Abstract
本发明公开了一种同质同心花型PVC地板及其生产方法,所述同质同心花型PVC地板由以下重量份数比的原料组成:PVC树脂100份、阻燃剂80-90份、稳定剂7-9份、增塑剂60-80份、润滑剂0.8-1份、花型粒子0.5-1份、颜料适量,所述的花型粒子由以下重量份数比的原料组成:合成橡胶180-200份、PVC粒子320-300份、促进剂8-9份、硫化剂4.5-5份、防老剂8-10份、阻燃剂80-100份。本发明制备的花型粒子可以与PVC树脂混合料相结合,但不会相容,因此生产出的地板产品由表面到背面均有花型粒子均匀分布,且花型粒子清晰、不脱落,因而产品更加美观。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC地板,具体是一种同质同心花型的PVC地板。
背景技术
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,已经得到普遍的认可,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、体育场馆等各种场所。随着人们对PVC地板产品花色品种的要求更加多样化。使用不同颜色、不同形状的粒子,对PVC地板进行点缀,可丰富弹性地板表面的花色,满足不同人的使用的要求。
常用花型PVC地板多为复合型PVC地板,它一般是由耐磨层(含UV处理)、印花膜层等结构叠压而成,这种PVC地板在耐磨层损坏后即需要进行更换,因而使用寿命较短。而同质透心花型PVC地板其材质、花纹等从表面到背面均完全一致,使用寿命更长。
同质同心PVC地板指的是材质、花纹从表面到背面均完全一致的PVC地板。通常生产方法是将花型粒子与PVC树脂混合料混合后,经过造粒、挤出工序加工而成。但在采用上述方法进行同质同心花型PVC地板生产时,花型粒子往往容易与PVC树脂混合料相溶,因此生产出的花型PVC地板往往难以保持花型粒子的完好性,因而产品不够美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种改进的同质同心花型PVC地板。
一种民用同质同心花型PVC地板,其特征是由以下重量份数比的原料组成:PVC树脂100份、阻燃剂80-90份、稳定剂7-9份、增塑剂60-80份、润滑剂0.8-1份、花型粒子0.5-1份、颜料适量。
其中花型粒子由以下重量份数比的原料组成:合成橡胶180-200份、PVC粒子320-300份、促进剂8-9份、硫化剂4.5-5份、防老剂8-10份、阻燃剂80-100份,花型粒子为半硫化状态的橡塑粒子,该粒子可以与PVC树脂混合料相结合,但不会相溶,从而清晰、完好、均匀的分散于PVC地板当中,且花型粒子清晰、不脱落,因而产品更加美观;PVC树脂、阻燃剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、颜料、促进剂、硫化剂、防老剂均由市场采购而来。
本发明还提供了一种同质同心花型的PVC地板的生产方法,包括以下基本步骤:配料、搅拌、造粒、挤出,其特征在于其中所用的花型粒子的制备包括以下步骤:
1)按要求准确称量好合成橡胶、PVC粒子、促进剂、硫化机、防老剂、阻燃剂;
2)将合成橡胶与PVC粒子在110-115℃下塑炼,停放8h得到塑炼胶;
3)将塑炼胶、促进剂、硫化剂、防老剂、阻燃剂在60-80℃下混炼,停放10h以上,得到混炼胶。混炼胶经压延出片、压延片硫化、粉碎、过筛而制得花型粒子。
所述的花型粒子制备时压延片厚度30-40丝,硫化温度150-155℃,硫化时间5min。
所述的同质同心花型PVC地板制备时,机身温度控制:造粒100-130℃、挤出120℃-170℃,造粒、挤出温度不得超过规定最高温度,以便花型粒子完整均匀的分散于PVC地板当中。
本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明制备的花型粒子可以与PVC树脂混合料相结合,但不会相容,因此生产出的地板产品由表面到背面均有花型粒子均匀分布,且花型粒子清晰、不脱落,因而产品更加美观。
2.本发明生产出的地板拉伸强度高、防滑和回弹性能好,适用于家庭、医院、学校、娱乐场所等场所广泛使用。
具体实施方式
实例1
准确称取18kg合成橡胶、32kg PVC粒子、0.8kg促进剂、0.45kg硫化剂、10kg阻燃剂、0.8kg防老剂,经塑炼、混炼、压延、硫化、粉碎、过筛制得花型粒子。准确称取100kg PVC树脂、90kg阻燃剂、8kg稳定剂、80kg增塑剂、0.5kg花型粒子、1kg润滑剂、适量颜料,经组分经混合、搅拌、造粒、挤出后,即制得同质同心花型PVC地板。
实例2
准确称取20kg合成橡胶、30kg PVC粒子、0.9kg促进剂、0.5kg硫化剂、8kg阻燃剂、1kg防老剂,经塑炼、混炼、压延、硫化、粉碎、过筛制得花型粒子。准确称取100kg PVC树脂、80kg阻燃剂、7kg稳定剂、70kg增塑剂、0.8kg花型粒子、0.9kg润滑剂、适量颜料,经组分经混合、搅拌、造粒、挤出后,即制得同质同心花型PVC地板。
制得的同质同心花型PVC地板,其氧指数为35%,平均烟密度为200Dm,拉伸强度为9.6MPa,磨损率为180mm3,同时不含Pb、Cd、Hg等重金属,是一种合格的PVC地板。
Claims (3)
1.一种同质同心花型PVC地板,其特征是由以下重量份数比的原料组成:PVC树脂100份、阻燃剂80-90份、稳定剂7-9份、增塑剂60-80份、润滑剂0.8-1份、花型粒子0.5-1份、颜料适量,所述的花型粒子由以下重量份数比的原料组成:合成橡胶180-200份、PVC粒子320-300份、促进剂8-9份、硫化剂4.5-5份、防老剂8-10份、阻燃剂80-100份。
2.一种同质同心花型PVC地板的生产方法,其特征在于其中的所用的花型粒子的制备包括以下步骤:
a. 根据权利要求2所述的比例,准确称量好合成橡胶、PVC粒子、促进剂、硫化机、防老剂、阻燃剂;
b. 将合成橡胶与PVC粒子在110-115℃下塑炼,停放8h得到塑炼胶;
c. 将塑炼胶、促进剂、硫化剂、防老剂、阻燃剂在60-80℃下混炼,停放10h以上,得到混炼胶;混炼胶经压延出片、压延片硫化、粉碎、过筛而制得花型粒子。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种同质同心花型PVC地板的制备方法,其特征在于:造粒过程机身温度:100-130℃、挤出过程机身温度:120℃-170℃,造粒、挤出温度不得超过规定最高温度,以便花型粒子完整均匀的分散于PVC地板当中;花型粒子制备时压延片厚度30-40丝,硫化温度150-155℃,硫化时间5min。
