背景技术
腹痛“有虚实之分，不可不辨，可按者为虚，拒按者为实。久病者多虚，暴病者多实。”寒凝腹痛主要为脾胃本虚所致。可为先天禀赋不足，亦可为后天调理失宜。脾胃虚损，运化无力，水谷不能化生精微而反为湿滞，并走于大肠而为泄泻。久泻不已，伤及肾阳，使釜底无薪，土失火暖，致用于清稀，形神俱败。脾肾已伤，则脾不能运，肾不能固，病无愈期，造成虚羸。本病病位在脾，日久累及于肾。
