技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药制剂，即一种治疗鼻衄的中药汤剂。
背景技术
鼻衄是指鼻腔出血的一种疾患。引起的原因较为复杂，一般认为由肺、胃、肝三大脏腑邪热壅盛，迫血妄行；或肝肾阴亏、虚火动血：或脾虚失统、血不循环等所引起。肝火型鼻衄是因肝火气冲，迫血妄行所致。其症状表现为：除鼻出血外，伴有血色深红、血流量多、不时举发、口苦胸满、头痛易怒等。目前，国内治疗鼻衄的药物较多，主要以西药为主，但存在治疗费用高、治疗效果不够满意等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前治疗鼻衄使用药物所存在的不足之处，而提供一种治鼻衄的中药汤剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种治疗鼻衄的中药汤剂，该中药汤剂是由下述重量份数原料药制成的：煅龙骨14-19份、龙胆草1份、大蓟10-15份、炉甘石5-7份、槐花6-8份、大黄10-13份、血余炭1-7份、棕榈炭5-9份、熟石膏1-3份、槐米7-12份、白茅根1-4份、侧柏叶2-5份、马勃4-8份、龟版1-3份、玄参3-5份、枯矾1-2份和白芨4-9份。
一种治疗肝火型鼻衄的中药汤剂，该汤剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料按配比量放入煎药器具砂锅、瓦罐或铝锅内，加入洁净水，加水量以浸过药面4-5cm为宜，煎熬前先浸泡1小时，使原料充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出，然后，用武火煮沸，再改用文火煎熬，当煎熬30分钟左右，即每剂煎成180-200毫升药汁时停止，滤去药渣，取药汁即成。
本发明具有如下特点：成本低、制备易、毒副作用小、疗效较好。
使用方法：
1、本药物为内服汤剂药物。
2、用量：每天一剂。每剂先后煎两次，将头煎、二煎两次煎成的药汁合并后，分两次服用。
3、服药时间：上、下午各一次。在饭后两小时服药。
4、药温控制：温服。
禁忌事项：
服药期间禁忌食油炸粘腻、寒冷固硬、不易消化及有刺激性的食物。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗鼻衄的中药汤剂，该中药汤剂是由下述重量份数原料药制成的：煅龙骨14克、龙胆草15克、大蓟10克、炉甘石5克、槐花6克、大黄10克、血余炭1克、棕榈炭5克、熟石膏1克、槐米7克、白茅根1克、侧柏叶2克、马勃4克、龟版1克、玄参3克、枯矾1克和白芨4克。药物的制备方法为：将上述中药原料按配比量放入砂锅内，加入洁净水，加水量以浸过药面5cm为宜，煎熬前先浸泡1小时，使原料充分湿润，以利药汁充分煎出，然后，用武火煮沸，再改用文火煎熬，当煎熬30分钟左右，即每剂煎成200毫升药汁时停止，滤去药渣，取药汁即成。
临床治疗效果：
实验过程：2009年至2012年，采用该技术方案治疗鼻衄患者共14例，其中男性10例，女性4例。患者年龄最小15岁，最大62岁，其中20-40岁患者8例，占58％。14例患者中，10例为原发性患者，4例为继发性患者。无论原发性患者还是继发性患者均按上述技术方案治疗，每天一剂，6天为一疗程，治疗二个疗程即停药。服药4天痊愈2例，服药5-6天痊愈2例，服药7-12天痊愈6例，服药二个疗程后好转4例。

1.一种治疗鼻衄的中药汤剂，其特征在于：该中药汤剂是由下述重量份数原料药制成的：煅龙骨14-19份、龙胆草1-5份、大蓟10-15份、炉甘石5-7份、槐花6-8份、大黄10-13份、血余炭1-7份、棕榈炭5-9份、熟石膏1-3份、槐米7-12份、白茅根1-4份、侧柏叶2-5份、马勃4-8份、龟版1-3份、玄参3-5份、枯矾1-2份和白芨4-9份。
