酸月桂醇酯,混合均匀后,用球磨罐研磨20h,然后投入搅拌机,再向搅拌机内加入聚四氟乙烯树脂、磷酸二氢铵、聚醚三元醇,混合均匀后过120目筛,即得成品。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料及其制备方法,该涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、防水、防粘、附着力高、耐磨性好等性能,并且具有良好的抗菌作用,能够有效防止衣物上沾染上细菌。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂14份,氟树脂4份,三聚氰胺树脂4份,珠光颜料2份,石英粉5份,三氧化二锑1份,硬脂酸镁0.2份,聚酰胺蜡0.2份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.7份,磷酸二氢铵0.3份,二甲基甲酰胺42份,乙二醇乙酸酯7份,聚醚三元醇4份。
一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇乙酸酯,混合均匀,再加入氟树脂、三聚氰胺树脂,在温度为50℃下搅拌1h,接着加入珠光颜料、石英粉、三氧化二锑、硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺蜡、苯乙酸月桂醇酯,混合均匀后,用球磨罐研磨20h,然后投入搅拌机,再向搅拌机内加入聚四氟乙烯树脂、磷酸二氢铵、聚醚三元醇,混合均匀后过120目筛,即得成品。
本实施例提供的涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、防水、防粘、附着力高、耐磨性好等性能,其对细菌的杀灭率达到98.1%。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂17份,氟树脂5份,三聚氰胺树脂6份,珠光颜料4份,石英粉7份,三氧化二锑1.5份,硬脂酸镁0.23份,聚酰胺蜡0.25份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.8份,磷酸二氢铵0.5份,二甲基甲酰胺45份,乙二醇乙酸酯9份,聚醚三元醇6份。
一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇乙酸酯,混合均匀,再加入氟树脂、三聚氰胺树脂,在温度为60℃下搅拌1h,接着加入珠光颜料、石英粉、三氧化二锑、硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺蜡、苯乙酸月桂醇酯,混合均匀后,用球磨罐研磨20h,然后投入搅拌机,再向搅拌机内加入聚四氟乙烯树脂、磷酸二氢铵、聚醚三元醇,混合均匀后过120目筛,即得成品。
本实施例提供的涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、防水、防粘、附着力高、耐磨性好等性能,其对细菌的杀灭率达到97.8%。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂19份,氟树脂6份,三聚氰胺树脂7份,珠光颜料5份,石英粉8份,三氧化二锑2.5份,硬脂酸镁0.26份,聚酰胺蜡0.27份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯1份,磷酸二氢铵0.6份,二甲基甲酰胺50份,乙二醇乙酸酯11份,聚醚三元醇8份。
一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料的制备步骤如下:在反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇乙酸酯,混合均匀,再加入氟树脂、三聚氰胺树脂,在温度为55℃下搅拌1h,接着加入珠光颜料、石英粉、三氧化二锑、硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺蜡、苯乙酸月桂醇酯,混合均匀后,用球磨罐研磨20h,然后投入搅拌机,再向搅拌机内加入聚四氟乙烯树脂、磷酸二氢铵、聚醚三元醇,混合均匀后过120目筛,即得成品。
本实施例提供的涂料具有耐高温、耐酸碱、防水、防粘、附着力高、耐磨性好等性能,其对细菌的杀灭率达到98.5%。

1.一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,其特征在于,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂14~22份,氟树脂4~8份,三聚氰胺树脂4~8份,珠光颜料2~6份,石英粉5~10份,三氧化二锑1~3份,硬脂酸镁0.2~0.3份,聚酰胺蜡0.2~0.3份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.7~1.2份,磷酸二氢铵0.3~0.8份,二甲基甲酰胺42~53份,乙二醇乙酸酯7~13份,聚醚三元醇4~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料,其特征在于,以质量份计含有以下成分:聚四氟乙烯树脂17~19份,氟树脂5~6份,三聚氰胺树脂6~7份,珠光颜料4~5份,石英粉7~8份,三氧化二锑1.5~2.5份,硬脂酸镁0.23~0.26份,聚酰胺蜡0.25~0.27份,苯乙酸月桂醇酯0.8~1份,磷酸二氢铵0.5~0.6份,二甲基甲酰胺45~50份,乙二醇乙酸酯9~11份,聚醚三元醇6~8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种电熨斗用耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法的制备步骤如下:在反应釜内加入二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇乙酸酯,混合均匀,再加入氟树脂、三聚氰胺树脂,在温度为50~60℃下搅拌1h,接着加入珠光颜料、石英粉、三氧化二锑、硬脂酸镁、聚酰胺蜡、苯乙酸月桂醇酯,混合均匀后,用球磨罐研磨20h,然后投入搅拌机,再向搅拌机内加入聚四氟乙烯树脂、磷酸二氢铵、聚醚三元醇,混合均匀后过120目筛,即得成品。
