Abstract
一种通海阀包括杯状的阀体(1)、位于阀体内的阀芯、阀盖(12),阀体的底壁上设有进口管(20),进口管的管口上设有阀座(2),进口管的管壁通过肋条(4)固定连接一导向套(3),所述的阀芯为由导磁盘、连接柱、阀瓣和导向轴构成,导向轴穿过导向套,导向轴上的压缩弹簧可使阀瓣压住阀座;所述的阀盖由板体(13)、芯柱(14)和环体(15)构成,芯柱上套有线圈(16),密封层(17)将线圈密封固定;阀盖和导磁盘由导磁金属材料制成,密封层由非导磁材料制成。励磁线圈产生的磁场力驱动阀芯,阀芯上无可运动的连接件从阀体中向外伸出,解决了现有技术中阀门中的流体沿阀杆泄漏的问题;阀盖作为磁路的一部分,使阀门的结构大大简化。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门,尤其是一种通过电磁力驱动阀芯动作,实现开启与关闭的通海阀。
背景技术
通海阀用在大型海轮或轮船上,通海阀通常包括阀体、设在阀体内的阀芯、阀杆和阀盖,阀体上设有进口和出口,阀盖与阀体连接,阀杆一端连接阀芯另一端从阀盖中伸出,通过转动阀杆使阀芯升、降实现阀门的开启与关闭,为防止阀体内流体外泄,阀杆与阀盖之间设有密封装置,但阀杆的运动会使密封材料发生磨损,造成密封性能下降,阀体内的流体会沿阀杆泄漏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型的通海阀,该阀门通过电磁力驱动阀芯动作,实现开启与关闭,阀门的运动部件设置在阀门的阀体内,避免了流体沿运动部件泄漏的现象发生。
本发明所提供的通海阀包括杯状的阀体1、位于阀体内的阀芯、阀盖12,阀体的底壁上设有进口管20,阀体的侧壁上设有出口管30,进口管20伸入阀体内的管口上设有阀座2,在进口管的中部的管壁通过多根肋条4固定连接一导向套3,导向套与阀座同轴;其特征是,所述的阀芯为由导磁盘6、连接柱5、阀瓣7和导向轴8顺序构成的“干”字形的整体,导向轴8配合地穿过导向套,在导向轴的伸出端套有压缩弹簧9可使阀瓣压住阀座;所述的阀盖由圆盘状的板体13、从板体上分别延伸出的芯柱14和环体15构成,芯柱上套有线圈16,密封层17将线圈密封固定在芯柱和环体之间的凹槽内;所述的板体与阀体的口部11密封连接,芯柱和环体的端面齐平,环体伸入在阀体的口部中,芯柱和环体的端面与阀芯的导磁盘端面之间留有空隙;所述的阀盖和导磁盘由导磁金属材料制成,所述的密封层由非导磁材料制成。
本发明的特点是,运动部件为阀芯,阀芯的运动靠励磁线圈产生的磁场力驱动,阀芯上无可运动的连接件从阀体中向外伸出,解决了现有技术中阀门中的流体沿阀杆泄漏的问题;同时阀盖作为磁路的一部分,使阀门的结构大大简化。

现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施例。
本通海阀包括杯状的阀体1、位于阀体内的阀芯、阀盖12,阀体的底壁上设有进口管20,阀体的侧壁上设有出口管30,进口管20伸入阀体内的管口上设有阀座2,在进口管的中部的管壁通过三至五根肋条4固定连接一导向套3,导向套与阀座同轴。
所述的阀芯为由导磁盘6、连接柱5、阀瓣7和导向轴8顺序构成的“干”字形的整体,导向轴8配合地穿过导向套,在导向轴的伸出端套有压缩弹簧9,在导向轴的顶端设有防止压缩弹簧退出的止退圈10,压缩弹簧的张力可使阀瓣压住阀座;所述的导磁盘由导磁金属材料(如低碳钢或电工纯铁)制成。
所述的的阀盖12由圆盘状的板体13、从板体上分别延伸出的芯柱14和环体15构成,芯柱上套有线圈16,密封层17将线圈固定密封在芯柱和环体之间的凹槽内;所述的密封层可由环氧树脂浇灌固化形成;密封层也可由铜质或不锈钢材料制成,然后压入芯柱和环体之间的凹槽内;所述的阀盖由导磁金属材料(如低碳钢或电工纯铁)制成。
阀盖环体外周部分的板体与阀体的口部11的法兰之间设有密封垫圈,通过螺栓将板体与阀体的口部11的法兰固定连接,环体伸入在阀体的口部中,环体的端面和芯柱的端面齐平,芯柱和环体的端面与阀芯的导磁盘端面之间留有空隙。
本通海阀的工作原理是,线圈用来励磁,励磁电流为直流电或交流电,线圈失电时压缩弹簧将阀芯上的阀瓣压在阀座上,阀门关闭;线圈得电时磁力线19的主路径为:阀盖的芯柱→阀盖的板体→阀盖的环体→工作气隙18→导磁盘→工作气隙18→阀盖的芯柱,将阀芯吸向阀盖,阀芯的导磁盘与阀盖贴合,使阀芯的阀瓣与阀座间形成间隙,阀门开启,流体从进口管内的肋条之间进入阀体,经出口管流出。

1.一种通海阀,其包括杯状的阀体(1)、位于阀体内的阀芯、阀盖(12),阀体的底壁上设有进口管(20),阀体的侧壁上设有出口管(30),进口管伸入阀体内的管口上设有阀座(2),在进口管的中部的管壁通过多根肋条(4)固定连接一导向套(3),导向套与阀座同轴;其特征是,所述的阀芯为由导磁盘(6)、连接柱(5)、阀瓣(7)和导向轴(8)顺序构成的“干”字形的整体,导向轴(8)配合地穿过导向套,在导向轴的伸出端套有压缩弹簧(9)可使阀瓣压住阀座;所述的阀盖由圆盘状的板体(13)、从板体上分别垂直延伸出的芯柱(14)和环体(15)构成,芯柱上套有线圈(16),密封层(17)将线圈密封固定在芯柱和环体之间的凹槽内;所述的板体与阀体的口部(11)密封连接,芯柱的端面和环体的端面齐平,环体伸入在阀体的口部中,芯柱和环体的端面与阀芯的导磁盘端面之间留有空隙;所述的阀盖和导磁盘由导磁金属材料制成,所述的密封层由非导磁材料制成。
