一种抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有常用的阻燃塑料发泡材料,其主要成分包括高压低密度聚乙烯、阻燃剂、化工助剂、碳酸钙等,用这些材料发泡出来的产品虽然具有较好的阻燃功能和环保效果,但抗磨性能不能达到较高的标准要求,因此限制了其应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有发泡材料的上述不足,提供一种抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料,包括如下质量份的配方组分:
其中,所述塑料按质量份包括高压低密度聚乙烯5.3~5.5份和超高分子量聚乙烯1.2~1.5份;所述化工助剂按质量份包括中温发泡剂0.6~0.9份、氧化锌0.09~0.11份、硬脂酸0.06~0.09份和无味交联剂0.05~0.1份。
优选地,所述阻燃剂为环保复合阻燃剂,所述环保复合阻燃剂按质量份包括十溴二苯乙烷1.1~1.3份、氢氧化铝0.9~1.2份和三氧化二锑0.4~0.5份。
优选地,所述中温发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
优选地,所述氧化锌的纯度为99.5%~99.7%。
优选地,所述硬脂酸的型号为1801。
优选地,所述无味交联剂为双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯。
优选地,所述石英粉和所述锆英粉的粒径为400~600目,所述水镁滑石粉的粒径为600目。
一种抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.按照上述抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的质量份的配方组分称取各组分;
S2.将所述石英粉、锆英粉、水镁滑石粉、塑料和阻燃剂均匀混合后进行密炼;
S3.密炼至温度达到约70℃时,先加入所述氧化锌和硬脂酸并继续密炼;密炼至温度达到90~95℃时再加入所述中温发泡剂和无味交联剂并继续密炼;密炼至温度达到115℃~120℃时,所有物料分解交联成团即可结束密炼;
S4.将S3步骤中密炼得到的整团物料通过开炼机炼胶,再通过截断机制成薄片半成品;
S5.将所述薄片半成品按模具设计工艺的要求进行发泡成型。
优选地,在S3步骤中整个密炼过程的时间为12~14分钟。
上述抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料中,石英粉是一种坚硬的材料(硬度为7),耐磨性好,而且耐火温度为1750℃~1800℃,可以起到阻燃功能;锆英粉硬度为7-8度,耐磨效果很好,特别耐高温,其耐火温度为2500℃;水镁滑石粉也是一种耐高温材料,耐火温度约为800℃。石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉均无毒无味,水镁滑石粉还可以用于制药和化妆品,均符合环保要求。发明人通过实验研究发现,石英粉和锆英粉两者配合使用时,发泡材料的抗磨效果提升显著;由于锆英粉价格较石英粉稍高,为了降低成本同时满足抗磨性能,因此发明人调节石英粉和锆英粉的配比至上述适当范围,石英粉的用量可以比锆英粉略多些。水镁滑石粉的抗磨性能与石英粉、锆英粉相比稍逊色,但遮盖力好、流动性好,增加产品形装的稳定,而且吸附力强,可以吸附材料的异味。此外,发明人还发现石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉三者可以可起到互补作用,与其他组分混合相容性好,从而提高材料的综合性能。
因此,本发明通过添加石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉提高上述发泡材料的抗磨性能,而且石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉还是优质的阻燃材料,可以减少阻燃剂的使用,应该注意的是阻燃剂的价格比石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉的平均价格高十多倍,因此添加石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉可以大大降低成本同时保证阻燃性能。
此外,由于超高分子量聚乙烯比普通聚乙烯的分子量大,与高压低密度聚乙烯按适当配比混合后,能恰到好处地增加发泡材料的密度,而且超高分子量聚乙烯抗压、抗弯性能优异,因此添加超高分子量聚乙烯可以一定程度上提高该发泡材料的抗磨性能。
由于该发泡材料具有抗磨、阻燃、环保和成本低的优势,大大拓展了该产品的应用范围。
上述抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的制备方法,先加入其它组分的原料进行密炼,当达到一定温度时再加入中温发泡剂和无味交联剂,可使整体材料不至于交联太快而影响材料性能。如果交联太快时则各组分还没完全分散、分解就成团,使得阻燃剂达不到应有的效果,即在添加了石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉并减少2%~3%的阻燃剂的情况下,材料的阻燃性能依然显著;而且,各组分得到充分分解还能使板材整齐,表面没有凹凸,且光滑美观。
此外,在上述S3步骤中整个密炼过程的时间优选为12~14分钟,在该优选的密炼时间内,各组分可充分分解。如果少于该时间则分解不好,导致增加发泡时间,更可能出现整份材料因交联不好而报废;如果超过该时间,会导致材料失去应有的弹性,生产出的板材变干,变脆,严重时整块板材起泡。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步清楚、完整地说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料包括如下质量份的配方组分:
超高分子量聚乙烯1.2份、高压低密度聚乙烯5.5份、石英粉1.9份、锆英粉1份、水镁滑石粉0.3份、三氧化二锑0.5份、十溴二苯乙烷1.1份、氢氧化铝1.2份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.9份、氧化锌0.11份、硬脂酸0.06份和双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯0.1份;其中,石英粉的粒径为600目,锆英粉的粒径为400目,水镁滑石粉的粒径为600目。
本实施例提供的抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的制备方法如下:
S11.按照上述抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的质量份的配方组分称取各组分;
S12.将石英粉、锆英粉、水镁滑石粉、三氧化二锑、十溴二苯乙烷、氢氧化铝、超高分子量聚乙烯和高压低密度聚乙烯均匀放入橡胶塑料捏炼机的混炼室,混炼室入料时通过红外线温度测量计测量温度,当加热至温度为55℃~60℃时盖上压力盖和防尘盖进行密炼;
S13.密炼至温度达到65~70℃时先加入氧化锌和硬脂酸;密炼至温度达到90℃~93℃时,升起压力盖和防尘盖,加入偶氮二甲酰胺和双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯,盖上盖继续密炼;密炼至温度约95℃时,升盖进行第一次翻料;盖上盖密炼至温度约100℃~105℃时升盖翻料两次;盖上盖密炼至110℃时升盖再翻料一次,115℃时最后翻料一次,即共翻料五次;当温度达到115℃~120℃时,所有物料分解交联成团即可;整个密炼全程约12~14分钟;
S14.完成上述密炼工序后,开炼机开始工作,先使开炼机预热约15分钟,开炼机两个滚轮的温度为约55℃(特别需要注意的是,开炼机温度不能超过55℃,否则物料容易粘在机器上),然后把S13步骤中密炼好的整团物料送到开炼机上,反复翻动炼胶3次共约4分钟;
S15.将步骤S14中开练机炼胶之后得到的物料放到另一台开炼机上出片,出片得到的薄片厚度为0.95mm~1.1mm;然后把薄片经输送带送到截断机,截断刀的温度应当预热到125℃~135℃,截断成薄片半成品(其长度和宽度应当根据模具设计要求来调整),从将物料送入开炼机到截断出片全程时间控制为约13分钟;根据模具设计的要求计算出所需重量,称取一定量的薄片半成品,放入发泡机模具内发泡,发泡机模具的温度约155℃~160℃,发泡完成后,打开发泡机的模具拉出成品片材冷却,即得到最终产品。
实施例2
本实施例提供的抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料包括如下质量份的配方组分:
超高分子量聚乙烯1.5份、高压低密度聚乙烯5.3份、石英粉1.7份、锆英粉1.3份、水镁滑石粉0.2份、十溴二苯乙烷1.3份、三氧化二锑0.4份、氢氧化铝0.9份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.7份、氧化锌0.1份、硬脂酸0.08份和双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯0.075份;其中,石英粉的粒径为600目,锆英粉的粒径为400目,水镁滑石粉的粒径为600目。
本实施例提供的抗磨环保阻燃塑料发泡材料的制备方法如实施例1所述,在此不再重复阐述。
对比例1
本对比例提供的发泡材料,除了不添加超高分子量聚乙烯、石英粉和锆英粉和水镁滑石粉以外,其他与实施例1相同。
将实施例1和对比例1制得的发泡材料进行抗磨性能测试,具体测试及实验数据如下:
a、用硬度为60°,长50cm、宽30cm和厚30mm的塑料发泡板材进行抗磨测试:
将对比例1制得的发泡材料进行1000次循环磨损测试,其质量损失为116.1mg;将本发明实施例1制得的发泡材料进行1000次循环磨损测试,其质量损失为41.5mg。
b、用硬度为45°,长50cm、宽30cm和厚30mm的塑料发泡板材进行抗磨测试:
将对比例1制得的发泡材料进行1000次循环磨损测试,其质量损失为209.82mg;将本发明实施例1制得的发泡材料进行1000次循环磨损测试,其质量损失为55.4mg。
以上对比测试表明,在相同硬度下,本发明实施例1制得的发泡材料与对比例1相比其抗磨性能明显提高。
因此,本发明公开的阻燃塑料发泡材料通过添加石英粉、锆英粉、水镁滑石粉和超高分子量聚乙烯,大大增强了该发泡材料的抗磨性能,而且由于石英粉、锆英粉和水镁滑石粉本身就具有耐高温和防腐蚀性能,可以减少阻燃剂的使用,在降低成本的同时更加环保高效,扩大了产品应用范围。现有的不具有良好抗磨性能的阻燃塑料发泡材料严重限制了其应用,如果能开发出具有高抗磨的阻燃塑料发泡材料,那么将大大扩展这种材料的应用领域,例如,可以替代水泥、砖、竹、木板甚至部分玻璃钢、钢铁等,因而对于资源是一种很好的保护节约,具有重大深远的意义。
值得注意的是,上述实施例仅是对本发明的技术方案的具体说明,并不用于限定本发明,凡是对本发明作同一构思的等同替换或变换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
