Abstract

本发明为一种治疗咽炎的药物，其主要以龙防风、白芷、黄连、冰片、薄荷和雄黄中草药为原料，通过文火反复煎熬，然后取出药渣，将药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的药剂包装后得成品。本发明药物清热解毒、消炎袪肿，可以治疗各种类型咽炎。

Description

一种治疗咽炎的药物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种治疗咽炎的药物，特别涉及到一种以中草药为原料制备的治疗咽炎的药物，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
背景技术
咽炎是一种常见的疾病，是指咽部黏膜及黏膜下组织发生炎症，主要症状是咽部不适、疼痛、痒和发热等。目前，治疗咽炎的西药很多，普遍具有治疗成本高、副作用大等缺点。另外，还有很多治疗咽炎的中药，但大多数具有治疗效果差、治疗周期长等缺点。手术治疗咽炎费用高、周期长，患者需要承受较大的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治愈率高、治疗成本低、无毒副作用的治疗咽炎的药物。
提供该药物的制备方法是本发明的另一发明目的。
本发明的药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
防  风5-10        白  芷5-15
黄  连10-18       冰  片10-25   
薄  荷10-20       雄  黄6-18
具体由下述质量比例的原料制成：
防  风8          白  芷12
黄  连14         冰  片20  
薄  荷15         雄  黄12
本发明药物的制备方法是：
将防风、白芷、黄连、冰片、薄荷和雄黄加入60—100重量份的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的药剂。
本发明组方中各药间有相加互补和协同作用，清热解毒、消炎袪肿，可以治疗各种类型咽炎，且无毒副作用。
本发明是发明人经过反复研究，逐步改进，最后成功的一种疗效较好的治疗咽炎的药物，为表明本发明药物对咽炎的治疗效果，本发明对170例服用本药物的咽炎患者进行了临床观察，并选择具有可比性的咽炎患者169例作为对照组。治疗组患者每天服用本发明药物三次，早中晚各一次，一次服用5克药物，对照组患者服用常规治疗咽炎的口服药物。治疗一个月后，治疗结果见表1

治疗组相比对照组具有更高的治愈率和有效率，由此认为，本发明药物治疗咽炎具有较好的效果，并且经过一个月的治疗观察，服用本发明药物没有出现任何毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
    实施例
按照下述重量准备原材料（kg）：
防风0.8、白芷1.2、黄连1.4、冰片2.0、薄荷1.5和雄黄1.2。 
将上述8.1kg中草药放入砂锅中，加入8.5kg的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的散剂，包装后得成品。

1.一种治疗咽炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
防  风5-10        白  芷5-15
黄  连10-18       冰  片10-25   
薄  荷10-20       雄  黄6-18。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗咽炎的药物，其特征在于所述药物是由下述质量比例的原料制成：
防  风8          白  芷12
黄  连14         冰  片20  
薄  荷15         雄  黄12。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗咽炎的药物的制备方法，其特征在于该方法将防风、白芷、黄连、冰片、薄荷和雄黄加入60—100重量份的清水，文火煎0.5—1.5小时，反复煎3次后，取出药渣，将3次药液混合放入砂锅煎2—4小时，将药液浓缩成稠膏状，然后加入常规辅料，制成临床接受的药剂。
