本发明属于尾矿再利用技术领域。本发明提供一种新型盆景附石材料及其制作方法,一种新型盆景附石材料包含以下重量比的材料:褐铁矿尾矿3-4份、菱铁矿尾矿3-4份、磁铁矿尾矿2-3份、石灰岩尾矿4-5份。其制作方法是:上述材料经切割至粒径在0.2mm-15mm,与425标号的白水泥3-4份进行搅拌、再与0.5-1份重量复合肥进行搅拌混合,之后经倒模、包覆、雕刻、上漆,即得。本工艺可用于生产配套景观石、景观小品、盆栽容器、几架和盆景附石等系列产品。

尾矿再利用技术领域。
背景技术:
盆景艺术起源于中国,在国际上享有盛誉,具有广泛的群众基础,是高档的室内装饰艺术品。除山石盆景外,盆景按照材料划分,还有以植物材料为主体的树桩盆景。树桩盆景中有石附造型,即植物以根茎抱附、缠绕、蔓生于山石之上。主要表现树石紧密结合、融为一体的自然景观。由于树石同赏,具有较高的综合价值。传统的附石盆景,附石在树桩盆景中主要起到固定根系、支撑树体的作用,不能保湿、供肥,导致树桩养护困难,不易成活,影响其推广;相应的,桩材多选用抗旱、耐贫瘠的物种,而这类植物多喜强光,又不适合在室内长期摆放,影响其应用。综合以上园林产品的生产、应用现状,为减少自然资源的浪费、弥补自然景观的不足,同时为减少环境污染、实现环境友好型发展。本系列产品着眼于资源再生利用,利用矿山废弃尾矿制造低碳园林工艺品。原材料供应有保障、环保节能,产品美观、污染少、见效快、无市场风险,前景广阔、生态效益良好、经济效益可观,便于批量生产。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种新型盆景附石材料,包含以下重量比的材料:褐铁矿尾矿3-4份、菱铁矿尾矿3-4份、磁铁矿尾矿2-3份、石灰岩尾矿4-5份。其制作工艺是:上述材料经切割至粒径在0.2mm-15mm,与425标号的白水泥3-4份进行搅拌、再与0.5-1份重量复合肥进行搅拌混合,之后经倒模、包覆、雕刻、上漆,即得。
本工艺可用于生产配套景观石、景观小品、盆栽容器、几架和盆景附石等系列产品。
本技术变害为宝,减少了废弃尾矿对环境的污染,实现了废弃尾矿的回收再利用;工艺先进、操作简单,可实现规模化生产;生产过程节能、环保。本技术生产的园林产品品质优良,仿芦管石、砂积石、浮石等各种石质形态,仿木桩、木纹、根雕等各种材质纹理逼真。盆景附石可供肥保湿,降低了盆景的养护风险。
具体实施方式1:选褐铁矿尾矿300KG、菱铁矿尾矿300KG、磁铁矿尾矿200KG、石灰岩尾矿400KG,切割至粒径在0.2mm-15mm, 与425标号白水泥300KG、复合肥50KG进行搅拌混合,既得。
具体实施方式2:选褐铁矿尾矿400KG、菱铁矿尾矿350KG、磁铁矿尾矿250KG、石灰岩尾矿450KG,切割至粒径在0.2mm-15mm, 与425标号白水泥400KG、复合肥100KG进行搅拌混合,既得。
具体实施方式3:选褐铁矿尾矿350KG、菱铁矿尾矿400KG、磁铁矿尾矿300KG、石灰岩尾矿500KG,切割至粒径在0.2mm-15mm, 与425标号白水泥350KG、复合肥75KG进行搅拌混合,既得。

1.一种新型盆景附石材料,包含以下重量比的材料:褐铁矿尾矿3-4份、菱铁矿尾矿3-4份、磁铁矿尾矿2-3份、石灰岩尾矿4-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型盆景附石材料,其制作方法是:褐铁矿尾矿3-4份、菱铁矿尾矿3-4份、磁铁矿尾矿2-3份、石灰岩尾矿4-5份混合,经切割至粒径在0.2mm-15mm,与425标号的白水泥3-4份进行搅拌、再与0.5-1份重量复合肥进行搅拌混合,之后经倒模、包覆、雕刻、上漆,即得。
