本发明涉及环保油墨研制领域,具体涉及一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨,该油墨由如下重量份的原料制成:烷基乙基醚聚硅氧烷聚硅酮1-3、维生素E醋酸酯2-5、硫酸氢镁1-2、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.4-0.5、丁辛醇3-5、环保白色颜料8-12、醋酸乙酯18-25、乙醇10-12、丙烯酸树脂10-15、氨基树脂12-14、助剂1-2;本发明油墨不含苯、酮类溶剂,原料均是对人体和环境无毒或者低毒的成分,其中经硫酸氢镁水溶液浸泡处理后白色颜料,颜色更为鲜亮,且不易黄变,再结合有辅助干燥、加快成膜功效的助剂以及其它成分,使得本发明油墨拥有优良的印刷适应性,且成膜速度快,不晶化,涂层耐热耐候,遮盖力强,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保油墨,具体涉及一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨。
背景技术
油墨在印刷行业被大量使用,它主要是由树脂、颜料、溶剂、助剂等成分构成,目前印刷行业使用的油墨大部分是溶剂型的油墨,这类油墨会散发出对人体和环境都有危害的VOCs,有些直接与人体接触的油墨可能会对身体造成危害,有些有害物质甚至会通过包装渗透到食品、烟以及药品等包装物里,因此发展环保性油墨是今后发展的重中之重,要从根本上改善油墨的环保性,需要从改变油墨配方着手,采用新型环保材料取代传统有毒有害成分,同时获得令人满意的干燥速度、使用性能以及良好的印刷适应性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨,其特征在于,该油墨由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基乙基醚聚硅氧烷聚硅酮1-3、维生素E醋酸酯2-5、硫酸氢镁1-2、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.4-0.5、丁辛醇3-5、环保白色颜料8-12、醋酸乙酯18-25、乙醇10-12、丙烯酸树脂10-15、氨基树脂12-14、助剂1-2;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丙二醇苯醚4-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-8、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯2-3、去离子水15-18、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3、乙二醇甲醚2-3,制备方法为:先将氧化聚乙烯蜡加热至熔融状态,然后逐滴加入二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,滴加过程中以800-1000转/分钟的速度不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,恒温保持20-30min备用,再将其它剩余成分与去离子水混合,待各成分完全溶解后溶液加热至沸腾,所得水相溶液再与氧化聚乙烯蜡-二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯混合物混合搅拌制成稳定乳化液即可。
所述的一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨,其制备过程为:先将硫酸氢镁溶于去离子水中,配制成浓度为1-2%的水溶液,加入环保白色颜料,浸泡40-60min后过滤,将所得的白色颜料水洗至中性后干燥,处理后的颜料再与其它剩余成分混合,高速搅拌分散40-50min后,投入研磨机中研磨,至所得浆料的粒径≤10μm,即得。
本发明油墨的优点首先在于它的环保性,采用的溶剂低毒环保,不含苯、酮类溶剂,其它原料也是对人体和环境无毒或者低毒的成分;经硫酸氢镁水溶液浸泡处理后白色颜料,颜色更为鲜亮,且不易黄变,再结合有辅助干燥、加快成膜功效的助剂以及其它成分,使得本发明油墨与现有产品相比,不仅拥有优良的印刷适应性,且成膜速度快,不晶化,涂层耐热耐候,遮盖力强,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例制备的油墨由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基乙基醚聚硅氧烷聚硅酮2、维生素E醋酸酯4、硫酸氢镁1、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.4、丁辛醇5、环保白色颜料10、醋酸乙酯22、乙醇12、丙烯酸树脂15、氨基树脂12、助剂1。
其中助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丙二醇苯醚5、氧化聚乙烯蜡8、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3、去离子水18、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1、乙二醇甲醚2,制备方法为:先将氧化聚乙烯蜡加热至熔融状态,然后逐滴加入二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,滴加过程中以1000转/分钟的速度不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,恒温保持30min备用,再将其它剩余成分与去离子水混合,待各成分完全溶解后溶液加热至沸腾,所得水相溶液再与氧化聚乙烯蜡-二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯混合物混合搅拌制成稳定乳化液即可。
该印刷油墨的制备过程为:先将硫酸氢镁溶于去离子水中,配制成浓度为2%的水溶液,加入环保白色颜料,浸泡60min后过滤,将所得的白色颜料水洗至中性后干燥,处理后的颜料再与其它剩余成分混合,高速搅拌分散50min后,投入研磨机中研磨,至所得浆料的粒径≤10μm,即得。
将本实施例所制得的油墨印刷在PET板上,待其完全干燥后,根据相应的国家检测标准,该油墨在基材表面的性能测试结果为:

1.一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨,其特征在于,该印刷油墨由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基乙基醚聚硅氧烷聚硅酮1-3、维生素E醋酸酯2-5、硫酸氢镁1-2、N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.4-0.5、丁辛醇3-5、环保白色颜料8-12、醋酸乙酯18-25、乙醇10-12、丙烯酸树脂10-15、氨基树脂12-14、助剂1-2;
所述的助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丙二醇苯醚4-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡5-8、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯2-3、去离子水15-18、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3、乙二醇甲醚2-3,制备方法为:先将氧化聚乙烯蜡加热至熔融状态,然后逐滴加入二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,滴加过程中以800-1000转/分钟的速度不停搅拌,滴加完毕后,恒温保持20-30min备用,再将其它剩余成分与去离子水混合,待各成分完全溶解后溶液加热至沸腾,所得水相溶液再与氧化聚乙烯蜡和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯混合物混合搅拌制成稳定乳化液即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种增白耐久复合环保印刷油墨,其制备过程为:先将硫酸氢镁溶于去离子水中,配制成浓度为1-2%的水溶液,加入环保白色颜料,浸泡40-60min后过滤,将所得的白色颜料水洗至中性后干燥,处理后的颜料再与其它剩余成分混合,高速搅拌分散40-50min后,投入研磨机中研磨,至所得浆料的粒径≤10μm,即得。
