Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种约束设备,尤其是用于训练目的约束设备,所述约束设备带有一个位置固定地锚定或可锚定的保持件,从该保持件可以抵抗约束力将一可以与使用者连接的索条经一段使用者运动距离拉出,其中,设置按照专利申请10 2011 053 199.8的用于通过滑动摩擦产生约束力的装置。
背景技术
正如在初始专利申请中描述的,例如,通过以下方法可以强化短跑时较快起步的训练:跑步运动员不仅施加大的加速力,而且还附带地克服约束力。为了产生约束力,传统上使用能弹性伸展的带,所述带在一端与跑步运动员连接,而在另一端与对应保持件(Gegenhalter)连接,于是它在一段短的短跑路程上在该长度上牵拉跑步运动员。
发明内容
一个可用于训练目的的在该初始专利申请中描述的上述类型的约束设备,通过本发明由此进一步改进,即用于通过滑动摩擦产生约束力的装置包括一个可以通过以可拉出的索条缠绕而旋转的辊子和阻碍该辊子旋转的制动装置。
同时可以用作转向和引导辊的所述辊子可通过该制动装置调整得难以运动,以便产生约束力。
被该制动装置阻碍的辊子可以指储备辊,索条可由该储备辊退绕,或/和可以指设置在这样一个储备辊后面的单独的辊子。在后一种情况下形出与索条拉出长度无关的约束力。
在本发明的另一种构造方式中,该可拉出的、优选构成为绳索的索条可以在储备辊旋转的同时抵抗回驱力矩、尤其弹簧的扭矩从该储备辊退绕。优选可以使用比通过该制动装置产生的约束力小的回驱力矩,以用于将索条自动拉回保持件中。
该单独的辊子优选可以逆着其与拉出方向相应的旋转方向不受该制动装置阻碍地自由旋转。有利地,在这种情况下,该制动装置为自动拉回优选不需要松开。
在一种实施方式中,该制动装置包括一个制动盘,所述制动盘在该辊子旋转轴的方向上可以被施加一个优选可调整的制动力。该制动力的调整通过施加于该制动盘的在其预张紧情况下可调整的压力弹簧适当地进行。
在本发明的另一种实施方式中,该保持件作为用于选择性地锚固在不同的对应保持件上的装置可以具有一个在其端部与保持件连接的弓形件。
该弓形件优选可以围绕连接该弓形件端部的旋转轴可旋转地铰接到该保持件上。

具体实施方式
约束设备包括保持件1,所述保持件有一个扁平的壳体2,所述壳体具有彼此对置的侧壁3和3′,在所述侧壁之间,辊子4可以绕垂直于侧壁的轴旋转地支承。带状索条6在形成卷绕体5的情况下缠绕到辊子4上。
带状索条6贴靠到辊子7上,该辊子使索条转向狭缝状壳体孔8的方向。在壳体外的自由端上,该索条6具有连接装置,在相关的实施例中是一个孔环9。
摩擦元件10以一个端面贴靠在索条6上,该摩擦元件将索条6压向辊子7。套管11用来引导摩擦元件10以及此外接纳螺旋弹簧12,所述螺旋弹簧以一端贴靠到摩擦元件10的另一个端面上。该螺旋弹簧12的另一端压向可拧入套管11内的带有突出的把手件14的螺纹元件13上。
在所示的实施例中,在保持件1的壳体2上安装一个钩状锚固元件15,借助该锚固元件该装置可装在形成对应保持件的墙上并可以用螺纹件17固定。该锚固元件15为了适配不同的壁厚不仅可以通过螺纹件17而且在钩臂的长度方面可以调整。保持件1可以具有其他的例如包括柔性带的锚固元件,用于把装置固定在不同构造的对应保持件上。例如,也可以是这样的连接装置,其用来把该设备安装在地面中作为对应保持件待驱入的柱上。
上面所描述的约束设备尤其可以用于训练目的,正如参照图3所阐述的。短跑运动员18训练起跑动作,其中,索条6自由端上的孔环9挂入带固定物19中。
以此形成特殊的训练效果,使得短跑运动员18除了他的加速跑步运动的力以外,必须克服基本上通过摩擦元件10产生的约束力。该约束力的大小可以借助于螺纹元件13预先选择,通过该螺纹元件可以调整螺旋弹簧13的张力。
在所示的实施例中,对于短跑路程长度,索条6的长度设定直至25m,其中在超过这个短跑路程长度之后考虑给跑步运动减速用的附加可拉出的纵向段。该装置可以这样地防止超载,即在索条6从该辊子5完全退绕时,孔环9自动从带固定物19松开。
辊子5可以在20处设有一个螺旋形的回拉弹簧(未示出),它在借助于螺纹元件13消除对索条6的压力施加之后,用来自动缠起从保持件1壳体拉出的索条。否则索条6可以用从保持件1的壳体伸出的必要时可翻转的把手件21用手缠绕。
在下文中相同的或者作用相同的部件标以与上述实施例相同的附图标记,其中相关附图标记附上字母a或b。
在图4和5所示的实施例中,相同的或者作用相同的部件标以与上述实施例相同的附图标记,其中相关附图标记附加字母a。
支承在壳体1的侧壁2a和2a′上的辊子4a具有端板22和22′,端板的直径比辊子直径大数倍。通过端板22和22′从侧面保持缠绕到辊子4a上的绳索形索条6a。在辊子6a两侧都设置螺旋弹簧23或23′。弹簧23,23′的外端通过栓24或24′与端板22或23′连接。螺旋弹簧23,23′在内端上通过栓25或25′固定在壳体la上。
在图4和5所示的实施例中,该螺旋弹簧不仅用来把索条6a拉回壳体1a内,而且在索条拉出时产生所希望的约束力。与上述实施例的差异在于,这个约束力即使当拉出索条6a的跑步运动员静止或者后退运动时,这个约束力仍旧起作用。以此允许达到其他训练效果。
约束设备的图6和7所示的实施例除了接纳索条缠绕体5b用的储备辊4b以外,还包括另一个辊子24。从辊子4b退绕的绳形索条6b,在它通过开口8b向外离开接纳辊子4b和24的壳体2b之前,绕辊子24缠绕一圈。
弓形锚固元件15b以两个弓形端铰接到壳体2b上,并可以围绕连接该弓形端的旋转轴25摆动。
图7示出辊子24及其支承装置的细节。
从辊子24轴向伸出的轴颈26和27可以在与保持框架30连接的支承部28和29中旋转。在轴颈26、27和辊子24之间在一个旋转方向上存在不可相对转动的连接。在相反的旋转方向上在轴颈和该辊子之间形成(未示出)自由运转。
轴颈26不可相对转动地与和辊子24同轴的第一制动盘31连接,与辊子24同轴的第二制动盘32通过螺旋弹簧33在轴向方向上可压向第一制动盘。第二制动盘32不可相对转动地但是在轴向方向上可移动地支承在轴销34上。螺旋弹簧33以一端贴靠轴销34环形扩展部35,而以另一端贴靠第二制动盘32。通过以36标明的螺纹在保持框架30上该轴销34可以通过旋转进行轴向调整。旋转把手37用来旋转轴销34。
索条6b从保持件1b的壳体2b拉出时,辊子24由于索条6b缠绕而旋转。由制动盘31、32形成的制动装置阻碍该旋转,并产生逆着拉出方向作用的约束力。这个约束力的大小可以借助杠杆37通过旋转轴销34加以调整,方法是:改变处于环形扩张部35和第二制动盘32之间的螺旋弹簧33的预张紧程度。
若拉出力不再施加到索条6b上,则在储备辊4b内设置在20b处的螺簧(未示出)会自动拉回索条6b,同时将其缠绕到辊子4b上。在拉出期间通过螺簧产生的反力比通过制动装置造成的约束力小。
图8部分示出的约束设备包括一个扁平的壳体2c,其带有侧壁3c和3c′。在侧壁3c,3c′之间辊子4c在退绕或缠绕索条6c的同时可以绕轴38旋转。
从辊子4c伸出的轴颈39、40接合在侧壁3c,3c′中的支承装置41和42内。轴颈42不可相对转动地与和辊子4c同轴的制动盘31c连接。与制动盘31c同轴的第二制动盘32c可以通过螺旋弹簧33c压到最先提到的制动盘31c上,并不可相对转动地但是在轴向方向上可移动地支承在轴销34c上。螺旋弹簧33c以一端贴靠轴销34c的环形扩张部35c,而以另一端贴靠制动盘32c。
通过保持框架30c中的螺纹36c,该轴销34c可以通过旋转进行轴向调整,其中,旋转把手37c用于旋转轴销。
制动盘之间的制动力能够通过旋转把手37的旋转合适地进行调整,并且因此调整使索条6c从辊子4c退绕所需要的力。
Claims (10)
1.约束设备,尤其是用于训练目的的约束设备,所述约束设备带有一个位置固定地锚定或者可锚定的保持件(1),从该保持件中可以抵抗约束力将可与使用者(18)连接的索条(6)经一段使用者(18)的运动距离拉出,其中,设置按照专利申请10 2011 053 199.8的用于通过滑动摩擦产生约束力的装置,
其特征在于,
该用于通过滑动摩擦产生约束力的装置包括通过以可拉出的索条(6b;6c)缠绕而可以旋转的辊子(24;4c)和阻碍辊子(24;4c)旋转的制动装置(31、32;31c、32c)。

该辊子(24;4c)指的是储备辊(4c)或/和指的是设置在储备辊(4b)后面的单独的辊子(24),索条(6c)可从所述储备辊中退绕。

所述可拉出的索条(6b;6c)可以在储备辊(4b;4c)旋转的同时抵抗回驱转矩、尤其是弹簧(20b)的扭矩从储备辊(4b;4c)退绕。

该单独的辊子(24;4c)逆着其对应于拉出方向的旋转方向可以不受制动装置(31、32;31c、32c)阻碍地自由旋转。

保持件(1b)作为用于选择性地锚固在不同的对应保持件上的装置具有在保持件的端部上与保持件连接的弓形的锚固元件(15b)。

弓形的锚固元件(15b)可以围绕连接所述弓形件的端部的旋转轴(25)可旋转地链接到保持件(1b)上。
