一种热收缩缠绕带
技术领域
本发明涉及埋地或架空钢质管道焊口防腐补口而设计的热缩型防腐带材的技术领域。
背景技术
现在所使用的埋地或架空钢质管道的焊口处需要进行防腐处理,但是由于钢质管道热胀冷缩的原因,对于作为补口材料的热收缩带要求能够适应其膨胀的系数,无论在什么样的环境下都能完全贴合在钢质管道的外壁上。但是在使用一段时间后,管道的防腐层会出现破损,另外管道的弯曲部位不适用套管等形式,因此在很多场合需要使用进行缠绕的带状材料,目前所使用的热收缩缠绕带在防腐性差,且各层之间的粘合性较差,降低了使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有防水、防酸、防碱、防腐、结构简单、制造成本低的热收缩缠绕带。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种热收缩缠绕带,该热收缩缠绕带为层状结构,第一层为聚乙烯基材层,聚乙烯基材层上依次设置热熔胶层、固体环氧涂层。所述聚乙烯基材层为经过交联辐射的高密度聚乙烯。所述聚乙烯基材层涂覆在三层聚乙烯管道上。所述的热熔胶层具有密封性。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
聚乙烯有优异的化学稳定性,室温下耐盐酸、氢氟酸、磷酸、甲酸、胺类、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等各种化学物质,硝酸和硫酸对聚乙烯有较强的破坏作用。聚乙烯容易光氧化、热氧化、臭氧分解,在紫外线作用下容易发生降解,碳黑对聚乙烯有优异的光屏蔽作用。受辐射后可发生交联、断链、形成不饱和基团等反映。
在热力作用下,热收缩带沿径向均匀收缩,同时热熔胶层熔化,均匀包覆填充在管道表面,与原管道防腐层形成连续、紧密的防腐体系,可以抵抗土壤应力,抗静水压力,抗阴极剥离,抗化学腐蚀和霉菌等多种腐蚀行为。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明:
如图1所示,本发明的热收缩缠绕带为层状结构,第一层为聚乙烯基材层1,聚乙烯基材层1上依次设置热熔胶层2、固体环氧涂层3。所述聚乙烯基材层1为经过交联辐射的高密度聚乙烯。所述的聚乙烯基材层1涂覆在三层聚乙烯管道上。所述的热熔胶层2具有密封性。
本发明在施工时,首先将管道预热,用机器或人工缠绕在处理过的管道上,保证搭接宽度不小于25mm,均匀加热带材,带材在径向方向均匀收缩,同时热熔胶熔化。

1.一种热收缩缠绕带,其特征在于该热收缩缠绕带为层状结构,第一层为聚乙烯基材层(1),聚乙烯基材层(1)上依次设置热熔胶层(2)、固体环氧涂层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热收缩缠绕带,其特征在于上述聚乙烯基材层(1)为经过交联辐射的高密度聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热收缩缠绕带,其特征在于上述聚乙烯基材层(1)涂覆在三层聚乙烯管道上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热收缩缠绕带,其特征在于上述热熔胶层(2)具有密封性。
