本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种罐头瓶盖垫片粒料及其制备方法。本发明所述罐头瓶盖垫片粒料其配方按质量份数计,包括聚丙烯30~50份、聚乙烯30~50份、热塑性弹性体10~30份,加工助剂0.4~5份,上述原料经高混机混合、挤出机挤出、冷却、切粒得罐头瓶盖垫片粒料。本发明的罐头瓶盖垫片粒料完全采用安全无毒的原料,不添加对人体有害的邻苯类等增塑剂,既满足了食品罐头包装用瓶盖垫片粒料安全无毒的需求又具有优良的密封性。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种罐头瓶盖垫片粒料及其制备方法。
背景技术
罐头由于其独具的味道和便捷的包装在当今快节奏的生活中备受人们的喜爱,然而目前多数罐头盖内的垫片为PVC,为满足密封性能的需求往往加入很多对人体有害的邻苯类增塑剂,其余食品直接接触存在着食品安全隐患。因此,开发一款无安全隐患、密封性能优良的罐头瓶盖垫片粒料刻不容缓。
发明内容
本发明的目的是开发一种罐头瓶盖垫片粒料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供了一种罐头瓶盖垫片粒料及其制备方法,其特征在于,该罐头瓶盖垫片粒料采用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、热塑性弹性体为原料,其中包括聚丙烯30~50份、聚乙烯30~50份、热塑性弹性体10~30份,加工助剂0.4~5份,上述原料经高混机混合、挤出机挤出、冷却、切粒得罐头瓶盖垫片粒料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的罐头瓶盖垫片粒料完全采用安全无毒的原料,不添加对人体有害的邻苯类等增塑剂,既满足了食品罐头包装用瓶盖垫片粒料安全无毒的需求又具有优良的密封性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
按质量份数准确称取聚丙烯45份、聚乙烯35份、三元乙丙橡胶热塑性弹性体18.5份,加工助剂1.5份,上述原料经高混机混合、挤出机挤出、冷却、切粒得罐头瓶盖垫片粒料。
挤出机的工艺参数为:一区160-180℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区200-220℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区200-220℃,模头200-220℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。
实施例2:
按质量份数准确称取聚丙烯35份、聚乙烯35份、三元乙丙橡胶热塑性弹性体28.5份,加工助剂1.5份,上述原料经高混机混合、挤出机挤出、冷却、切粒得罐头瓶盖垫片粒料。
挤出机的工艺参数为:一区160-180℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区200-220℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区200-220℃,模头200-220℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。
实施例3:
按质量份数准确称取聚丙烯35份、聚乙烯40份、三元乙丙橡胶热塑性弹性体23.5份,加工助剂1.5份,上述原料经高混机混合、挤出机挤出、冷却、切粒得罐头瓶盖垫片粒料。
挤出机的工艺参数为:一区160-180℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区200-220℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区200-220℃,模头200-220℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。

Claims (3)

1.一种罐头瓶盖垫片粒料及其制备方法,其特征在于,其配方按质量份数计,包括聚丙烯30~50份、聚乙烯30~50份、热塑性弹性体10~30份,加工助剂0.4~5份。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯硬度为40~70,所述的聚氯乙烯为低密度聚乙烯,所述的热塑性弹性体为三元乙丙橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯共聚物中一种或几种。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的加工助剂为抗氧剂1010、168、1076中一种或几种。
