Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐酸改性聚乙烯及其制备方法,耐酸改性聚乙烯包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚乙烯52‑60份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2‑5份、纳米硅微粉10‑15份、硬脂酸锌1‑3份、烷基磺酸钠4‑5份。本发明对聚乙烯进行改性,所得改性后的聚乙烯可耐发烟硫酸,当发烟硫酸滴落其上时不会立即被腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种耐酸改性聚乙烯及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯是一种热塑性树脂,全球的聚乙烯产量位居五大泛用树脂之首,无臭无毒且可燃,耐低温性能良好,化学稳定性好。虽然可耐稀硝酸、稀硫酸和任何浓度的盐酸,但是不耐具有强氧化性的酸,如浓硝酸,发烟硫酸,故在一定程度上限制了其使用。
综上所述,如何克服现有技术的不足已成为现有领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提出一种耐酸改性聚乙烯及其制备方法,本发明具有优良的耐酸性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐酸改性聚乙烯,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚乙烯52-60份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2-5份、纳米硅微粉10-15份、硬脂酸锌1-3份、烷基磺酸钠4-5份。
所述的耐酸改性聚乙烯,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚乙烯56份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯3份、纳米硅微粉13份、硬脂酸锌2份、烷基磺酸钠4.5份。
一种耐酸改性聚乙烯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机中搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为155-165℃,经挤出即得耐酸改性聚乙烯。
有益效果:本发明对聚乙烯进行改性,所得改性后的聚乙烯可耐发烟硫酸,当发烟硫酸滴落其上时不会立即被腐蚀。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
耐酸改性聚乙烯,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚乙烯52份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2份、纳米硅微粉10份、硬脂酸锌1份、烷基磺酸钠4份。
本实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机中搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为165℃,经挤出即得耐酸改性聚乙烯。
将该实施例所得成品进行性能检测,检测结果见表1。
实施例2
耐酸改性聚乙烯,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚乙烯60份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯5份、纳米硅微粉15份、硬脂酸锌3份、烷基磺酸钠5份。

1.一种耐酸改性聚乙烯,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:聚乙烯56 份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯3 份、纳米硅微粉13 份、硬脂酸锌2 份、烷基磺酸钠4.5 份;
所述的一种耐酸改性聚乙烯通过下述的制备方法制备得到:
按照质量配比称取各原料,于高混机中搅拌混合均匀,后将混料置于双螺杆挤出机中,控制各段温度为155-165℃,经挤出即得耐酸改性聚乙烯。
