Abstract

本发明为一种治疗盆腔炎的药物，其主要以沉香、陈皮、苍术、半夏、桔梗和甘草中草药为原料，通过文火反复煎熬，然后取出药渣，将药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的药剂包装后得成品。本发明药物清热解毒、消炎通滞，可以治疗各种类型盆腔炎。

Description

一种治疗盆腔炎的药物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种治疗盆腔炎的药物，特别涉及到一种以中草药为原料制备的治疗盆腔炎的药物，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
背景技术
盆腔炎是较常见的妇科疾病，发病率较高，主要是指女性内生殖器及其周围结缔组织、盆腔腹膜的炎症。主要症状是月经紊乱、白带增多、腰腹疼痛及不孕等。目前，治疗盆腔炎的西药很多，但普遍具有治疗成本高、副作用大等缺点。另外，还有很多治疗盆腔炎的中药，但大多数具有治疗效果差、治疗周期长等缺点。手术治疗盆腔炎主要针对其器官周围粘连，抗炎药物已经不容易进入的病人，其费用高、周期长，患者需要承受较大的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治愈率高、治疗成本低、无毒副作用的治疗盆腔炎的药物。
提供该药物的制备方法是本发明的另一发明目的。
本发明的药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
        沉  香5-12         陈  皮8-18
苍  术10-25       半  夏12-25   
桔  梗10-20       甘  草8-25
具体由下述质量比例的原料制成：
        沉  香 8        陈  皮12
苍  术18       半  夏16   
桔  梗15       甘  草20
本发明药物的制备方法是：
将沉香、陈皮、苍术、半夏、桔梗和甘草加入60—100重量份的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的药剂。
本发明组方中各药间有相加互补和协同作用，清热解毒、消炎通滞，可以治疗各种类型盆腔炎，且无毒副作用。
本发明是发明人经过反复研究，逐步改进，最后成功的一种疗效较好的治疗盆腔炎的药物，为表明本发明药物对盆腔炎的治疗效果，本发明对160例服用本药物的盆腔炎患者进行了临床观察，并选择具有可比性的盆腔炎患者159例作为对照组。治疗组患者每天服用本发明药物三次，早中晚各一次，一次服用5克药物，对照组患者服用常规治疗盆腔炎的口服药物。治疗一个月后，治疗结果见表1

治疗组相比对照组具有更高的治愈率和有效率，由此认为，本发明药物治疗盆腔炎具有较好的效果，并且经过一个月的治疗观察，服用本发明药物没有出现任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
    实施例1
按照下述重量准备原材料（kg）：
沉香0.8、陈皮1.2、苍术1.8、半夏1.6、桔梗1.5和甘草2.0。 
将上述8.9kg中草药放入砂锅中，加入9.5kg的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的散剂，包装后得成品。
实施例2
按照下述重量准备原材料（kg）：
沉香0.8、陈皮1.0、苍术1.4、半夏2.0、桔梗1.5和甘草1.5。
将上述8.2kg中草药放入砂锅中，加入9.0kg的清水，文火煎1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合再放入砂锅煎3小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后将所得的稠膏状药物烘干、研碎、装胶囊，包装后得成品。

1.一种治疗盆腔炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
        沉  香5-12         陈  皮8-18
苍  术10-25       半  夏12-25   
桔  梗10-20       甘  草8-25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗盆腔炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
        沉  香 8        陈  皮12
苍  术18       半  夏16   
桔  梗15       甘  草20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗盆腔炎的药物的制备方法，其特征在于该方法将沉香、陈皮、苍术、半夏、桔梗和甘草加入60—100重量份的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的药剂。
