Abstract
本发明公开了一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,包括以下步骤:第一步:将上部网壳分块吊装至支撑塔架上,形成上部网壳整体;第二步:逐环在投影地面上展开环索,安装索夹、撑杆和斜索,然后采用工装连接件连接同环的撑杆上端和斜索上端,组装成索杆提升单元;第三步:以上部网壳为提升平台,在提升平台上逐环布置提升设备,通过提升索将提升设备与撑杆的上端连接;第四步:利用提升设备,逐环将索杆提升单元提升,然后采用球铰或销轴将上层网壳与撑杆上端,以及上层网壳和斜索上端连接;第五步:拆除提升设备、提升索和工装连接件。该安装方法可减少弦支穹顶结构施工的支架量、方便索杆系的组装、降低安装成本、缩短工期和提高施工效率。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明属于土木建筑工程中索结构施工技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法。
背景技术
[0002]弦支穹顶结构是结合网壳和索穹顶结构的一种合理的新型大跨空间结构,其基本思想是用刚性网壳替代索穹顶的柔性脊索网从而由上部网壳和下部索杆系构成了一种空间组合结构,其中索杆系包括了撑杆、斜索和环索。弦支穹顶为预应力自平衡结构,与网壳结构比,具有整体稳定好,自重轻、支座推力小、跨越能力强等优点,因而在国内多个大型场馆屋盖结构中得到了应用。
[0003]弦支穹顶常规施工安装方法为满堂支架法,即在上部网壳的下方搭设满堂支架作为上部网壳和下部索杆系高空组装的操作平台,并承受构件自重和施工荷载,如济南奥体中心体育馆、常州市体育馆和北京工业大学体育馆等弦支穹顶结构,该方法传统、简单,但是满堂支架的重量往往超过了弦支穹顶结构自身重量,施工措施费高,工期长,盘卷的拉索吊至高空支架上对吊机性能要求较高且拉索展开困难,满堂高支模长时间占用地面空间,且自身也存在较大的安全风险。
发明内容
[0004]技术问题:本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,该安装方法可减少弦支穹顶结构施工的支架量、方便索杆系的组装、降低安装成本、缩短工期和提高施工效率。
[0005]技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:

[0007]第一步:安装上部网壳的支撑塔架,并将上部网壳分块吊装至支撑塔架上,进行组拼,形成上部网壳整体;上部网壳上设有连接节点;
[0008]第二步:制作拉索并运至施工现场,逐环在投影地面上展开环索,安装索夹、撑杆和斜索,然后采用工装连接件连接同环的撑杆上端和斜索上端,组装成索杆提升单元;
[0009]第三步:以上部网壳为提升平台,在提升平台上逐环布置提升设备,通过提升索将提升设备与撑杆的上端连接;
[0010]第四步:利用提升设备,逐环将索杆提升单元提升,使得撑杆上端和斜索上端分别与上层网壳的连接节点对位,然后采用球铰或销轴将上层网壳与撑杆上端,以及上层网壳和斜索上端连接;
[0011]第五步:拆除提升设备、提升索和工装连接件。
[0012]进一步,所述的第二步中,撑杆的底端和斜索的底端通过索夹分别与环索连接,且撑杆处于垂直状态,斜索处于倾斜状态,采用工装连接件将斜索顶端和撑杆顶端连接,采用工装连接件将相邻两个撑杆的顶端连接,采用工装连接件将相邻两个斜索的顶端连接。

[0014]进一步,所述的第二步包括以下过程:按照索力条件下的制作长度,制作拉索,并进行预张拉,以消除非弹性变形;然后在拉索表面标记索夹位置,在索头调节装置上标记与制作长度相对应的调节位置、在拉索的索体上标记一条直标线;在地面组装索杆提升单元时,拉索沿索体表面上的直标线平顺展开,使索体不扭转,索夹按照索体表面的索夹标记和直标线进行安装,根据索长制作误差和周边节点安装误差,通过索头调节装置调整拉索的索长;索杆提升单元地面展开组装位置为索杆系在上部网壳上的设计位置在地面上的投影位置。

[0016]有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方法具有以下有益效果:
[0017] ( I)减少弦支穹顶结构施工的支架量。本发明的安装方法中,上部网壳采用分块吊装,支撑塔架数量较少,高空焊接量少。
[0018] (2)现有技术中,通过搭建支撑架平台,将组成索杆系的零件吊运至支撑架平台后,在高空实现组装,与上部网壳连接。对比现有技术,本发明中,索杆系都在在地面完成组装后,通过提升再与上部网壳实现连接。这样,索杆系的组装更加便利和安全,无需为索杆系的组装额外搭设支架平台,减少了高空作业量和对吊机的要求。
[0019] (3)本发明中,直接利用上部网壳作为提升平台,将提升设备布设在上部网壳上,无需额外搭设提升支架。
[0020] (4)本发明中,索杆系提升时处于悬垂松弛状态,对提升同步性要求低,不需要同环的索杆系必须同步提升。这样降低了对提升设备的要求和作业难度,有利于提升索杆系作业。
[0021] (5)本发明中,在环索上安装索夹以及连接撑杆与斜索,是索杆系组装的重点工序,在地面组装,更易保证安装质量;撑杆上端和斜索上端通过球铰或销轴与上部网壳连接,提升就位后在高空容易连接,施工效率大大提高。

具体实施方式

[0033]如图1所示,本发明的一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,包括以下步骤:
[0034]第一步:安装上部网壳2的支撑塔架8,并将上部网壳2分块吊装至支撑塔架8上,进行组拼,形成上部网壳2整体;上部网壳2上设有连接节点。在第一步中,组拼后的上部网壳2边界通过结构支座7支撑。
[0035]第二步:制作拉索并运至施工现场,逐环在投影地面I上展开环索5,安装索夹6、撑杆3和斜索4,然后采用工装连接件9连接同环的撑杆3上端和斜索4上端,组装成索杆提升单元。工装连接件9可以采用工装系杆或者工装系索。每个索杆提升单元包含了同环的索杆系和工装连接件9。
[0036]在第二步中,撑杆3的底端和斜索4的底端通过索夹6分别与环索5连接,且撑杆3处于垂直状态,斜索4处于倾斜状态。采用工装连接件9将斜索4顶端和撑杆3顶端连接,采用工装连接件9将相邻两个撑杆3的顶端连接,采用工装连接件9将相邻两个斜索4的顶端连接。通过工装连接件9的连接,固定撑杆3、斜索4和环索5的相对位置,保证提升过程中索杆提升单元的整体位形,便于索杆提升单元与上部网壳对位连接。
[0037]第二步包括以下过程:按照索力条件下的制作长度,制作拉索,并进行预张拉,以消除非弹性变形;然后在拉索表面标记索夹位置,在索头调节装置上标记与制作长度相对应的调节位置、在拉索的索体上标记一条直标线;在地面组装索杆提升单元时,拉索沿索体表面上的直标线平顺展开,使索体不扭转。索夹按照索体表面的索夹标记和直标线进行安装,保证索夹在索体长度方向的位置及相对索体的转角是正确的。根据索长制作误差和周边节点安装误差,通过索头调节装置调整拉索的索长;索杆提升单元地面展开组装位置为索杆提升单元在上部网壳2上的设计位置在地面上的投影位置。
[0038]第三步:以上部网壳2为提升平台,在提升平台上逐环布置提升设备10,通过提升索11将提升设备10与撑杆3的上端连接。提升设备可以采用提升千斤顶或者卷扬机。提升索11与索杆提升单元中的撑杆3上端相连,形成提升体系,即提升点布置在撑杆3上端,使索杆提升单元悬挂在提升索下。
[0039]第四步:利用提升设备10,逐环将索杆提升单元提升,使得撑杆3上端和斜索4上端分别与上层网壳2的连接节点对位,然后采用球铰或销轴将上层网壳2与撑杆3上端,以及上层网壳2和斜索4上端连接。作为优选,提升索杆提升单元的过程中,控制同环各撑杆3上端与上部网壳连接节点之间的距离,始终保持相等,即实现同步提升。

[0042]本发明的一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,针对土木建筑工程中类似于弦支穹顶的组合结构中的索杆系,提供一种上部网壳分块吊装至塔架上组拼,而索杆系逐环提升至高空与上部网壳连接的施工安装方法。处于同环的撑杆、斜索、环索和索夹在设计位置下方的投影地面上进行组装,采用工装连接件将斜索和撑杆的上端相互连系,然后以上层网壳为提升平台,采用多台提升设备,通过与撑杆上端连接的提升索,将同环索杆系提升至设计位置,依次将撑杆和斜索的上端与上层网壳连接,最后拆除提升设备、提升索和工装系杆(索)。
[0043]本发明提供的一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,显著减少了类似弦支穹顶结构施工的支架量和高空作业量,降低了施工措施费,方便了索杆系的组装,提高了施工效率和经济效益,减少了工期。
Claims (5)
1.一种弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,其特征在于,该安装方法包括以下步骤: 第一步:安装上部网壳(2)的支撑塔架(8),并将上部网壳(2)分块吊装至支撑塔架(8)上,进行组拼,形成上部网壳(2)整体;上部网壳(2)上设有连接节点; 第二步:制作拉索并运至施工现场,逐环在投影地面(I)上展开环索(5),安装索夹(6)、撑杆(3)和斜索(4),然后采用工装连接件(9)连接同环的撑杆(3)上端和斜索(4)上端,即采用工装连接件(9)将斜索(4)顶端和撑杆(3)顶端连接,采用工装连接件(9)将相邻两个撑杆(3)的顶端连接,采用工装连接件(9)将相邻两个斜索(4)的顶端连接,从而组装成索杆提升单元; 第三步:以上部网壳(2)为提升平台,在提升平台上逐环布置提升设备(10),通过提升索(11)将提升设备(10)与撑杆(3)的上端连接; 第四步:利用提升设备(10),逐环将索杆提升单元提升,使得撑杆(3)上端和斜索(4)上端分别与上部网壳(2)的连接节点对位,然后采用球铰或销轴将上部网壳(2)与撑杆(3)上端,以及上部网壳(2)和斜索(4)上端连接; 第五步:拆除提升设备(10)、提升索(11)和工装连接件(9)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,其特征在于,所述的第二步中,撑杆(3)的底端和斜索(4)的底端通过索夹(6)分别与环索(5)连接,且撑杆(3)处于垂直状态,斜索(4)处于倾斜状态。
3.按照权利要求1所述的弦支穹顶索杆系逐环提升安装方法,其特征在于,所述的第二步中,工装连接件(9)是指工装系杆或者工装系索。
