技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种防撞结构,具体涉及一种UV固化机用压平防撞结构。
背景技术
传统的UV固化机在进料固化时,有些木板不是很平整,这个设备的进料口比较小,一些不平整的木板进入会出现与进料口外侧面的板进行碰撞,或者与设备内的辊出现碰撞并被顶起,不仅损害设备,而且影响加工效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种UV固化机用压平防撞结构,避免固化机进料口处进料不顺,不会对设备产生碰撞伤害,大大提高了生产加工效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:UV固化机用压平防撞结构,包括支脚、倾斜木板、防撞板和防撞缓冲垫,倾斜木板两端固定在支脚上,支脚固定在固化机两侧,倾斜木板外侧设置有防撞板,防撞板外表面贴有防撞缓冲垫。
作为优选,所述的支脚的上表面为倾斜面,且支架的倾斜面与倾斜木板固定贴合。
作为优选,所述的倾斜木板与防撞板垂直设置,且防撞板也固定在支脚上。
作为优选,所述的倾斜木板内侧与固化机进料口齐平。
作为优选,所述的倾斜木板外侧高度高于固化机进料口。
本发明避免固化机进料口处进料不顺,不会对设备产生碰撞伤害,大大提高了生产加工效率。

参照图1-2,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:UV固化机用压平防撞结构,包括支脚1、倾斜木板2、防撞板3和防撞缓冲垫4,倾斜木板2两端固定在支脚1上,支脚1固定在固化机两侧,倾斜木板2外侧设置有防撞板3,防撞板3外表面贴有防撞缓冲垫4。所述的支脚1的上表面为倾斜面,且支架1的倾斜面与倾斜木板2固定贴合。所述的倾斜木板2与防撞板3垂直设置,且防撞板3也固定在支脚1上。
值得注意的是,所述的倾斜木板2内侧与固化机进料口齐平。
此外,所述的倾斜木板2外侧高度高于固化机进料口。
本具体实施方式在进料口处增加了压平防撞结构,上表面为倾斜面,进料口由大逐渐变小,能够对进料的每块木板进行压平整,且进料口比较大,不会因为木板变形导致难以进入。
本具体实施方式避免固化机进料口处进料不顺,不会对设备产生碰撞伤害,大大提高了生产加工效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的UV固化机用压平防撞结构,其特征在于,所述的支脚(1)的上表面为倾斜面,且支架(1)的倾斜面与倾斜木板(2)固定贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV固化机用压平防撞结构,其特征在于,所述的倾斜木板(2)与防撞板(3)垂直设置,且防撞板(3)也固定在支脚(1)上。
