Abstract

本发明公开了一种全极耳集流盘与焊接设计,解决了动力电池全极耳大倍率放电极耳引出电流不均匀,极耳处散热慢,极化析晶的问题。全极耳集流盘由两部分组成,绝缘层与导电层,绝缘层上有与电芯卷绕同纹路的狭缝,狭缝之间均匀分布有供电解液进入的细小的长方形小口,绝缘层狭缝上边缘镀1.5mm宽的导电铜线;焊接时,把卷绕好的电芯留白穿过集流盘狭缝,高出1.5mm,然后折边,覆盖在导电铜带上,采用连续激光焊接技术焊接,如此,实现全极耳全部焊接,电流密度均匀,电阻低,散热快,电池一致性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池设计领域,特别是一种全极耳集流盘及焊接工艺。
背景技术
随着动力电车对电流输出与功率输出性能要求的进一步提高,对提供动力的单体电池提出了更高的要求:高功率,高倍率。传统的电池在高倍率(大于3C)放电时,发热严重,容易造成电池鼓胀,电池循环性能差,一致性差,原因在于采用单极耳引出,电流分布不均,电流传输路径长,电阻大,效率低,散热慢,同时容易在极耳处产生极化与金属枝晶,造成电池短路,引发事故。
为了实现大电流输出,同时电阻低,电流密度均匀,散热良好,发展了多极耳与全极耳,虽然得到改善,但是电阻还是比较高,稳定性差,探究原因出在极耳焊接上,焊接时采用点焊,容易虚焊,而且全极耳中各焊点存在内部应力,焊接时易造成其他焊点断开,导致电阻稳定性差,电池一致性差。
为了改善全极耳这种焊接缺陷,有人采用了端面焊接,即制作极片时留白,卷绕后抿平留白,焊接在集流盘上,虽然电阻小了,但是存在问题:抿平虽然可以得到面接触,但焊接时肯定会存在缝隙,即极耳存在堆叠,有的极耳没焊接上,就好比把长方形卷成空心圆筒状,然后把一小段抿平成圆柱端面,然后封住端面,其中肯定存在缝隙,这就达不到完全面接触焊接。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,解决上述技术问题本发明提供了一种全极耳集流盘,包括绝缘层与导电层,绝缘层在下,导电层在上,叠加构成全极耳集流盘,绝缘层上有与电芯卷绕同纹路的狭缝。
进一步的,绝缘层狭缝之间均匀分布有供电解液进入的细小的长方形小口
进一步的,所述绝缘层狭缝上边缘镀宽度为0.2-0.3mm,厚度为0.2-0.5mm的导电铜线。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)电流密度均匀,电阻小,散热快,电阻稳定,可以提高电池一致性;
(2)提高电芯位置的稳定性,防止电解液漏液。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,全极耳集流盘包括导电层1与绝缘层2,绝缘层在下2,导电层1在上,叠加构成全极耳集流盘;
导电层1为常规结构的圆盘形铜带。导电层1覆在绝缘层2上表面。
绝缘层2刻有与极片6卷绕相同的狭缝3,狭缝呈喇叭状,供极片6留白5引出,在狭缝3之间有供电解液进入的通口4,呈长方形;上部分为导电层1,采用金属镀膜的方法在狭缝3小口边沿镀1.5mm宽的铜膜。
用本发明的集流盘与电芯常规组合形成锂电池电化学储能转换装置。电芯极片6上的留白5穿过狭缝3引出,高出导电层1.5mm,高出部分经折边后经连续激光焊接到狭缝3小口边沿的铜膜上,实现全极耳全部焊接,电流密度均匀,电阻低,散热快,电池一致性高。

1.一种全极耳集流盘,包括绝缘层与导电层,所述绝缘层在下,导电层在上,叠加构成圆盘形薄圆柱片状全极耳集流盘,其特征在于:所述绝缘层上有设与电芯卷绕同纹路的螺纹状狭缝,所述狭缝与绝缘层以狭缝壁隔离,狭缝穿透绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全极耳集流盘,其特征在于:所述绝缘层狭缝两两之间分布有供电解液进入的细小的长方形小口,所述长方形小口穿透绝缘层。
