Abstract

一种阀衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于主要包括以下步骤:首先,充分混合,将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯和不锈钢粉充分混合成混合物;其次,模压成型,将充分混合之后的混合物在15~20Mpa的压力下以及360~380℃的温度下模压成型;最后,冷却至室温。采用本方法制成的阀衬材料抗磨强度和硬度会大大的提高,由此制成的各种产品之后不易变形和磨损,其密封性也比较好,从而延长了产品的寿命。

一种阀衬材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种阀衬材料的制备方法。 
背景技术
原来的阀衬材料主要是通过聚四氟乙烯加碳配置而成,其制备方法是直接将这两种材料模压成型。这种方法制备的阀衬材料呈黑色,抗磨强度和硬度都比较差,因此由该方法制备的阀衬材料做成的各种产品之后容易变形、磨损、密封性差,严重影响产品的寿命。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种阀衬材料的制备方法,该方法制成的阀衬材料抗磨强度和硬度会大大的提高。 
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种阀衬材料的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤: 
首先,充分混合,将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯和不锈钢粉充分混合成混合物; 
其次,模压成型,将充分混合之后的混合物在15~20Mpa的压力下以及360~380℃的温度下模压成型; 
最后,冷却至室温。 
优选地,所述混合物的重量百分比为:1~5%的玻璃纤维。5~10%的碳纤维,3~6%的二硫化钼,50~60%的聚四氟乙烯,以及25~40% 的不锈钢粉。 
优选地,所述不锈钢粉的粒径小于100微米。 
优选地,所述混合物在15~20Mpa的压力下以及360~380℃的温度下模压成型的保温时间在5~10分钟之间。 
采用本方法制成的阀衬材料抗磨强度和硬度会大大的提高,由此制成的各种产品之后不易变形和磨损,其密封性也比较好,从而延长了产品的寿命。 
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。 
首先,充分混合,将4%的玻璃纤维、7%的碳纤维、5%的二硫化钼、54%聚四氟乙烯和30%不锈钢粉充分混合成混合物;所述不锈钢粉的粒径小于100微米; 
其次,模压成型,将充分混合之后的混合物在15~20Mpa的压力下以及360~380℃的温度下模压成型,其保温时间为8分钟; 
最后,冷却至室温,即得到阀衬材料。 
采用本方法制成的阀衬材料抗磨强度和硬度会大大的提高,由此制成的各种产品之后不易变形和磨损,其密封性也比较好,从而延长了产品的寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种阀衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于主要包括以下步骤:
首先,充分混合,将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯和不锈钢粉充分混合成混合物;
其次,模压成型,将充分混合之后的混合物在15~20Mpa的压力下以及360~380℃的温度下模压成型;
最后,冷却至室温,即得阀衬材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合物的重量百分比为:1~5%的玻璃纤维,5~10%的碳纤维,3~6%的二硫化钼,50~60%的聚四氟乙烯,以及25~40%的不锈钢粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述不锈钢粉的粒径小于100微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合物在15~20Mpa的压力下以及360~380℃的温度下模压成型的保温时间在5~10分钟之间。
