Abstract

本发明的名称是前置式精密液压筒夹,涉及一种机床加工零件夹具装夹。它主要是解决目前的夹具装夹采用的是卡盘式,精度低,无法保证二次加工的重复装夹精度,装夹可靠性差,安装复杂的问题。本发明是圆筒形主体的外圆面通过推力轴承与外壳连接,在主体的内圆上设有一个带有喇叭口的活塞,在活塞的内圆上设有卡簧,在外壳 上固定有外壳和卡簧的定位端盖。本发明和机床主轴配套,可大大提高零件的装夹精度,定心效果好,重复装夹精度高,操作简单,安装简单快捷,夹持范围大,安全性能大幅提高,装夹可靠性有极大提升,可以满足零件加工的精度和设备对加工的兼容性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床加工零件的夹具装夹,具体地是涉及一种机械加工设备,如普通车床、数控车床、内外圆磨床等的前置式精密液压筒夹。
背景技术
机械加工行业在对圆形零件的加工过程中,必须保证零件的二次装夹的重复装夹精度和定心精度以及安全、可靠性,才能保证合格产品的制造。目前的夹具装夹采用的是卡盘式,精度低,无法保证二次加工的重复装夹精度,装夹可靠性差,无安全性,安装复杂,尤其是在产品转换环节效率低,不能适应目前对零件加工精度的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而提出的零件夹持定心效果好,重复装夹精度高,操作简单,安装简单快捷,夹持范围大,可以满足零件加工的精度和设备对加工的兼容性的前置式精密液压筒夹。
本发明的技术解决方案是:圆筒形主体的外圆面通过推力轴承与外壳连接,在主体的内圆上设有一个带有喇叭口的活塞,在活塞的内圆上设有卡簧,在外壳上固定有外壳和卡簧的定位端盖。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的主体的内圆上设有台阶,活塞通过主体内圆上的台阶和法兰盘定位在主体内,法兰盘与活塞之间设有间隙。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的外壳和主体上设有两个加油口。
本发明和机床主轴配套,可大大提高零件的装夹精度,定心效果好,夹持范围比已有装夹机构大,满足了零件的加工精度要求。
本发明还具如下效果:
①有效降低车床、内外圆磨床生产过程中的装夹误差;
②提高零件生产过程中的装夹效率;
③提高了生产设备的零件夹持范围,让设备具有更好的产品兼容性;
④安装更简单、快速、准确;
⑤长度定位精度0.02MM,零件可以二次装夹使加工更简洁;
⑥零件不会被夹具打飞,安全性能大幅提高;
⑦装夹可靠性有极大提升,安全符合现在的大批量生产制造的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在主体1的外圆周上设有外壳2,主体1是一个圆形筒体,外壳2与主体1之间通过两个推力轴承3连接,主体1可以在外壳2内旋转,沿外壳2和主体1的径向设有两个加油口9、10,外壳2与主体1之间设有密封圈8,通过密封圈,8和两个推力轴承3实现密封储油;主体1的内圆是由两个大小不同的圆组成形成一个台阶,在主体1的内圆上设有一个活塞6,活塞6是一个一端带有喇叭口的圆筒体,活塞6由主体1上的台阶和法兰盘5将活塞6定位,法兰盘5与活塞6之间设有间隙,活塞6可以沿轴向移动,法兰盘5通过螺栓固定在主体1上;在活塞6与主体1之间设有密封圈8,在活塞6的内圆上设有卡簧7;在法兰盘5的外侧沿外壳2的径向设有端盖4,端盖4通过螺栓固定在外壳2上,通过端盖4将外壳2和卡簧7轴向定位,限制外壳2沿轴向滑动;工作原理:使用时主体1通过主体1上的螺纹孔11与机床主轴上的法兰盘连接,加工零件固定在卡簧7內圆上,通过液压站电磁阀分别控制从进油口9或进油口10进油,使活塞6轴向移动,活塞6如图1所示向右移动时,其喇叭口的锥面挤压卡簧7的锥面,使卡簧7收缩夹紧加工的零件;待零件加工好后,使活塞6如图1所示向左移动,活塞6的锥面与卡簧7的锥面脱开,通过卡簧7自身弹性张开,松开零件。

Claims (3)

1.一种前置式精密液压筒夹,其特征是:圆筒形主体(1)的外圆面通过推力轴承(3)与外壳(2)连接,在主体(1)的内圆上设有一个带有喇叭口的活塞(6),在活塞(6)的内圆上设有卡簧(7),在外壳(2)上固定有外壳(2)和卡簧(7)的定位端盖(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的前置式精密液压筒夹,其特征是:所述的主体(1)的内圆上设有台阶,活塞(6)通过主体(1)内圆上的台阶和法兰盘(5)定位在主体(1)内,法兰盘(5)与活塞(6)之间设有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的前置式精密液压筒夹,其特征是:所述的外壳(2)和主体(1)上设有两个加油口(9、10)。
