Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方及其制备方法,其配方由甲组分、乙组分构成,其中甲组分和乙组分的重量比为1:3,甲组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:聚醚多元醇60%-80%,MDI-50 20%-40%,乙组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成::石蜡30%-40%,聚醚多元醇10%-20%,滑石粉40%-50%,铁红1%-3%,白炭黑1%-3%。本配方在甲乙两组分的拌和过程中采用水促进产品成胶,减小产品气味同时大大降低了对环境的污染,由配方制得的材料轻微发泡,节省了原材料,节约了生产成本,并且材料内部有气孔,可以缓冲地表水分蒸发的气压,能有效避免场地在使用过程中起泡。

一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及应用于运动场地的化工材料领域,特别涉及一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方及其制备方法。 
背景技术
现有体育运动场地的铺装材料分两种,一种是刚性材料,其价格低、耐擦洗,但韧性差、易起皮、易剥离;另一种是聚氨酯弹性材料,现在广泛使用的聚氨酯铺装材料仍属于传统的溶剂型双组份聚氨酯材料,通常需要用甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族化学品为溶剂和施工稀释剂,溶剂和稀释剂用量约占铺装材料总重量的20-25%,原材料用量多,对资源消耗多;在甲乙两组份的拌和过程中,还需要加入有机金属催化剂加快产品成胶,产品气味大,容易对环境造成污染;用现有技术作出的运动场地的弹性较小,不能够很好地保护运动员的身体,并且运动场地在使用一段时间后,表面有可能会起泡,严重影响了运动场地的使用寿命。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种成本低、无污染、使用寿命长、弹性好的聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方及其制备方法。 
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案是:一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方,由甲组分、乙组构成,其中甲组分和乙组分的重量比为1:3,甲组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:聚醚多元醇60% - 80%,MDI-50 20% - 40%,乙组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:石蜡30% - 40%,聚醚多元醇 10% - 20%,滑石粉40% - 50%,铁红 1% - 3%,白炭黑 1% - 3%。 
上述聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方中,所述乙组分中的滑石粉采用400目滑石粉。 
上述聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方的的制备方法,包括如下步骤 : 
(1)按照上述配方称取聚醚多元醇和MDI-50,搅拌均匀,在温度为75℃的状态下保温两小时后出炉,得到甲组分;
(2)按照上述配方称取石蜡、聚醚多元醇、滑石粉、铁红和白炭黑,在反应釜中搅拌均匀后出炉,得到乙组分;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的甲组分和步骤(2)得到的乙组分按1:3的重量比例混合,再加入甲组分和乙组分混合后总重量3‰-5‰的水,搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果在于: 
1)利用本发明的配方所铺装的运动场弹性高,能更好地保护运动员,帮助运动员提高成绩;
2)本配方材料轻微发泡,能节省30%左右的原材料,并且材料内部有气孔,可以缓冲地表水分蒸发的气压,能有效避免场地在使用过程中起泡;
3)本配方在甲乙两组分的拌和过程中采用水促进产品成胶,减小产品气味同时大大降低了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。 
实施例一: 
一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方,由甲组分、乙组分和水构成,其中甲组分和乙组分的重量比为1:3,水与甲乙两种组分混合后总重量的重量比为3‰:1,甲组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:聚醚多元醇60%,MDI-50 40%,乙组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:石蜡30%,聚醚多元醇20%,400目滑石粉44,铁红3%,白炭黑3%。
制备方法如下:(1)按照上述配方称取聚醚多元醇和MDI-50,搅拌均匀,在温度为75℃的状态下保温两小时后出炉,得到甲组分; 
(2)按照上述配方称取石蜡、聚醚多元醇、滑石粉、铁红和白炭黑,在反应釜中搅拌均匀后出炉,得到乙组分;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的甲组分和步骤(2)得到的乙组分按1:3的重量比例混合,再加入甲组分和乙组分混合后总重量3‰的水,搅拌均匀。
实施例二: 
一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方,由甲组分、乙组分和水构成,其中甲组分和乙组分的重量比为1:3,水与甲乙两种组分混合后总重量的重量比为5‰:1,甲组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:聚醚多元醇80%,MDI-50 20%,乙组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:石蜡40%,聚醚多元醇 10%,滑石粉48%,铁红 1%,白炭黑 1%。
制备方法如下:(1)按照上述配方称取聚醚多元醇和MDI-50,搅拌均匀,在温度为75℃的状态下保温两小时后出炉,得到甲组分; 
(2)按照上述配方称取石蜡、聚醚多元醇、滑石粉、铁红和白炭黑,在反应釜中搅拌均匀后出炉,得到乙组分;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的甲组分和步骤(2)得到的乙组分按1:3的重量比例混合,再加入甲组分和乙组分混合后总重量5‰的水,搅拌均匀。
实施例三: 
一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方,由甲组分、乙组分和水构成,其中甲组分和乙组分的重量比为1:3,水与甲乙两种组分混合后总重量的重量比为4‰:1,甲组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:聚醚多元醇70%,MDI-50 30%,乙组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:石蜡35%,聚醚多元醇 11%,滑石粉50%,铁红 2%,白炭黑 2%。
制备方法如下:(1)按照上述配方称取聚醚多元醇和MDI-50,搅拌均匀,在温度为75℃的状态下保温两小时后出炉,得到甲组分; 
(2)按照上述配方称取石蜡、聚醚多元醇、滑石粉、铁红和白炭黑,在反应釜中搅拌均匀后出炉,得到乙组分;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的甲组分和步骤(2)得到的乙组分按1:3的重量比例混合,再加入甲组分和乙组分混合后总重量4‰的水,搅拌均匀。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方,其特征在于:由甲组分、乙组构成,其中甲组分和乙组分的重量比为1:3,甲组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:聚醚多元醇60% - 80%,MDI-50 20% - 40%,乙组分由按质量百分比计的如下成分组成:石蜡30% - 40%,聚醚多元醇 10% - 20%,滑石粉40% - 50%,铁红 1% - 3%,白炭黑 1% - 3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方,其特征在于:所述乙组分中的滑石粉采用400目滑石粉。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的聚氨酯微孔弹性运动场材料配方的的制备方法,包括如下步骤 :
(1)按照上述配方称取聚醚多元醇和MDI-50,搅拌均匀,在温度为75℃的状态下保温两小时后出炉,得到甲组分;
(2)按照上述配方称取石蜡、聚醚多元醇、滑石粉、铁红和白炭黑,在反应釜中搅拌均匀后出炉,得到乙组分;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的甲组分和步骤(2)得到的乙组分按1:3的重量比例混合,再加入甲组分和乙组分混合后总重量3‰-5‰的水,搅拌均匀。
