Abstract
一种管道补伤修复片,涉及埋地或架空钢质管道焊口防腐补口而设计的热缩型防腐材料的技术领域。一种管道补伤修复片,该管道补伤修复片为层状结构,第一层为聚烯烃基材层,聚烯烃基材层上设置热熔胶层。所述聚烯烃基材层为经过交联辐射的高密度聚烯烃。所述聚烯烃基材层涂覆在两层聚乙烯防腐管道。所述的热熔胶层具有密封性。本发明目的是提供一种具有防水、防酸、防碱、防腐、结构简单、制造成本低的管道补伤修复片。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及埋地或架空钢质管道防腐层补伤而设计的修复片材的技术领域。
背景技术
现在所使用的埋地或架空钢质管道的焊口处需要进行防腐处理,但是在运输、检验或施工过程中容易造成表面的损伤,特别是在使用一段时间后,管道的防腐层会出现破损,此时需要结构简单,使用方便,能及时进行填补和修复的材料。目前所使用的修复片材在防腐性差,且各层之间的粘合性较差,降低了使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有防水、防酸、防碱、防腐、结构简单、制造成本低的管道补伤修复片。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种管道补伤修复片,该管道补伤修复片为层状结构,第一层为聚烯烃基材层,聚烯烃基材层上设置热熔胶层。所述聚烯烃基材层为经过交联辐射的高密度聚烯烃。所述聚烯烃基材层涂覆在两层聚乙烯防腐管道。所述的热熔胶层具有密封性。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
聚烯烃主要以气相聚合制备。熔融温度135℃,密度0.91克/厘米3,常温放置能发生晶型转变。可用挤出、吹塑和注射等工艺加工成管、板、薄膜及纤维。由于其耐蠕变和耐应力开裂性能突出,常作-25~100℃下使用的管道材料。聚4-甲基-1-戊烯,4-甲基-1-戊烯的聚合物。以定向聚合方法制备。熔融温度约240℃,密度0.83克/厘米3,为最轻的高分子,透明度高,绝缘性、耐腐蚀性好,透气率高(为聚乙烯的10倍),但耐冲击、应力开裂和光氧老化性能较差。可用注射和挤出方法加工。用于制造光学仪器、化学和医疗器具、电子器件和绝缘材料、气体分离膜和包装材料、纤维等。
在热力作用下,热熔胶层熔化,聚烯烃基材包覆填充在管道表面,对损伤部位进行修补,与原管道防腐层形成连续、紧密的防腐体系,可以抵抗土壤应力,抗静水压力,抗阴极剥离,抗化学腐蚀和霉菌等多种腐蚀行为。

如图1所示,本发明的管道补伤修复片为层状结构,第一层为聚烯烃基材层1,聚烯烃基材层1上设置热熔胶层2。所述聚烯烃基材层1为经过交联辐射的高密度聚烯烃。所述的聚烯烃基材层1涂覆在两层聚乙烯防腐管道上。所述的热熔胶层2具有密封性。

1.一种管道补伤修复片,其特征在于该管道补伤修复片为层状结构,第一层为聚烯烃基材层(1),聚烯烃基材层(1)上设置热熔胶层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道补伤修复片,其特征在于上述聚烯烃基材层(1)为经过交联辐射的高密度聚烯烃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管道补伤修复片,其特征在于上述聚烯烃基材层(1)涂覆在两层聚乙烯防腐管道上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管道补伤修复片,其特征在于上述热熔胶层(2)具有密封性。
