Abstract

本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯仿真花及其制备方法。由A组分和B组分制成:A组分:官能度为3、分子量为6000的聚醚多元醇、官能度为3、分子量为8000的聚醚多元醇、水、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、交联剂、扩链剂、稀释剂,B组分为改性黑料。本发明具有加工工艺简单,生产效率高,制作弧度大的花瓣造型能做得栩栩如生,在制作过程中,聚氨酯材料的仿真花可加入香精,让花朵有着真花的香味,颜色凝固度好于绢花;与真花一样触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹;生产效率高,能耗低,所做制品不怕水洗,具有仿真度高、花叶表面无碎屑脱落等优点。本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺合理,制备方法简单易实施。

聚氨酯仿真花及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯仿真花及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯仿真花是市场上用聚氨酯材质做成的花,假得可以乱真,而且,这种“真”不只是视觉上的真,连触觉、嗅觉都跟真花极为相似。仿真花的工艺也不断发展变化,纸、布、绢、纱、绒等材料不断地应用在假花制作上,更真、更像可说是仿真花的目标所在。随着新材料的应用,这一目标正在被实践着。
聚氨酯仿真花具有以下优点:聚氨酯材料仿真花的工艺:一瓣一瓣的花瓣通过模具像挤牙膏似的直接挤出来,然后剪裁、上色、上胶、粘贴。目前市场上现有的仿真花存在成型度差、花叶表面有碎屑脱落等问题。
发明内容
针对现有材料的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯仿真花,具有加工工艺简单,生产效率高,能耗低,所做制品不怕水洗,仿真度高、花叶表面无碎屑脱落等优点;本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺合理,制备方法简单易实施。
本发明所述的聚氨酯仿真花,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
B组分:
改性黑料    30~35份;
其中:改性黑料为NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。
其中:
官能度为3、分子量为6000的聚醚多元醇优选为聚醚多元醇DEP-330G,由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。官能度为3、分子量为8000的接枝聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇POP-36/28,由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。采用这两种聚醚多元醇,制备得到的制品具有表面结皮好、无褶皱、脱模时间快、制品手感好、硬度大等优点。
泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂201,迈图高新材料有限公司生产,具有稳定泡沫和调节泡孔,乳化泡沫物料的作用。
胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33,美国气体化工产品公司生产,利用其高活性对凝胶反应和发泡反应起到较强的催化作用。
交联剂为二乙醇胺,在稳定泡沫结构的同时对聚氨酯反应有一定的催化作用。
扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇,把反应中的分子链进一步扩大,增加制品的柔韧性。
改性黑料为用官能度为2、分子量为600的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为20-35:80-95在80-90℃下反应2-3小时得到的NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。采用该改性黑料作为原料能够增加制品的表面光滑性和韧性等。
所述的聚氨酯仿真花的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23-27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-5000r/min,将预热至23-27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15-25秒,将混合物料倒入预热至35-45℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
搅拌器转速为4000-5000r/min,采用此范围的转速可以更充分的混匀各组分料。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明制作弧度大的花瓣造型,能做得栩栩如生,如马蹄莲、曼陀罗、魔鬼郁金香等。颜色凝固度好于绢花;具有与真花一样的触感,触摸手感好,触摸后不留任何痕迹,所做制品不怕水洗;生产效率高,能耗低,所做制品不怕水洗,具有仿真度高、花叶表面无碎屑脱落等优点。
(2)在制作过程中,聚氨酯材料的仿真花可加入香精,让花朵有着真花的香味。
(3)本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺合理,制备方法简单易实施。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯仿真花,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
B组分:
改性黑料    32份;
改性黑料为用官能度为2、分子量为600的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为30:85在85℃下反应2.5小时得到的NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温25℃,调节搅拌器转速到4500r/min,将预热至23℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌20秒,将混合物料倒入预热至40℃的马蹄莲模具中,8min后脱模,得到马蹄莲仿真花。
实施例1制备得到的马蹄莲仿真花花瓣造型弧度大、栩栩如生、颜色凝固度好、具有与真花一样的触感,触摸后不留任何痕迹,不怕水洗,花叶表面无碎屑脱落。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯仿真花,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
B组分:
改性黑料    30份;
改性黑料为用官能度为2、分子量为600的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为20:80在80℃下反应3小时得到的NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000r/min,将预热至27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15秒,将混合物料倒入预热至35℃的郁金香模具中,10min后脱模,得到郁金香仿真花。
实施例2制备得到的郁金香仿真花花瓣造型弧度大、栩栩如生、颜色凝固度好、具有与真花一样的触感,触摸后不留任何痕迹,不怕水洗,花叶表面无碎屑脱落。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯仿真花,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
B组分:
改性黑料    35份;
改性黑料为用官能度为2、分子量为600的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为35:95在90℃下反应2小时得到的NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温27℃,调节搅拌器转速到5000r/min,将预热至25℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌25秒,将混合物料倒入预热至45℃的曼陀罗模具中,5min后脱模,得到曼陀罗仿真花。
实施例3制备得到的曼陀罗仿真花花瓣造型弧度大、栩栩如生、颜色凝固度好、具有与真花一样的触感,触摸后不留任何痕迹,不怕水洗,花叶表面无碎屑脱落。

其中:改性黑料为NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:官能度为3、分子量为6000的聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇DEP-330G。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:官能度为3、分子量为8000的接枝聚醚多元醇为聚醚多元醇POP-36/28。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂为泡沫稳定剂201,迈图高新材料有限公司生产。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:胺催化剂为胺催化剂A33。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:交联剂为二乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:稀释剂为二氯甲烷。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯仿真花,其特征在于:改性黑料为用官能度为2、分子量为600的聚醚多元醇和黑料PM200按重量比为20-35:80-95在80-90℃下反应2-3小时得到的NCO含量为28%的改性黑料。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一所述的聚氨酯仿真花的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将A组分各原料加入搅拌器混合均匀,调整恒定料温23-27℃,调节搅拌器转速到4000-5000r/min,将预热至23-27℃的B组分倒入A组分中搅拌15-25秒,将混合物料倒入预热至35-45℃的模具中,5-10min后脱模,得到产品。
