一种免喷涂仿金属色母,组成为:银粉,珠光粉HK111,橙色颜料,扩散剂,硅烷偶联剂和母料;通过将树脂和金银粉经过有机的结合和预处理,使塑胶制品拥有不亚于金属的光泽度。免喷涂仿金属色母具有优良的分散性、耐高温性和较强的耐腐蚀性,不改变树脂的力学性能,不影响树脂的加工性能,具有一次成型,很大程度上缩短企业的生产周期,降低生产成本,可以真正做到“以塑代钢”。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种色母,尤其涉及一种免喷涂仿金属及其制造方法。
背景技术
传统金属色泽,质感的塑料制品(片材或薄膜等)的制备采用电镀,真空喷镀等工艺,设备投资高,能耗大,成本高,且有污染环境,操作条件差等缺点。诚然,电镀由于是通过物理和化学的方法在塑胶制品表面直接镀上金属,使其塑胶制品在披上金属的外层同时保留其树脂的特性。但由电镀不具有一次成型,必须在产品的整体形状都定型的情况下才能电镀,而且电镀行业的能耗大,其生产中使用的重金属酸和盐对环境的危害特别严重,因此一般塑胶企业产品的电镀都通过外加工的形式来完成,其大大延长了生产周期且生产成本升高,降低了企业的生产效率。
采用含金属粉的母粒掺混入塑料中,加工制备具有金属光泽,质感的产品,可以解决上述电镀存在的缺点。本发明就是在上述大环境下应运而生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种免喷涂仿金属色母及其制造方法,它具有优良的分散性、耐高温性和较强的耐腐蚀性,不改变树脂的力学性能,不影响树脂的加工性能,具有一次成型,很大程度上缩短企业的生产周期,降低生产成本。
本发明是这样实现的:一种免喷涂仿金属色母,其重量百分含量的组分组成为:
所述扩散剂为硬脂酸酰胺与EBS,按重量份3:1混配制成;
母料为PPEPC30R与聚丙烯按重量份1:1高速混配制成;
所硅烷偶联剂为KH560与乙烯基硅烷A-171按重量份比3:1高速混合制成;
其制造方法如下:将银粉(小于600目)、珠光粉HK111、橙色颜料、扩散剂、硅烷偶联剂与母料混合均匀,双螺杆机挤出造粒,得到银色仿金属色母。
所述的一种免喷涂仿金属色母,其特殊之处在于:所述硅烷偶联剂占银粉重量的0.10%~1.5%。
一种免喷涂仿金属色母,其重量百分含量的组分组成:
所述母料分为透明ABS;
所述偶联剂为KH560和乙烯基硅烷A-171按重量份3:1混配制成;
其制造方法如下:
将铝银粉(小于500目)、K3000、K5003A(600目、硅烷偶联剂与母料透明ABS混合,双螺杆机挤出造粒,得到银色仿金属色母。
所述的一种免喷涂仿金属色母,其特殊之处在于:所述偶联剂占银粉重量的0.10%~1.5%。

母料为PPEPC30R(茂名石化)与聚丙烯(牌号V30G)按重量份1:1高速混配制成;
所硅烷偶联剂为KH560与乙烯基硅烷A-171按重量份比3:1高速混合制成;
其制造方法如下:将银粉(小于600目)、珠光粉HK111、橙色颜料、扩散剂、硅烷偶联剂与母料混合均匀,双螺杆机挤出造粒,得到银色仿金属色母。
所述硅烷偶联剂占银粉重量的0.10%~1.5%。

所述扩散剂为硬脂酸酰胺与EBS,按重量份3:1混配制成; 
母料为PPEPC30R与聚丙烯按重量份1:1高速混配制成; 
所硅烷偶联剂为KH560与乙烯基硅烷A-171按重量份比3:1高速混合制成; 
其制造方法如下:将银粉(小于600目)、珠光粉HK111、橙色颜料、扩散剂、硅烷偶联剂与母料混合均匀,双螺杆机挤出造粒,得到银色仿金属色母。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免喷涂仿金属色母,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂占银粉重量的0.10%~1.5%。 
3.一种免喷涂仿金属色母,其重量百分含量的组分组成:
