本发明公开了一种环保长效夜光油墨,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂25~45份、酯醇溶剂30~45份、有机膨润土0.2~1.5份、夜光粉30~50份、表面活性剂1~3份、消泡剂0.5~2份、稳定剂0.5~2份、附着力促进剂0.5~2份和蜡粉0.1~0.5份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。本发明环保性能优异,具有无限次的夜光功能。

环保长效夜光油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保长效夜光油墨。
背景技术
长期以来,包装行业印刷油墨多以苯类溶剂型油墨为主,而苯类溶剂不仅会污染环境,而且会对人体造成伤害。目前,世界许多国家已经明令禁止或限制使用苯类溶剂。现在,越来越多的产品使用到夜光油墨,主要用于交通设施、军事设施、娱乐场所、公共场所、应急指示系统、广告牌、民用建筑装饰方面、消防紧急逃生系统。在一定程度上方便了人们的日常生活,保护人民生命财产安全的目的。由于夜光油墨与普通油墨之间的巨大区别,使夜光油墨的适用场合越来越多。但是,现在市面上的夜光油墨,经过专业的测试,其夜光功能的持续性不足,使用了几百次以后就失去了夜光的功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保长效夜光油墨,其环保性能优异,具有无限次的夜光功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种环保长效夜光油墨,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂25~45份、酯醇溶剂30~45份、有机膨润土0.2~1.5份、夜光粉30~50份、表面活性剂1~3份、消泡剂0.5~2份、稳定剂0.5~2份、附着力促进剂0.5~2份和蜡粉0.1~0.5份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述夜光粉的粒径小于7μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种环保长效夜光油墨,该配方制备的油墨可无限次使用,且配方中不含有苯类溶剂,减少了对周围环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
一种环保长效夜光油墨,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂32份、酯醇溶剂40份、有机膨润土0.9份、夜光粉45份、表面活性剂1.2份、消泡剂0.8份、稳定剂0.8份、附着力促进剂1.2份和蜡粉0.3份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。其中,所述夜光粉的粒径小于7μm。
上述这种环保长效夜光油墨,是由下述步骤制备而成的:
1)预混合,先将全部的丙烯酸树脂、全部的有机膨润土、全部的夜光粉和三分之二重量的酯醇溶剂放入搅拌机中,开启搅拌机,设置转速为2000r/min,搅拌30min后得到预混合液;
2)研磨分散,将步骤1)得到的预混合液放入研磨机中研磨,直至达到工艺所需细度,得到浆料;
3)调粘度,将余下的酯醇溶剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂、稳定剂、附着力促进剂和蜡粉在缓慢搅拌下逐渐加入浆料中;
4)过滤,将调节好粘度的浆料进行过滤,去除杂质后进行灌装,得到成品的夜光油墨。
实施例2:一种环保长效夜光油墨,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂28份、酯醇溶剂35份、有机膨润土0.5份、夜光粉38份、表面活性剂1.9份、消泡剂1.2份、稳定剂0.5份、附着力促进剂0.8份和蜡粉0.2份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。其中,所述夜光粉的粒径小于7μm。
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种环保长效夜光油墨,其特征在于,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂25~45份、酯醇溶剂30~45份、有机膨润土0.2~1.5份、夜光粉30~50份、表面活性剂1~3份、消泡剂0.5~2份、稳定剂0.5~2份、附着力促进剂0.5~2份和蜡粉0.1~0.5份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保长效夜光油墨,其特征在于,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂32份、酯醇溶剂40份、有机膨润土0.9份、夜光粉45份、表面活性剂1.2份、消泡剂0.8份、稳定剂0.8份、附着力促进剂1.2份和蜡粉0.3份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保长效夜光油墨,其特征在于,是由下列质量份数的成分组成的:丙烯酸树脂28份、酯醇溶剂35份、有机膨润土0.5份、夜光粉38份、表面活性剂1.9份、消泡剂1.2份、稳定剂0.5份、附着力促进剂0.8份和蜡粉0.2份,其中所述的酯醇溶剂是由正丙酯、异丙醇、乙酯和正丙醇按照质量份数比30:10:8:2混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1~3之一所述的环保长效夜光油墨,其特征在于,所述夜光粉的粒径小于7μm。
