Abstract

电缆绕包带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆绕包带,其包括由纺织织物制成的带状基材,所述织物具有用PET塑料材料制成的经纱和纬纱,而所述经纱和纬纱则由长丝纱线(Filamentgarn)构成,且所述纬纱的纱线密度比所述经纱的纱线密度更大,所述电缆绕包带还包括施加在所述基材上的胶粘剂层。
背景技术
欧洲专利申请文件EP 107 45 95公开了一种可手动撕裂的胶粘带,该胶粘带具有以细经纱和粗纬纱制成的基材的织物成份,其中,经纱总量的在每厘米上的密度最大为2500dtex,并且具有这样的事实,即,经纱是通过带有胶粘剂的涂层固定在其位置上的。经纱的纱线密度应是40dtex至60dtex,而纬纱的纱线密度则应选为150dtex至250dtex。
欧洲专利申请文件EP 199 03 93 A1公开了一种具有由经纱和纬纱制成的带状基材的胶粘带,其中,经纱的纱线密度为50dtex以及超过50dtex。
由于此种已公开胶粘带选择了此等纱线密度,因此该胶粘带具有相当的刚度,因而会尤其是在紧密弯折的情况下给线缆缠绕带来困难。此外,同样是因为纱线密度的选择,所以此种已公开胶粘带受制于相对较大的带厚,这样,一方面会引起高额的材料成本,而且另一方面会使已加工并缠绕完毕的电缆束增加额外的重量。
发明内容
本发明的基本目的是避免前述缺陷,对开头所描述类型的胶粘带加以改进,不但使其具有柔韧性并可弯曲,而且由于使带厚变小,从而节省生产成本,另外,也使其可进行手工与机械处理。
根据本发明,这一目的是在开头述及的电缆绕包带的基础上,通过使经纱所具有的纱线密度大于/等于20dtex并且小于/等于40dtex而实现的。
在这种情况下,如每厘米上的经纱的数量大于/等于20条/cm,且小于/等于35条/cm,则是有利的,尤其是每一经纱的长丝的长丝数量能够为24条(Stück)。由于材料选择方面的原因,根据本发明的胶粘带在125℃至150℃内具有极好的温度稳定性,而且它既可进行手工处理,也可进行机械处理,这是因为它的解卷力很小,并且根据本发明的胶粘带的断裂伸长率与断裂强度也使它既适用手工,也适用机械处理。另外,根据本发明的胶粘带同时也满足了LV312中关于横向抗拉性的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的电缆绕包带具有用纺织织物制成的带状基材1,所述织物由经纱2和纬纱3构成。经纱2和纬纱3的材料是PET塑料材料,尤其可用聚酯。经纱2和纬纱3由长丝纱线构成。理论上,长丝纱线是由极长的纤维,即所谓的长丝组成的。长丝纱线通常未经扭转,也就是说长丝基本上以彼此平行的方式延伸,因为它们是不扭转地集合在一起的。人们如此地区分单丝或者复丝,其中,单丝纱线仅由唯一一条纤维构成,即纱线由长丝构成,而复丝则由多于两条的单纤维构成。市场上的长丝纱线的质量等级有如下分类:
1.POY丝
其即所谓的预取向丝,其是由诸如聚酯或聚酰胺等热塑性塑料经高速喷丝并部分拉伸而制成的预取向长丝纱线。
2.FDY丝(全拉伸丝)
FDY丝是一种在位于两个扁平线圈(Galette)(FDY)之间的冷却槽中经纺制和吹风后完全拉伸开并且卷绕起来的、光滑的热塑性长丝纱线。
3.DTY丝(DTY,拉伸变形丝)
DTY丝是经拉伸变形工艺处理的纱线,主要是通过假拈-摩檫变形工艺处理以一体式拉伸而制成的。
在基材1的一个面上,示例中是在基材的下表面上实施了胶粘剂层4,这一胶粘剂层4优选用丙烯酸酯胶粘剂或合成橡胶制成。具有本发明的意义的是:经纱2的纱线密度大于/等于20dtex且小于/等于40dtex,而纬纱3的纱线密度则大于经纱2的纱线密度。在这种情况下,尤其有利的是使每厘米上经纱2的数量大于/等于20条/cm并小于/等于35条/cm。有利的是,长丝数量,亦即每条经纱2中纤维的数量为24至96支长丝,优选为34至36支长丝。也可以考虑使经纱2和纬纱3具有的长丝数量为36、48和96支长丝。此外,根据本发明有利的是,纬纱3的数量为大于/等于28条/cm并小于/等于40条/cm。进一步有利的是,纬纱3的纱线密度为155dtex至200dtex,并优选为167dtex。有利的是,根据本发明的基材织物具有纬纱3,优选每一条纬纱3均具有24至96支长丝,优选36支长丝(纤维)。此外进一步有利的是,基材1的单位面积重量大于/等于40g/qm并小于/等于120g/qm,尤其基材1的单位面积重量可以是大于/等于80g/qm并小于/等于100g/qm。此外,根据本发明,对经纱2和/或纬纱3进行交织处理和/或变形处理(Texturieren)是有利的。根据本发明可进一步这样设计,即对经纱2和/或纬纱3采取喷丝头染色处理。喷丝头染色处理是指:在用以形成纱线的长丝的喷出过程中对纱线进行染色。在下表1中举出了根据本发明的胶粘带的有利的实施方式的形式。

根据本发明的胶粘带的突出特点在于:根据LV312在105℃至150℃的范围内具有极好的温度稳定性,能够以手工与机械进行处理,所具有的带厚很小,具有柔韧性而可弯曲,并且具有耐腐烂的基材。通过本发明的设计方案,就可以舍弃诸如上浆或再生等砑光步骤(Ausrüstungschritten),而这些步骤对于现有技术中的胶粘带而言是不可或缺的。前文诸表中包含的基材1和根据本发明的胶粘带的基础数据、及所反映的参数是按照下面的规范确定的:

横向抗手撕强度是按照LV312确定的。
耐磨性试验是按照AUDI、BMW、DC和VW等公司的共同检测标准,即LV312中对于“用于机动车中的电缆束的胶粘带( für InKraftfahrzeugen)”的规定,利用摩檫测定器在5mm的芯上进行的。经过每10次行程进行一次检查。在基材1的背面涂层(胶粘层4)被磨掉之时,即获得最终值。
本发明并不限制于前面已经说明和描写过的实施例,而是包括所有在发明意义上起相同作用的实施方式。需要着重强调的是,实施例并不限于将全部特征组合在一起,确切地说,每一单个子特征在与其他所有子特征分开时仍然具有发明上的意义。另外,本发明迄今为止也不限于在独立权利要求中限定的特征组合,其也可以被定义为已被全部公开的单个特征的一定特征的任意一种其他的组合方式。这意味着,原则上并在实践中,独立权利要求中所述的每一个单个特征都可以删去或者至少一个由在本申请文件的其他地方所公开的单个特征来取代。就此而言,各权利要求仅应被理解为是对于发明的一种最初表述尝试。

Claims (7)

1.一种电缆绕包带,其包括由纺织织物制成的带状基材(1)和施加在所述基材(1)上的胶粘剂层(4),所述织物具有用PET塑料材料制成的经纱(2)和纬纱(3),其中,所述经纱(2)和纬纱(3)由长丝纱线构成,而且所述纬纱(3)的纱线密度比所述经纱(2)的纱线密度大,其中,所述经纱(2)的纱线密度大于/等于20dtex且小于/等于40dtex,并且所述纬纱(3)的纱线密度为155dtex至200dtex,其中,在每厘米上所述经纱(2)的数量大于/等于20条/cm并小于/等于30条/cm,并且所述纬纱(3)的数量大于/等于28条/cm并小于/等于40条/cm,其中,所述基材(1)的单位面积重量大于/等于40g/qm并小于/等于100g/qm,其中,所述经纱(2)和/或纬纱(3)经交织处理和/或变形处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆绕包带,其特征在于,每一经纱(2)中长丝的数量均为24至96支长丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆绕包带,其特征在于,每一经纱(2)中长丝的数量均为24至36支长丝。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的电缆绕包带,其特征在于,所述纬纱(3)的每条纱线均由24至96支长丝组成。
5.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的电缆绕包带,其特征在于,所述纬纱(3)的每条纱线均由36支长丝组成。
6.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的电缆绕包带,其特征在于,所述经纱(2)和/或纬纱(3)是经过喷丝头染色处理的。
7.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的电缆绕包带,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂层(4)由丙烯酸酯胶粘剂或合成橡胶构成。
