Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯弹性体工艺品及其制备方法。聚氨酯弹性体工艺品由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,A组分:聚醚多元醇20-70份、多异氰酸酯5-25份、催化剂0.1-1.5份;B组分:聚醚多元醇25-65份、硫化剂2-18份、色浆3-9份。本发明制得的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品的造型能力极强,产品一次成型,极大降低了劳动成本,开模成本低,环保健康。

聚氨酯弹性体工艺品及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯弹性体工艺品及其制备方法。
背景技术
仿玉工艺品以其具有中国传统吉祥文化的造型和精致的做工而深受广大消费者的青睐。聚氨酯弹性体工艺品可制成各种造型美观,形象逼真的人物、动物、昆鸟、山水等,并可制成各种仿真效果,如仿铜、仿金、仿银、仿水晶、仿玛瑙、仿大理石、仿汉白玉、仿红木等树脂工艺品。精致且贵重,高档的外事商务礼品。
聚氨酯弹性体工艺品有以下优点:造型多样,工艺品产品种类丰富多样,采用立体成型工艺;工艺品具有极强的耐腐蚀、耐脏、耐磨损,而且无辐射,很好的环保产品;工艺品极易保养,如果出现轻微划痕,用水磨砂纸沾上牙膏就可以去除掉,非常简单;产品外观美观,光鲜亮丽,造型精致,外表光洁如玉,具有天然玉石、宝石的效果,典雅高贵,家居装饰品的首选。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,造型能力极强,开模成本低,环保健康,降低了劳动成本;本发明同时提供了聚氨酯弹性体工艺品的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,
A组分:
聚醚多元醇20-70份
多异氰酸酯5-25份
催化剂0.1-1.5份;
B组分:
聚醚多元醇25-65份
硫化剂2-18份
色浆3-9份。
所述的A组分中聚醚多元醇为DDL-1000D;聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D(分子量为1000,官能度为2)为淄博德信联邦化工有限公司生产,该种聚醚多元醇制得产品亮度较高,观赏性较好。
所述的A组分中多异氰酸酯为TDI。
所述的A组分中催化剂为CUCAT-HA;催化剂CUCAT-HA为广州优润公司生产的弹性体专用催化剂,具有抑水、降速、环保的特点,提高了工艺的可操作性。
所述的B组分中聚醚多元醇为DDL-1000D或DDL-2000D;聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D、DDL-2000D(分子量分别为1000、2000,官能度均为2)为淄博德信联邦化工有限公司生产,该种聚醚多元醇制得产品硬度较小,具有易储存的特点。
所述的B组分中硫化剂为MOCA。
本发明所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇升温至80-120℃真空脱水1-3小时,降温至50℃以下加入多异氰酸酯,升温至80-85℃反应2-3小时后,得到预聚体,降温至50℃以下加入催化剂搅拌均匀,密封备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇、硫化剂和色浆混合加热至80-120℃并搅拌10-30分钟;
(3)将A、B组分分别加热至80-120℃后,混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具,加热压模2-3小时,脱模后110-130℃硫化2-4小时即制得成品。
步骤(1)中所述的预聚体的NCO%为1-5%。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)运用本发明制备的产品一次成型,极大降低了劳动成本。
(2)本发明制得的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品的造型能力极强,任意的造型都可以制作,表现细腻程度极高,可按要求设计款式/颜色/尺寸。
(3)聚氨酯弹性体工艺品开模成本低。
(4)环保健康,聚氨酯弹性体工艺品产品均采用环保原材料加工生产,产品符合欧美出口质量标准,完全无毒害。
(5)本发明制备方法简单易实施。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
原料组成如下:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D20kg
TDI5kg
催化剂CUCAT-HA0.1kg;
B组分:
聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D25kg
硫化剂MOCA2kg
色浆3kg。
制备方法如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D升温至80℃真空脱水1小时,降温至50℃以下加入TDI,升温至80℃反应2小时后,得到预聚体,预聚体的NCO%为1%,降温至50℃以下加入催化剂CUCAT-HA搅拌均匀,密封备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D、硫化剂MOCA和色浆混合加热至80℃并搅拌10分钟;
(3)将A、B组分分别加热至80℃后,混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具,加热压模2小时,脱模后110℃硫化2小时即制得成品。
成品指标见表1。

制备方法如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D升温至120℃真空脱水3小时,降温至50℃以下加入TDI,升温至85℃反应3小时后,得到预聚体,预聚体的NCO%为5%,降温至50℃以下加入催化剂CUCAT-HA搅拌均匀,密封备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D、硫化剂MOCA和色浆混合加热至120℃并搅拌30分钟;
(3)将A、B组分分别加热至120℃后,混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具,加热压模3小时,脱模后130℃硫化4小时即制得成品。
成品指标见表2。

制备方法如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D升温至110℃真空脱水2小时,降温至50℃以下加入TDI,升温至82℃反应2.5小时后,得到预聚体,预聚体的NCO%为3%,降温至50℃以下加入催化剂CUCAT-HA搅拌均匀,密封备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D、硫化剂MOCA和色浆混合加热至110℃并搅拌20分钟;
(3)将A、B组分分别加热至110℃后,混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具,加热压模2.5小时,脱模后120℃硫化3小时即制得成品。
成品指标见表3。

Claims (8)

1.一种聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,其特征在于由A组分和B组分组成,以重量份数计,
A组分:
聚醚多元醇20-70份
多异氰酸酯5-25份
催化剂0.1-1.5份;
B组分:
聚醚多元醇25-65份
硫化剂2-18份
色浆3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,其特征在于所述的A组分中聚醚多元醇为DDL-1000D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,其特征在于所述的A组分中多异氰酸酯为TDI。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,其特征在于所述的A组分中催化剂为CUCAT-HA。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,其特征在于所述的B组分中聚醚多元醇为DDL-1000D或DDL-2000D。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品,其特征在于所述的B组分中硫化剂为MOCA。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇升温至80-120℃真空脱水1-3小时,降温至50℃以下加入多异氰酸酯,升温至80-85℃反应2-3小时后,得到预聚体,降温至50℃以下加入催化剂搅拌均匀,密封备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚醚多元醇、硫化剂和色浆混合加热至80-120℃并搅拌10-30分钟;
(3)将A、B组分分别加热至80-120℃后,混合搅拌均匀,倒入模具,加热压模2-3小时,脱模后110-130℃硫化2-4小时即制得成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的聚氨酯弹性体工艺品的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的预聚体的NCO%为1-5%。
