本发明涉及塑性材料工件的离心浇铸模具技术领域,尤其是一种连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具,包括上模、下模、中圈、金属芯、浇口和轮体,由下模先定位金属芯,再用上模、下模共同压住金属芯;上模、下模均设有进料口,金属芯中间也可打圆孔或长孔作为进料口,或只开上进料口,或下进料口,或金属芯外圆上开一排或数排的多个圆孔或长孔作为进料口。本发明浇出的轮体工件,由于外面是MC尼龙,所以运行时对钢丝绳有保护作用,且耐磨.由于与轴承接触的是金属体,线胀系数与轴承相近,且强度高,所以对轴承也有保护作用。本发明模具操作方便,经久耐用,产品质量也比普通浇铸的好。

本发明涉及塑性材料工件的离心浇铸模具技术领域,尤其是一种连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具。
背景技术
现有技术中的金属芯都是压入轮孔,或用胶水固定,或用键和销固定或用孔用挡圈固定,不仅成本高,还没有浇铸的牢固。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供了一种连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具,包括上模、下模、中圈、金属芯、浇口和轮体,由下模先定位金属芯,再用上模、下模共同压住金属芯;上模、下模均设有进料口,金属芯中间也可打圆孔或长孔作为进料口,或只开上进料口,或下进料口,或金属芯外圆上开一排或数排的多个圆孔或长孔作为进料口。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述金属芯外圆上可开数条通达衬套两端面的长槽和不到端面的圆环槽,或直接在外圆上开数条不到两端面的长槽。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述中圈可以是整圆,也可以是由两个半圆体组成。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述轮体上可带3--12条加强筋,或上模、下模上可各开3—12槽。
本发明的有益效果是,
(1)本发明浇铸的轮与芯完全一体化.
(2)本发明浇出的轮体工件,由于外面是MC尼龙,所以运行时对钢丝绳有保护作用,且耐磨.由于与轴承接触的是金属体,线胀系数与轴承相近,且强度高,所以对轴承也有保护作用。
(3)本发明模具操作方便,经久耐用,产品质量也比普通浇铸的好。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,一种连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具,包括上模1、下模2、中圈3、金属芯4、浇口5和轮体7,由下模2先定位金属芯4,再用上模1、下模2共同压住金属芯4。
上模1、下模2均设有进料口6,金属芯4中间也可打圆孔或长孔作为进料口6,或只开上进料口,或下进料口,或金属芯4外圆上开一排或数排的多个圆孔或长孔作为进料口6。这三种形式的进料口可任意组合使用。
所述金属芯4外圆上可开数条通达衬套两端面的长槽和不到端面的圆环槽,或直接在外圆上开数条不到两端面的长槽,以便轮体与金属芯结合的更牢固.如果衬套外圆上有多个圆孔或长孔做进料口,那么衬套外圆上可以不开长槽和圆环槽.
所述中圈3可以是整圆,也可以是由两个半圆体组成。
所述轮体7上可带3--12条加强筋,也可以不带加强筋。或上模1、下模2可各开3—12槽,也可以不开槽。
本发明浇铸的轮与芯完全一体化。本发明浇出的轮体工件,由于外面是MC尼龙,所以运行时对钢丝绳有保护作用,且耐磨.由于与轴承接触的是金属体,线胀系数与轴承相近,且强度高,所以对轴承也有保护作用。本发明模具操作方便,经久耐用,产品质量也比普通浇铸的好。本发明可广泛用于电梯绳轮,起重机滑轮和各种轮体的浇铸。

1.一种连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具,包括上模(1)、下模(2)、中圈(3)、金属芯(4)、浇口(5)和轮体(7),其特征是,由下模(2)先定位金属芯(4),再用上模(1)、下模(2)共同压住金属芯(4);上模(1)、下模(2)均设有进料口(6),金属芯(4)中间也可打圆孔或长孔作为进料口(6),或只开上进料口,或下进料口,或金属芯(4)外圆上开一排或数排的多个圆孔或长孔作为进料口(6),沿金属芯(4)外表面轴向方向可开多条小于或等于金属芯(4)高度的凹槽,或沿金属芯(4)外表面径向方向开多条圆环形凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具,其特征是,所述中圈(3)可以是整圆,也可以是由两个半圆体组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连体式金属芯MC尼龙轮连通式模具,其特征是,所述轮体(7)上可带3-12条加强筋,或上模(1)、下模(2)上可各开3-12槽。
