发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种皱漆包革的制备方法,可以很好地解决以往包革表面花纹浅,颜色变化少,不够时尚的问题,满足客户对高档制包用革的需求。
一种皱漆包革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在50-200重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026中加入10-30重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,20-30重量份的碳酸钙,1-3重量份的CF渗透剂,搅拌均匀形成湿法配方混合物,涂刮在纬编布上,经过凝固定型、水洗、烘干后,制得贝斯;
2)在50-200重量份的HL-7010树脂中,加入50-80重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,10-30重量份的乙酸乙酯,色粉若干,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第一混合物,涂刮在离型纸上,经烘干制得面层;
3)在50-200重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20中加入5-10重量份的架桥剂,0.1-1重量份的GP330消泡剂,0.1-1重量份的SP840流平剂,搅拌均匀形成干法配发第二混合物,涂刮在所述面层上,高温烘干,涂刮高固配套底料树脂清料,贴合至所述贝斯上,高温烘干半成品;
4)在50-200重量份的MU-612N树脂和50-200重量份的MU-609H树脂中加入50-80重量份的丁酯,搅拌均匀后加入步骤3)中得到的半成品,继续搅拌均匀后制得混合物,淋幕所述混合物,在恒温恒湿环境中晾干;
5)在揉纹机中,常温水揉,烘干后经过成检,制得成品。
进一步地,步骤1)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026、20重量份的二甲基甲酰胺、25重量份的碳酸钙、2重量份的CF渗透剂;
步骤2)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的HL-7010树脂、70重量份的二甲基甲酰胺、20重量份的乙酸乙酯;
步骤3)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20、7重量份的架桥剂、0.5重量份的GP330消泡剂、0.5重量份的SP840流平剂;
步骤4)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的MU-612N树脂、100重量份的MU-609H树脂、60重量份的丁酯;
进一步地,在步骤1)中,所述湿法配方混合物涂层的厚度为0.5-1mm;在步骤2)中所述干法配方第一混合物涂层的厚度为0.15-0.2mm;在步骤3)中所述干法配方第二混合物涂层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。

3)在50-200重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20中加入5-10重量份的架桥剂,0.1-1重量份的GP330消泡剂,0.1-1重量份的SP840流平剂,搅拌均匀形成干法配发第二混合物,涂刮在所述面层上,高温烘干,涂刮高固配套底料树脂清料,贴合至所述贝斯上,高温烘干半成品;

实施例1
皱漆包革的制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)按照预制造的皱漆包革的用途设计的湿法配方,在50重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026中加入30重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,20重量份的碳酸钙,1重量份的CF渗透剂,搅拌均匀形成湿法配方混合物,涂刮在纬编布上,涂层厚度为0.5mm,经过凝固定型、水洗、烘干后,制得贝斯;
2)在50重量份的HL-7010树脂中,加入80重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,10重量份的乙酸乙酯,色粉若干,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第一混合物,涂刮在离型纸上,涂层厚度为0.15mm,经100℃高温烘干,制得面层;
3)在50重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20中加入10重量份的架桥剂,0.1重量份的GP330消泡剂,0.1重量份的SP840流平剂,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第二混合物,涂刮在所述面层上,涂层厚度为0.1mm经过120℃高温烘干,涂刮高固配套底料树脂清料,反面贴合至所述贝斯上,高温120℃,5min烘干制成半成品;
4)在50重量份的MU-612N树脂和200重量份的MU-609H树脂中加入50重量份的丁酯,搅拌均匀后加入步骤3)中得到的半成品,继续搅拌均匀后制得混合物,在10秒之内于每平方英尺上淋幕8g上述混合物,在恒温恒湿环境中晾干;
5)在揉纹机中,常温水揉15min,烘干经过成品检验,制得成品。
由上述制备方法生产出的皱漆包革,其理化性能的主要指标如表1所示。
实施例2
皱漆包革的制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)按照预制造的皱漆包革的用途设计的湿法配方,在200重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026中加入30重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,30重量份的碳酸钙,3重量份的CF渗透剂,搅拌均匀形成湿法配方混合物,涂刮在纬编布上,涂层厚度为1mm,经过凝固定型、水洗、烘干后,制得贝斯;
2)在200重量份的HL-7010树脂中,加入50重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,30重量份的乙酸乙酯,色粉若干,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第一混合物,涂刮在离型纸上,涂层厚度为0.2mm,经100℃高温烘干,制得面层;
3)在100重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20中加入7重量份的架桥剂,0.5重量份的GP330消泡剂,0.5重量份的SP840流平剂,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第二混合物,涂刮在所述面层上,涂层厚度为0.2mm经过150℃高温烘干,涂刮高固配套底料树脂清料,反面贴合至所述贝斯上,高温120℃,5min烘干制成半成品;
4)在200重量份的MU-612N树脂和50重量份的MU-609H树脂中加入80重量份的丁酯,搅拌均匀后加入步骤3)中得到的半成品,继续搅拌均匀后制得混合物,在30秒之内于每平方英尺上淋幕15g上述混合物,在恒温恒湿环境中晾干;
5)在揉纹机中,常温水揉15min,经烘干,制得成品。
由上述制备方法生产出的皱漆包革,其理化性能的主要指标如表1所示。
实施例3
皱漆包革的制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)按照预制造的皱漆包革的用途设计的湿法配方,在100重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026中加入20重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,25重量份的碳酸钙,2重量份的CF渗透剂,搅拌均匀形成湿法配方混合物,涂刮在纬编布上,涂层厚度为0.8mm,经过凝固定型、水洗、烘干后,制得贝斯;
2)在100重量份的HL-7010树脂中,加入70重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,20重量份的乙酸乙酯,色粉若干,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第一混合物,涂刮在离型纸上,涂层厚度为0.2mm,经120℃高温烘干,制得面层;
3)在200重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20中加入5重量份的架桥剂,1重量份的GP330消泡剂,1重量份的SP840流平剂,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第二混合物涂刮在所述面层上,涂层厚度为0.3mm经过140℃高温烘干,涂刮高固配套底料树脂清料,反面贴合至所述贝斯上,高温120℃,5min烘干制成半成品;
4)在100重量份的MU-612N树脂和100重量份的MU-609H树脂中加入60重量份的丁酯,搅拌均匀后加入步骤3)中得到的半成品,继续搅拌均匀后制得混合物,在25秒之内于每平方英尺上淋幕10g上述混合物,在恒温恒湿环境中晾干;
5)在揉纹机中,常温水揉15min,经烘干,制得成品。
由上述制备方法生产出的皱漆包革,其理化性能的主要指标如表1所示。

以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (9)

1.一种皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 
1)在50-200重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026中加入10-30重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,20-30重量份的碳酸钙,1-3重量份的CF渗透剂,搅拌均匀形成湿法配方混合物,涂刮在纬编布上,经过凝固定型、水洗、烘干后,制得贝斯; 
2)在50-200重量份的HL-7010树脂中,加入50-80重量份的二甲基甲酰胺,10-30重量份的乙酸乙酯,色粉若干,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第一混合物,涂刮在离型纸上,经烘干制得面层; 
3)在50-200重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20中加入5-10重量份的架桥剂,0.1-1重量份的GP330消泡剂,0.1-1重量份的SP840流平剂,搅拌均匀形成干法配方第二混合物,涂刮在所述面层上,高温烘干,涂刮高固配套底料树脂清料,贴合至所述贝斯上,高温烘干半成品; 
4)在50-200重量份的MU-612N树脂和50-200重量份的MU-609H树脂中加入50-80重量份的丁酯,搅拌均匀后加入步骤3)中得到的半成品,继续搅拌均匀后制得混合物,淋幕所述混合物,在恒温恒湿环境中晾干; 
5)在揉纹机中,常温水揉,烘干后经过成检,制得成品。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于, 
步骤1)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的湿法树脂JX-W-3026、20重量份的二甲基甲酰胺、25重量份的碳酸钙、2重量份的CF渗透剂; 
步骤2)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的HL-7010树脂、70重量份的二甲基甲酰胺、20重量份的乙酸乙酯; 
步骤3)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的高固发泡涂层树脂JX-20、7重量份的架桥剂、0.5重量份的GP330消泡剂、0.5重量份的SP840流平剂; 
步骤4)中,各组分的配比为:100重量份的MU-612N树脂、100重量份的MU-609H树脂、60重量份的丁酯。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述湿法配方混合物涂层的厚度为0.5-1mm;在步骤2)中所述干法配方第一混合物涂层的厚度为0.15-0.2mm;在步骤3)中所述干法配方第二混合物涂层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。 
4.根据权利要求3所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述湿法配方混合物涂层的厚度为0.8mm;在步骤2)中所述干法配方第一混合物涂层的厚度为0.15mm;在步骤3)中所述干法配方第二混合物涂层的厚度为0.2mm。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤3)中所述贴合至所述贝斯的方法为反面贴合。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤2)中所述烘干的温度为100-120℃;在步骤3)中所述高温烘干的温度为120-150℃;所述高温烘干半成品的温度为120℃,时间为5min。 
7.根据权利要求1所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤4)中,淋幕所述混合物包括在10-30s的时间内在每平方英尺面积上淋幕8-15g所述混合物。 
8.根据权利要求7所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤4)中,淋幕所述混合物包括在25s的时间内在每平方英尺面积上淋幕10g所述混合物。 
9.根据权利要求1所述的皱漆包革的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤5)中,所述常温水揉时间为15min。
